Examined area of concern by customer. Customer concerned about puddle located in shower corner at various different times, even when shower has not been used. Initially believed puddle due to bad sloping of shower. After further conversation, requested to open a window in bedroom wall. Cannot view leak through bedroom wall window and made customer aware I will involve Comfort Advisor to complete proposal. Spoke to office personnel and determined immediate wall removal will better suit situation for speedy rectification. Due to me performing Leak Search, reduced leak search investment option. Cut out wall down to above baseboards and removed. Inside coming from lower jets, there are water marks going to inside of loose shower bladder section. Displayed to customer. Inside shower, can view trajectory of water coming down tile and settling in grout between tile. Recommend replacing both upper and lower body jets on right side of shower and replacing cartridge in jets control handle. Will

Customer informed us that their radiator valve was leaking when running the boiler system. Contacted Mr. Anderson to inform him that I'm site and will start diagnosing the leak. Once inside of the room where the radiator was leaking, I observed a small drip coming the union connecting the valve and radiator together. Set up equipment and started to drain down the boiler system. First, I close the incoming supply and then open the valve on the return and incoming. Open the pressure relief valve. When draining the boiler, I noticed that the pressure relief valve was not properly drained to the correct drain. The line that is being used for the drain for the boiler is the old existing supply line to the radiators. Contacted Mr. Anderson made him aware of what I discovered and recommended him to have the drain ran the drain that's across the drain located by the incoming water and window. Once the system was drain down, I then released the head pressure from the radiator. Releasing the hea
