Replace Dish Washer Drain: Customer concerned about length of dishwasher discharge line. Mounted discharge undersink to create air gap and prevent waste from just sitting inside discharge line. In bedroom bathroom, toilet flushes weak due to fill valve tube refilling tank, instead of pointing into overflow to replenish bowl water. Made adjustments and all works properly. Customer concerned about having a tank water heater onsite with possible leaks and such. Spoke to customer regarding benefits of Tankless hot water solutions and formulated options for a tanked replacement. Made customer aware I will have to involve Comfort Advisor to propose Tankless installation due to condo and running intake/exhaust through exterior wall. NO HEAT CALL. BLANK THERMOSTAT CARRIER HEAT PUMP FROM 2017 I checked the breaker and found no trips. I checked for any 24v shorts and found none. I checked all wiring to check if anything was touching that was not supposed and found none. I checked all connections and made sure they were in tact. I checked the 60 amp 10kw breaker switch at the unit and there were two. L3 and L4 had power l1 and l2 did not. I checked disconnect and found 115v present. I checked the 60amp fuse on pullout disconnect and found reading OL. I replaced both 60amp fuses and the unit kicked on and ran. I called for heat and the heat pump ran. I got a return air temperature of 65 and a supply air temperature of 121. Due to the motor being a variable speed I recommended to the client a ecm surge protector and he agreed. Job was done and I left the unit running and heating. Minor Repair $295 ECM surge protector $199 Dispatch fee $120 Total today $614 The client paid by check and the check number is 3511

arrived at location for gas leak coming from the water heater, noticed gas smell coming from the meter also did a gas test with bubbles and a gas sniffer. sand and clean well both line feeding the burner assembly. placed bubbles no bubbles came and gas detector did not go off. the customer also did not notice the smell of gas anymore after the repair was done.

Plumbing Parts Install: Arrived on site. Shut off water and gass to water heater. Disconnected gas line and drained water from water heater. Disconnected burner assembly. Removed gas control and installed new gas control valve. Turned on water and gas. No leaks present. Filled water heater and turned on water heater. Set Control to HOT. Cleaned up work area and removed all work related tools, debris, and equipment from site.

arrived at the job site and notice the pilot on the water heater was good but it won't send the signal to heat up the water to the burner. it need to be to be replaced and Monday would be giving u a call with prices. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VITO

Once I arrived the boiler was giving error code #24 Flame sensed during post purging. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off. I checked operation of gas valve and found okay. I had to bleed all there valves with the caps below it because there was some air in the unit and water was not circulating normally. I checked circulator pump and found okay. I checked pressure relief valve 30psi found okay. I checked inducer draft motor and inducer amps and found within specs.nI checked the pressure gauge and found okay 20psi. I checked flames and found okay. I checked ignition control box and found okay. I checked back flow preventer and found okay. Feed water valve is okay. I checked expansion tank and found okay. As of now the boiler is running and heating. Recommendations after today's visit : Continue with annual maintena

I serviced 2013 90 percent gas furnace. I cleaned flame sensor and drain port as well as test condensate pump.Customer replaced 20x25 e flex filter. I checked blower amps 5.8 and inducer amps .37. return is 72 supply is 139. I checked all rollout and high temp safeties. I checked 24v at controls and at gas valve. ignitor is reading 48 ohms. I also completed co combustion test stack temp is 89, oxygen is 11.2%, and co is 47 ppm. system is heating properly at this time thank you for choosing vito services.

I inspected 80 percent carrier gas furnace. I replaced 16x25x1 filter and dated. I cleaned flame sensor and checked all furnace safeties as well as gas valve and control wiring. ignitor is reading 46 ohms. inducer motor reading .88 amps. blower motor reading 1.65 amps. return is 72 supply is 132.3. I completed co combustion test on furnace. stack temp 309, oxygen level 10.2, co 52 ppm. Gas furnace is heating properly at this time. Thank you for choosing vito services.

Handler to Thermostat Offline: Upon arrival customer concerns system is not connecting to his phone like before. Inspected tstat and found that the software has an update.
