NO Air Conditioning: Today, I arrived on site to address the customer's complaint of no AC. After inspecting the system, I found that the capacitor on the 5mfd terminal was bad. To resolve this issue, I replaced the faulty turbo capacitor with a new one. As a result, the system is now on and running smoothly. The pressures of the system are currently at a good level. However, during my inspection, I noticed that the fan motor is making a loud noise. Based on this observation, I recommend replacing the entire unit to ensure optimal performance and to eliminate any potential future issues. To summarize, here are the recommended repairs, replacements, and additional services: Repairs: Replaced the bad turbo capacitor on the 5mfd terminal. Replacements: Recommend unit replacement due to the loud noise from the fan motor. Additional Service: None mentioned in the notes. Please note that no future plans, after-work condition of the system, or parts order procedures were mentioned in t

I checked both filters and replaced with one's customer provided I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment on a newer furnace found okay and check the motor amps and found within specs I checked all wirings and connections okay. the AC is at the end of its life expectancy 22 years I'm running off of r22 refrigerant. I checked my temperatures and I got to return air temperature of 70 in a supply air temperature 55. evap coil has a lot of fungus and rust all around it condensate line going down to a concert does not contain ez trap safety switch causing more potential as the unit runs and runs to get clogged up at the condensate line back up and overflow. I took the condensate pump and tested it with a gallon of water and added condensate tablets. I checked the outdoor condenser unit. the outdoor compressor sounds louder than usual and when it starts up it makes this humming noise and eventually comes on. th
