Replaced transformer with new and replaced fuses on system. after installing everything fully cycled system at time system is fully operational. Payment was collect before repair.

Upon arrival customer concerns system is not working. went to tstat and found it blank. checked system and I'm getting voltage to system. But stops at transformer 24v, indicating that transformer is bad and need to be replaced. system is still under parts warranty but not labor. Performed maintenance on 2010 Furnace/AC. During maintenance found system is in working order. Checked all components and found them working properly. After checking components checked cleanliness of system. Checked filter and blower wheel and changed filter and blower was clean. Fully cycled system at this time system is operational. Recommended Replacing system because of age and condition of system customer is interested in changing out system in the spring. Customer would also like to invest in a steam humidifier. VA Plumber Call, Running Toilet in Basement: arrived at the job site started using the k1500 running cable till I felt the clug once I felt the clugi started using the machine.. arrived on site for a customer who hears a loud noise coming from there toilet and thinks it needs replacement customer explained to me that they was hearing the toilet keep running and tried to shut the water off to house toilet when they try house they heard a jack hammer like sound coming from the pipes. looked at basement and looked at toilet and notice toilet is old and needs replacement and when shutting valve off valve just spins but while trying to shut it off pipes start banging like a jack hammer with a pressure gauge checked house pressure and house pressure is at 60psi and customer does have a prv anything about 70psi is what make pipes bang told customer that we will recommend replacing Angle stop and toilet customer agreed and requested a ada complaint toilet after speaking with customer said that once parts are ordered they would like us to come out Monday in the morning to install thank you for choosing Vito. note:ada complaint toilet 1061 t500093 angle stop 255 t5005

09/18/2024 RETURN TO INSTALL PART. I arrived and client advised me of what had happened. I replaced the communication board that was ordered and detected bad board. I wired up the board and checked for any loose wires. I also added the Model to the board so it can function without it , it won't. I put power back to the unit and I rest the thermostat and checked for proper operation. I tested the furnace and unit came on and ran with a good temperature rise. I than checked AC unit. I called for cooling at 69 and the unit came on. I got a return air temperature of 74 and a supply air temperature of 56. i let the unit run for about an hour and ran it through its cycles. 09/03/2024 I arrived today to install defrost board. The unit was bypassed for cooling only. I replaced board re wired board and tested unit for AC and Heat. Both heat and AC work and come on after a 5 minute delay. The unit is now running and cooling properly as of now. Parts are under warranty. Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES.

NO AC CALL. Tenet advised me she smelled something burning at air handler and that there was loud noise before AC went off. The thermostat was dismantled and took apart by tenant I attached it again and thermostat came on. I called for cooling at thermostat and nothing came on. I went to air handler that is a downflow unit located on the second floor. I instantly smelled the burning smell. I cut the power to unit and I started checking all wirings to see if there's any burnt wires and I found none. I checked blower module and found okay. i checked thermostat wires to see if there was any loose ones that might've sent a miscommunication. I checked electric heater element and it's wires and found okay. I noticed a Condensate pump and the closer I got the more the smell of burning I smelt. I felt the pump and it was extremely hot. I disconnected wires from pump and I cut the unit on, after a 5 minute delay the unit came on. I replaced the Condensate pump and I tested it out with a gallo

08/14/2024 arrived on site to look at 2 sinks that had traps that were leaking, no popup drains were installed on the sinks, both old traps were cracked and leaking, ran out to pick up some new 1-1/4 chrome p traps and install them on the sinks, took apart the old traps and installed the new ones, tested both lines for any further leaks, no leaks found on either sink, cleaned up work area and left

Commercial Plumber Job Pull Pump and Send to STH 07/29/2024 customer notified us that they had a pump that was kicking the breaker on and off when the pump is turned on. upon further inspection the pump is either pulling too many amps or is not pumping at all. also, the pump seal fail light was on. once on job site I advise the customer that I will be pulling the pump so that it can be sent to the manufacturer for further diagnostics. Drained pit all the way down. setup equipment using anchors and chain fall to pull pump. pulled wires through conduit to disconnected the pump from the panel and made a cut to loosen the pump from rails . packed up,clean work area and left job site.

HVAC Call Puddle Under Air Conditioner Unit 06/20/2024 I arrived at my customer home for a water leak I did a system check and find the indoor coil drain pan broken and water running down into the furnace I recommend a replacement of the AC/ coil and possibly furnace.

New Water Heater Installation 06/19/2024 arrived onsite, located existing water heater in utility closet next to powder room bathroom. turned off power to existing WH at breaker panel. used electrical tester to make sure no power was going to unit. utility closet door needed to be removed in order to move unit in and out. set closet door in living room for time being. turned off WH cold valve and opened hot side faucets to drain down water lines. connected transfer pump to WH drain and set garden hose in nearby condensate drain in floor pumped out water from tank. disconnected existing electrical. cut existing hot & cold lines going to unit. removed WH from utility room and set at curb to be hauled away. used wet vac to remove water from floor before putting in new unit. set new water heater in place. connected existing hot line to WH outlet with coupling. used strap kit to hang new expansion tank. pumped up exp tank to approximately 60 psi. installed tee on existing cold line and ran

Upon inspection, I identified that the leak was not from the AC unit but from the water heater. The issue was traced to a faulty pressure relief valve. I replaced the valve and checked for any additional leaks. After the repair, I tested the water heater to ensure proper operation and no further leakage. The water heater is now functioning correctly, and the area is dry and secure.

NO AC 06/07/2024 check for no cooling accessed unit in attic and thermostat found no low voltage (24v) to thermostat checked control board checked all safeties wet switch in safety pan good found EZ trap float switch open do to entire drain line full of water from basement to the attic cut drain line in attic to drain water into bucket brought nitrogen tank to attic to clear drain line opened valve on tank to 200psi checked drain still not cleared brought nitrogen tank to basement to access drain line in mechanical room to clear from opposite direction cut drain line to clear from below opened valve to 300psi and cleared drain line reconnected drain line in attic and in basement tested drainage, drain line is cleared of sludge and blockage after repairs checked system operation and drainage all checks good

Call for Leaking Shower: Examined area of concern by customer. Master bedroom bathroom shower is dripping constantly. Documented. Made customer aware her system requires a new Moen Posi-temp cartridge to to bring back to efficient level. Customer agreed. Went to truck to acquire materials and returned inside. Shutdown water system to home and drained top floor to enable repair. Removed existing cartridge and installed new Moen 1222 Posi-temp cartridge per manufacturer specifications. Secured into system with new clip and went to basement to repressure water system to home and bleed air from piping. Returned to shower area and shutdown faucets in immediate area. Ensured temperatures were aligned properly and reassembled outer trim to fixture. Tested for proper functionality and there are no further drips from showerhead.
