customer advised us that they have 2 toilets that are flexing when sitting down on. once on site the engineer guided me the to women's restroom where 2 wall hung toilets would flex when using the bathroom. I sat on toilet and observed the toilet leaning forward off of the wall when sitting down. unbolted the toilet from the stubs and started to inspect the toilet carrier itself. I then started to rock each stub back and forth. while doing that I can see the Carrie flexing making noises when touched. called John to get a more secure answer on the on going problem. we both came to a conclusion that the both toilet carrier would need to re anchor. Advised the building engineer that we would have to re anchor that toilet carrier. customer would like job done soon as possible and would also like a quote to repair both toilet carriers due to flexing of the toilet when using. pack up equipment and left job site
07/31/2024 NO AC HEAT PUMP SYSTEM checked air handler found no water safeties to shut down the system, checked heat pump found bad capacitor, replaced 35/5 mfd capacitor checked temperature split return air temperature 81 , checked supply air temperature 62 , checked filter 20x20x1, found no surge protector, PAYNE MODEL NUMBER PH14NB030-A SERIAL NUMBER 4017X97789
