arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the unit customer has 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen as for today inspection I found 1 bad looking flapper and found no other issues brought it up with customer and customer agreed to have flapper replaced went to truck and got new flapper then unhooked old flapper and placed new flapper in and set chain length per manufacturer specs then tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito. note: work warranty for 30 days

arrived on site to install new bathroom faucet started shutting for water to faucet then removed old supply lines and unmounted old faucet then pulled old faucet out cleaned up surface and then placed new faucet with with plate down then secured faucet to the sink then connected supply line and tighten then tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note:faucet warranty for 90 days

arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house water pressure and house pressure is at 55psi which is good while inspecting found 2 issues notice flush vlave on 1ft floor gasket was starting to wear out and when asking the customer if she has issues with the hot water reaching her master bathroom she said sometimes yes and sometimes no. found no other issues gave customer investment options and as of today customer said she wants some time to think about the options let heater flush for awhile longer then wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito.

arrived on site to install new 50 gallon gas direct heater started by shutting water off to unit and let unit drain while draining started to drain water heater shut off gas and remove wardflex from old heater once heater was drained cut out old heater and removed from site then brought new heater up to the 4th floor set heater in place and tied in gas line and started dry fitting water lines for the cold and hot water regulation before pressing water lines placed new flue pipe in placed and placed a bead of fireproof silicon around area and gaps as needed then once flue pipe was done marked water lines and pressed in placed. on site pressed with the hot and cold water regulation line off filled system up and aired out once aired lit pilot for heater and drained thru boiler drain once no more air is present opened up valves told customer give the heater 40 mins up 1 hour for water to fully heat up as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related mat

Arrived on site and met customer at the door he led us downstairs where his sink had a leak underneath I looked underneath and concluded that the leak was coming from the supply line but for this faucet the supply line was manufactured together with the faucet and there was no way to remove it. while I was doing that the homeowner had to remove the cabinets to make more space. told the homeowner that he would have to get a new faucet and he agreed. went on the phone with Kohler and green team to see if they had the same faucet since the guy that was living downstairs is a little shorter and he needs the longer spout and handle to wash his hands. they informed me that they don't make the same faucet because it was discontinued. informed the homeowner and I told him we would get back to him once we find a faucet with the right specs. arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the unit house pressure is at 55 psi whole flushing heater notice a dry mark where water was dripping then after awhile notice water dripping from the center of the mixing valve then notice a good amount of rust at the bottom of the heater. inspected all plumbing in the house and found no other issues brought to customer attention of the heater and said she will monitor the heater for a bit but if she does want to go forward with the heater she will like to get it financed stop flushing heater and wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito. recommendation: 50 gallon direct vent water heater 5580

HEAT MAINTENANCE ON ONE HEAT PUMP FROM 2022 I checked the filter and found clogged, I did replace it with one costumer provided. I recommend checking the filter every 30 days and change accordingly. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. I checked blower amps and found running within specs. I did notice that the blower motor is a variable speed motor and as of right now it is exposed to any high voltage power surges due to it not containing a surge protector. I checked the indoor EVAP coil and found okay. I checked the Aerus air scrubber connected to a transformer found okay. I checked the electrical heater element and found okay. 15kw aux heat. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safetys found okay. I tested Condensate trap and pump and flushed it down with a gallon of water and found okay. I got a temperature rise of 36. I proceeded to check the outdoor unit coil and it was okay. I checked the outdoor temp

arrived on site for a customer who water heater is not working and customer showed me area of concern and said she had maintenance man come out and said he believes it's the thermocouple soon I got a look at the heater notice water in pan and when removing insulation around water heater found water leaking from bottom of the heater meaning water heater needs to be replaced. showed customer my findings and I recommend for the water heater to replace since it's leaking from the bottom gave customer investment options and also gave customer special 10% discount that the ashmore gets since we replace all the water heaters in this area customer said she will like to talk it over with her husband and I also recommend if she will like it finance to call in the office and ask for Daniels and talk about our financing options and today is just the dispatch fee and if the customer wants to know forward we can credit the dispatch fee to the new heater thank you for choosing Vito. note: customer

arrived on site to install flush vlave started by shutting water off to toilet and let drained once drained use shop vac to get remaining water out from tank then removed supply line and used shop vac to get remaining water from tank once out removed tank from bowl then removed old flush vlave then placed new flush vlave in place and tighten down and replaced tank to bowl gasket then placed tank back on to bowl and tighten down once tightened turned water back on and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

arrived on site to install new 50 gallon gas heater and new flush valve started by shutting water off to house and started draining house and heater while draining started replacing flush vlave drained water from tank and used shop vac to get remaining water out then unmounted tank and notice flush vlave gasket I have is different then the one we order called Kohler and gave model number and Kohler gave me the right part number placed tank back on and will have to return to install new flush valve. once heater was drained cut out section of pipe and removed flue and gas line and removed old heater once out started repiping in gas line old gas line was on a flexible line so set new heater in place with new female adapters and tied in flue pipe and removed flexible line and placed 2 1 1/2 x 2" nipples and a new union and tighten down and turned gas back on while repiping new heater in cpvc pipe snapped at the branch tee only way to replace it is by cutting out a section of the cpvc and r

I arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 40 degrees customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer do not have any replacement air filters at this time and will replace it later I check all amps and components indoor and outdoor first Co air handler with domestic water heater working properly at this time. air handler and AC age 2023 install by us

arrived on site for a customer who has a running toilet customer showed me area of concern and it was a Kohler canister canister gasket is in good shape but notice flush valve gasket was wearing out while on site customer brought to my attention about her water heater when I was last here for a inspection notice a good amount of rust on the heater and customer wanted a qouted for the heater. took a look at the water heater and customer has a 50 gallon gas heater and also will need to hard pipe in the gas line to pass code talked to customer and gave investment options and as of today customer went with getting a new 50 gallon gas heater and gas repipe and will be doing the flush valve free of charge toor customer the moment we have all parts in will call and schedule for install thank you for choosing Vito.

Heat Pump Not Working, No Heat: I arrived at my customer home for heat pump system not working I did a full system check and found no refrigerant and outdoor unit 5K out of 10 KW electric element is working I recommend doing a full system leak check finding the leak fixing it recharge the system replaced electric element and start up are replace the system due to age customer will make a decision later today and will call back later

Not Enough Hot Water: Went to job after speaking with the tenant on the phone. After finding just 90 degree water at the kitchen sink I went to the water heater. The water heater is in a space heating configuration and the tenant had not complained of a lack of heat. The pipe feeding the mixing valve felt like it had plenty of heat but the mix line was only just warm. The tenant said the water has been like this since he got here but that has only been a week. I thought maybe I should just try to adjust the mixing valve. It took a little time but I got the mixing valve delivering 120 degree water to the faucets. I'm not sure of the age of the mixing valve but for now it is functioning properly. I found that the garbage disposal is seized and is beyond salvage. I'm certain a snaking of the kitchen drain could be needed as well. That would be determined at the time of the garbage disposal replacement. Jiemin said she would pay the office.
