Multi-Family Plumbing Replace Tub Shoe 06/25/2024 arrived onsite, went with engineer to unit #515. resident complained of water coming from floor next to refrigerator. pulled out refrigerator and opened access panel for bathtub drain. ran tub faucet but did not see any leaks coming from any part of tub drain. made sure fernco connected to tub shoe was tight. also filled up tub with water and let drain - still no leaking. checked for leaks coming from overflow pipe. splashed water around caulking as well. informed Jerry that tub drain is okay and advised him to have resident monitor situation. put access panel back in place and pushed refrigerator back into corner. cleaned up and removed all job related debris.
