Today, I arrived on site to assess the furnace situation. Detected a small smell of gas during the first startup. No lingering smell was present after initial operation. The system is currently operating properly without any issues. Recommended monitoring the system for any changes in gas smell during future startups. Overall, the furnace is functioning as expected at this time.

Today, I arrived on site to assess the heating system and address some issues. Heating System Assessment: Found the system going off on error code 22. Identified the high limit switch as faulty. Performed a combustion test; system measured 8ppm and was heating properly. Replaced the high limit switch, and the system is now running properly. Safety and Code Violations: Discovered major discrepancies with the gas flex line into the furnace housing; installation is against code. Noted that the system was installed in 2022 without following proper regulations. Recommended necessary gas repairs to ensure safety and compliance. Air Conditioning Issues: Observed that the copper coupling is halfway cut through; video evidence is available. Advised that this piece should be removed. Noted that the line set needs to be covered, and the TXV should be properly wrapped. Found flue connections at the furnace to be improper; flue from coupling back to the furnace is installed backwards.
arrived at the job side when I try to move the scissors lift and it was not working how so ever I try everything and it was a new model that I never used before. so it has to be rescheduled for the next day because the didn't inform the people next door bout turning off the water for the whole building. Returned to the jobsite and learned how to used the scissors life. once I got it to where the leak was it I saw that it was a 2" mail line. cut the water off and started to drain the whole system. it took a while because the like goes all the way across the building. once it was drain I cut where the leak was and fix the leak. also added a 3/4 vlad for the future hose bibs replacement because the valve they had was leaking and not holding. once I was done I fill up the whole system to make sure both repairs were good and no leaks. collected all my tools and clean my work area. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VITO

Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance on the furnace. Inspected the inducer motor, pressure switches, tubes, ignitor, and flame sensor; all components are functioning well. Blower capacitor measured at 7.4, which is within the acceptable range of 7.5. Noted significant rust on ducts surrounding the HVAC equipment. Verified that furnace voltage and amps are within specifications. Confirmed that the temperature rise is good, indicating the system is heating properly at this time.
