Arrived on site to address a clogged lavatory sink in the fluid bathroom. Upon inspection, I ran water in the lavatory sink and, after approximately one minute, observed water backing up in the pipe. Using a small bucket, I disassembled the P-trap and allowed the water to drain into the bucket. Once drained, I removed the trap arm and began snaking the line. After approximately 10 feet, I retrieved the cable and found a large wad of hair. I snaked the line a second time and did not retrieve any additional material. I then reassembled the P-trap and tested the sink for leaks and backups. At the time of ticket completion, no leaks or backups were observed. The work area was cleaned, and all tools and related materials were removed. Thank you for choosing Vito. Note: Customer is to be billed.
Found compressor grounded needs to be replaced
Jason was great! He explained everything he was going to do and I believe he did a great job. I appreciate how nice he was and how he seemed to really care about his work. Thanks so much!
Examined area of concern by customer. Customer states since Washing machine was installed, the unit has been experiencing water hammer issues. Spoke to customer regarding situation prior to entering apartment and gave tentative investment option for today's visit. Upon entering unit, immediately noticed laundry valves were not opened fully. Opened valves fully and tested unit fixtures. Was not able to recreate hammer after this point. Engaged laundry machine and machine shutoff presents an initial noise, not hammering. Advised customer to have hammer arrestors removed or get the longer versions. Customer will contact us for further assistance if needed. Thank you for choosing Vito!

For this job I did an AC maintenance on a 2023 Rheem heat pump Indoor unit Rheem 2023 air handler. I got a split temp of 18. EVAPORATOR is still in good shape , clean with no leaks or corrosion found. I noticed UV light bulb is dead and not working. I recommended to replace old UV light with an air scrubber plus Benefits of Air Scrubbers (Ozone-Free) 1. Reduced Exposure to Harmful Contaminants: Combating Illness-Causing Pathogens: Air scrubbers with ActivePure Technology have been shown to significantly reduce airborne and surface contaminants like bacteria, viruses, mold, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This can lead to a reduction in illnesses, like the common cold and flu. One FDA-approved technology demonstrated a high kill rate against SARS-CoV-2 on surfaces within a specific timeframe. Neutralizing Wildfire Smoke and Odors: Ozone-free air scrubbers can help to eliminate odors and purify the air, including addressing issues like wildfire smoke. 2. Improved Respira
Water over flowing over flow plan, condensate line is blocked: Arrived onsite, owner not onsite so all aspects of job was talked about over the phone. Utility closet water heater drain pan actively backing up with water. First, tried to clear blockage with gallo gun to no avail. Determined that blockage is most likely in the main condensate drain stack. Cut out drywall near WH pan outlet to reveal 1.5" PVC pipe. Disconnected Fernco and saw that pipe was full of water - so blockage is 100% in main building common drain stack. Snaked approximately 25' with pistol snake to no avail. Was able to test for proper drainage by running a garden hose down the pipe from nearby WH drain valve. Advised customer that K-50 snake will be needed to clear blockage. Snaked approximately 20 feet with K-50. Ran hose down drain stack after pulling back cables. Determined that the main building condensate drain is clear after running water down it for approximately 10 minutes. Reconnected PVC pipe with fernc

Job Description: #523 over flow gasket needs replaced Arrived on site , contacted the customer. The customer advised me that in unit #536 they a leak coming from the overflow drain. Upon entering the apartment the maintenance team already had holes cut out inside the unit and outside the unit in the hallway. The maintenance tech explained that they seem water leaking from the overflow drain flow when running water. Once inside of the bathroom I ran the tub and allowed water to run for approximately 30-40 min before turning it off. I didn’t see any leak at the time but then I move the shower head and ‘moved it toward the wall and seen that water was seeping through the diverter and also the overflow. I took the over flow off and seen that the back of the tub was heavily corroded which was the cause of the leak. I cleaned the corrosion of the best I can with a brill pad and also a wire brush. Once done I sealed the overflow along with the diverter with caulk. I explained to the customer
