Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance on a 90% furnace. Noted that today is a high wind day, which contributed to a large draft. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor to ensure optimal performance. Inspected the ignitor and found it in good condition. Identified that the system kept turning off due to bad pressure. Discovered the drain line was un-level, which was affecting system performance. Placed a rock under the drain line to help facilitate proper drainage. Tested the system, and fluid drained as expected. Confirmed that the system is heating properly at this time.

09/06/2024 arrived onsite to look at a main stoppage on the 1st floor mens and women's restroom, unloaded the K1500 and started snaking the floor drain in the women's restroom, went down the line for about 60 feet before pulling the line back, pulled back some toilet paper and feminine products, tested the lines by flushing toilets and dumping water down the drain, found out the drain line had a backwater valve that has broken and is most likely somewhere in the line, recommended to camera line, cleaned up work area and left

I explained to the customer that it can be either a partial blockage somewhere down the line that's causing the gurgling .all of the toilets are connected via the same line. I told the customer that I will snake about 75-100 feet with the 1500 and then test to see if the gurgling is still happening. I went inside of the women's bathroom to setup my equipment and pulled the closet toilet to the door. I went a total of 90 ft into drain and then pull back and forth to clear any potential blockage. pull cable back nothing was brought back onto the snack head. me and the custodian went to flush every toilet on the first to see if the gurgling. no gurgling from eith
