FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE CARRIER 80% GAS FURNACE I checked the filter and replaced with one costumer provided. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer motor and found within specs. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off today but has a significant amount of wear making it no longer reliable. I checked the igniter reading 55ohms. I checked all limits and safety and all wirings and connections found okay. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. System went into second stage Heat and ran fine. I checked the temperature rise and I got a return air temperature of 72 and a supply air temperature of 123. I checked humidifier found okay. I checked the GreenUV carbon X bulb and found it has gone bad. Over all system is running and heating as of now with great temperature rises. Recommendat
HEATING MAINTENANCE: Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower _____ along with evaporator coil. System does not have a UV light or humidifier. _____Air filter ____. Checked condenser unit and found system is amping within specs. Tested starting components (contactor & capacitor) and checked for any loose connections. _Cycled defrost successfully_. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Maintenance to 2 systems, starting on attic system first.System is a 2022 80% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower clean along with evaporator coil. System does not have a UV light or humidifier. Changed air filter in ceiling. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Checked basement system next system is a 2021 80% Furnace /AC. Checked all compon
Fan Isn't Turning: I arrived at my customer home for the outdoor heat pump not working customer just had her panel upgraded I did a full system check and find not power to the outdoor heat pump I reset all breakers check all amps and components indoor and outdoor heat pump system working properly at this time system age 2015. diagnostic fee waived
arrived at my customer home for heat maintenance customer was unhappy with me being there for customer to reschedule another day and another technician.
HVAC Install Parts: i returned and replaced electric heater kitt and 3 amp fuse. I tested electric heat in 1,2,3 stage 20.17 amps. I also tested heat pump operation. I ran system over an hour and fuse did not trip. I recommend adding surge protector to indoor and outdoor y it to protect customer investment. I had one on hand and added it to outdoor heat pump. I will return to add surge protector to indoor unit and clean outdoor coils l.

At this moment the inducer draft motor has been compromised. Will check for availability and talk to client about ordering it and replacing it. The ECM blower motor doesn't have a surge protector on it as well. FALL MAINTENANCE ON TWO UNITS. I checked the full system and operation. I got a return air Temperature of 70 and a supply air temperature of 133. Filter was replaced. There is a fungle outbreak cultivating within the unit, and circulating back into the air. i checked all wiring and connections all limits and safetys found okay. I checked inducer draft!for and performed a combustion analyze test on the unit and read 25ppm furnace still good. The unit was left running and heating. Recommendations: Add an Aerus Air Scrubber , being a birth control to fungus. The air scrubber is a air purifier that removes any air born viruses, removes pet dander, removes dust particles, it kills covid-19 it helps with allergies and lastly it brings the air quality up to date. The price for an Aerus Air Scrubber is $1332.00 Continue with annual maintenance The client has decided to think about findings and recommendations and will reach back out. Thermost Turned Black: brand new carrier heat pump kept tripping 3 amp fuse when switched to electric heat. I program infinity stat for heat pump application only. I rand system in heat pump mode and fuse dis not trip. I recommend replacing warranty electric heater kitt.
I serviced 2017 carrier gas furnace. I cleaned flame sensor and checked ignitor receiving 50 ohms. filter is clean as well as drain line. I replaced customer provided humidifier panel. blower amps is 4.51 I recommend ecm protector ($189) I checked all safeties and lowered gas pressure. return 76 supply 122. uv light is operational. dampers are in open positions. I completed co combustion analysis stack temp is 345 oxygen level is 9% Co is 53 ppm. system is heating properly at this time thank you for choosing vito services.

I checked the ecm indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none I did notice that the blower motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges by not containing a surge protector on it. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer motor and found within specs. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off today but it does have wear and tear on it I will recommend replacing flame sensor in the near future. I checked the igniter reading 55ohms. Call to do maintenance 2018 Furnace/AC. During maintenance found system is working properly. Checked all components on system and found them all in working order. Heat exchanger has large hot spot. Changed air filter. Found blower is dirty and needs to be cleaned. If dirt continues to build it will cause system to fail. Recommend having it cleaned. At this time system is operational. On 07/10/2024, arrived on site to replace supply valves for apartment building. Located the correct meter and shut off the water. Removed the old PVC threaded coupling and replaced it with a new one. Installed new copper ball valves and reconnected the plastic supplies with Shark Bites. Restored the water supply and checked for leaks. No leaks found. Cleaned up the work area and left.
Air Conditioner Not Cool 06/26/2024 I arrived at my customer home for ac not cooling I did a system check and find one bad dual capacitor customer will like to replace dual capacitor I removed and replaced one dual capacitor ac system working at this time.
