Arrived on site for a plumbing maintenance visit and began by flushing the water heater. While flushing, I also inspected all plumbing throughout the house. The water heater is 8 years old. While on site, the customer asked if the H2O Ultimate system we installed last year required maintenance. I explained that it is a maintenance-free system, so no service is necessary. During the inspection, the customer mentioned she had recently remodeled her kitchen and is currently having her master bathroom remodeled as well. I found no issues with the plumbing. After completing the inspection, I returned downstairs to finish flushing the water heater and wrapped up the hose. I informed the customer about the age of the water heater and its average lifespan. She mentioned that strong winds occasionally blow out the pilot light and asked about switching to an electric water heater. I provided her with investment options for new heaters. The customer said she will contact us when the time comes

Examined area of concern by customer. Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water heater is 6yrs old. Customer states areas of home are fine with no leaks. Flushed water heater directly outside. Customer made me aware she was thinking about replacing bedroom bathroom toilet. She would like a taller model. Gave customer range of options all depending on manufacturer of toilet. Gave customer additional options to install customer supplied toilets. Customer will think about it. Customer concerned about spot on cast iron pipe approximately 2in above concrete. Spot is not a leak, but cast iron in home is old and has had sections replaced prior. Made customer aware I am going to involve Comfort Advisor due to underground piping will be replaced during repair and cannot determine at this point how much. Sewer line can be viewed from inside with Sewer Camera. Gave options. Laundry faucet in immediate area has a slow drip producing. Gave customer investment option to rebuild

09/11/2024 FALL CHECK Arrived on site and costumer has decided at this moment to reschedule call to begging of October. I did change out filter for her at this moment.
09/10/2024 Examined area of concern by customer. Customer concerned about where "white" drainlines are going. Viewed area and PVC piping is tied into existing cast iron piping terminating below concrete into main sewage line exiting property. Spoke to customer extensively and reached around and took picture. Customer concerns are alleviated and there are no other issues he would like viewed today. Thank you for choosing Vito!
