HVAC Parts Replacement: I arrived at my customer home for parts replacement I removed and replaced one blower fan Motor and cage start the system up and found outside compressor short to ground 1/2 of the electric element working other half not working I recommend replacing outdoor compressor or outdoor unit and 10kw electric element or the full system customer will like to replace just the outdoor unit job was sold will install outdoor unit friday morning.
I arrive at my customer home to replace blower fan motor and module unable to remove Moto and module from blow wheel and cage I recommend replacing blower wheel cage need to return on Wednesday to complete parts replacement attic system not working at this time
I arrived at my customer home to do a diagnostic for the attic system and to provide pricing for replacements I did a full system check and found one bad blower fan motor and module I provided price for parts replacement and full system replacement my email customer have to leave for a doctor's appointment system turned off at this time.
