Examined area of concern by customer. Basement bathroom toilet is running. Tank has a lot of components. Trip lever is getting hung up on tank inside tank and fill valve and flush valve gasket requires replacement. There is water producing from age of toilet, indicating that toilet requires being pulled and reset with new wax seal. Spoke with customer regarding toilet and the many options to move forward. Economically, it makes more sense to replace toilet. Formulated investment options ranging from repairing toilet immediately today, to us replacing toilet with toilet we acquire and to customer purchasing new toilet and having us come out to install. All major components were tested for proper operation, electrical integrity, and cleanliness. Arrived on site and met with customer at the door she led me to her kitchen where we installed disposal and it was leaking out of the dishwasher connection on the disposal. Checked inside and found that the cap inside the disposal was gone. Put a cap on the disposal connection and ran 3 sink fulls of water and it didint leak. I arrived at my customer home for a two system heat inspection when I arrived customer say he only have one gas furnace customer adjusted he’s thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode for me Diagnostic fee for today’s service would be $120 customer do not have any replacement air filter at this time after system start up. I noticed the unit is getting very hot. I installed my temperature probe and the ductwork. I noticed that he exchanger not expanding and contract to provide any heat for the home gas furnace is overheating over 100° on top of the gas furnace inside the cabinet is also over 100° temperature. I inspect indoor coil blower ductwork and found it needs to be clean. I turned off for power to the gas furnace. It is not safe to run until the repairs have been done our system replacement. Arrived on site that customer at the front door went to our bathroom and movie started taking apart the old shower trim, which includes the handle shower head, shower arm, and the tub spout had to turn off water to the house in order to put in the trim kit adapter after the trim and showerhead were on, I started in a new mail adapter for the tub spout and screwed that in and caulked around it snaked out sink 10 feet and pulled back hair reassembled drain back together and ran multiple test and found no leaks caulked around bathtub and cleaned up the area show customer what I had done. Arrived onsite, turned off main water shut-off valve and water heater inlet valve. Opened multiple faucets to drain water from lines. Connected transfer pump to existing water heater drain valve and pumped out 50 gallons of water. Dryer was in the way of WH so we needed to disconnect the dryer vent and move the unit out of the way. Disconnected gas piping and flue venting. Cut hot & cold copper pipes. Hauled old WH to truck once all water was pumped out. Set new water heater in place and connected gas piping and hood. Connected existing flue to hood on top of unit. Mounted expansion tank on wall in front of unit. Connected existing copper pipe to expansion tank with tee and finally to unit itself with pipe and 2 street 45’s. Connected existing hot copper pipe to unit with slip coupling. Turned main water valve and WH inlet valve on. Let unit fill up and checked for leaks. Opened faucets and bled air from lines. Lit pilot and set unit to proper temperature. FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE GOODMEN FURNACE FROM 2020. Fall maintenance on one system. I checked and replaced the filter with one that the client provided. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked entire system amps and found within specs. The system ran and functioned properly. I checked all parts and for the most part everything is in good shape and reliable. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safety’s found okay. Furnace is burning properly. I checked for any possible gas leaks near furnace and found none. The water heater is corroded and back drafting, however the client is having Conner come out to replace his water heater tomorrow. Overall furnace is running without any issues. Moving forward I suggest adding 1x Ecm surge protector to the indoor variable speed motor to protect and save it from any spikes or high voltage power surges. Client will like to hold off for now. Job Description: #101 common area k/s drain line at the 90 is leaking - Arrived at location, We entered unit #101 and began to drain the whole system. We turned on the 2 showers and 2 faucets in the bathroom. Once the water was drained, we proceeded to take the old p-trap out and cut the cold water supply line. We then proceeded to cut the old drainage pipe and 90 out. After cutting the old pipe out, we proceeded take our measurements and install the new drain pipe with 1 1/2 PVC. We connected the pvc with ferncos to the existing lines. We put back the garbage disposal and installed a new p-trap. After everything was installed, we turned the water back on and tested for leaks. None at this moment. Cleaned up our area and left.
Arrived onsite, customer had angle stop valve to toilet leaking. Recommended replacing valve as well as toilet supply line. Advised customer that water will need to be shut off to building in order to replace angle valve. Replaced flexible supply line today. Attempted to tighten angle valve packing nut to get it to stop leaking to no avail. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris. Need to call AF management office to schedule shutdown.
Customer requested an emergency plumbing service for a sewage backup at 9907 Blundon Drive, Silver Spring, MD. The system is almost 60 years old. The appointment was confirmed for today: Arrived at location for water backing up by the trash room in the floor drain area, found a clean out to snake ran about 64 ft to clear the line, it was totilet paper that was backing up with roots as well. This line is full up with roots but I’ll recommend to Cameea the line to locate the issues

Arrived on site for a customer who had several items he wanted inspected. The customer showed me an area of concern in the basement and mentioned that he had a customer-supplied kitchen faucet he would like installed. He also requested a price for a whole-house repipe. I informed the customer that for a whole-house repipe, we would need to have our comfort adviser visit to provide an accurate quote. I then presented the customer with an investment option for replacing the kitchen faucet, which he approved. I began by shutting off the angle stops and removing the supply lines. I then unmounted the side sprayer and the old faucet. Once removed, I cleaned the surface area and installed the new kitchen faucet, securing it properly. After connecting the new supply lines, I turned the water back on and tested for leaks. At the completion of the ticket, no leaks were found. Andrew was excellent in all respects. He was timely, respectful, friendly, excellent at his work, could explain the problem to me and could recommend a rational solution. He did not try to "sell" me on one particular path to a solution. He gave me room to make up my own mind. I appreciated that. We are continuing to work together to fix my heat pump.

I waited from 8 am until 3pm ...I received several messages the Technician was on the way. Once he arrived I showed him the problem Garbage Disposal, he checked the unit asked if the I had checked the Fuse panel? I had and there were no tripped fuses......He went to his truck came back said it would be $800. I declined the service and paid him $50 for coming out to my residence.
