With this option, we will pull existing sewage ejector and install new Zoeller Grinder Sewage Pump per local plumbing codes with removal/disposal of existing pump and 1yr WORRIES-FREE warranty for the 1st yr of manufacturer warranty. Thank you for choosing Vito! Arrived. Below grade basement drainage is inoperable due to existing sewage ejector pump failure. Gave customer investment option to replace ejector pump and customer agreed. New pump delivered shortly after. Removed lid to area and staged. Cut ventilation and discharge to enable pit lid removal. Removed lid and pulled pump from pit, that is filled to brim. Prepped new pump and set inside pit. Properly positioned pit lid and secured discharge pipe. Lines up and tied in ventilation. Plugged pump into backup power system and plugged backup system into outlet. Switched ON and pump emptied pit. New pump is fully operational and there are no malfunctions with backup system. Arrived on site to look at a faucet that had low water pressure and a lack of hot water in the same faucet, determined the faucet needed to be replaced, got confirmation and picked up a new faucet, installed the new faucet and tested it, water pressure is good and the lack of hot water was caused from the low pressure not allowing the hot water to travel quickly, tested the faucet for anymore issues but found none, cleaned up work area and left

Arrived. Customer gas acquired new tub spout from manufacturer and would like it installed today. Attempted to remove existing spout to no avail. After further inspection, adapter is compromised. Removed spout with adapter attached to spout. Cut back piping and made customer aware I will require a slip adapter. Went to truck and acquired materials and returned inside. With this option, we will rebuild existing AXOR Hansgrohe widespread lavy faucet with new Ultraglide cartridges in hot and cold handle assemblies. There will be a 90day warranty on today's repairs. Arrived. AXOR Hansgrohe faucet is leaking. Spoke to customer and viewed new faucet he has purchased in case existing cannot be repaired..made customer aware I have Ultraglide cartridges for this specific faucet in stock. Went to truck and acquired materials and returned inside. Removed each handle assembly and removed existing cartridges from both. Secured new Hot & Cold Ultraglide cartridges in assemblies and reset handles. Engaged water supply from stops undersink and tested for proper functionality. There are no further drips from fixture. NO AC CALL: I checked both filters and found extremely clogged. The client will be responsible to purchase and replace the two. After taking out filters I called for ac and I heard the indoor blower kick on. I waited at least 15 minutes for the ac unit to kick on but never triggered. I felt the line set and noticed no refrigerant was being compressed. I went to the outdoor condenser and noticed only the fan spinning but I didn’t hear the compressor running. I cut the power and checked the 40/5mfd capacitor and found it was bad and lost all its tolerance for the compressor side. Recommendations: • Replace 40/5mfd capacitor • Add 1x hard start kit to capacitor due to this unit having a long line set. The air handler is in the attic and with time the compressor will need an extra boost to push compressor all the way to the air handler and prevent the compressor from over amping and heating up! • Sign up for annual maintenance contract. I disconnected customer Pepco energy box at the outdoor unit it's sending a negative signal to the gas furnace control board damaging the fuse I recommend a replacement of that box or leave it off completely (Full system will be out of warranty 08/01/25)

Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water pressure in home is 70psig. Water Heater is a 18yr old electrical model. Through many practices, was able to get water heater to flush and blow out built up sediment in tank and remove calcification buildup in tank. Heavy buildup was removed from tank today. Documented. Dual check on sprinkler line is overdue for replacement. Pressure Regulating Valve is overdue also and customer states PRV is older than Dual Check. PRV is showing signs of a past leak that has discolored fittings below it. Basement bathroom is in good condition. On main floor, powder room is in good condition. Customer states she saw a leak in area of disposal unit. Tested for proper functionality and there are no leaks present on disposal unit and drainage undersink. Arrived for cooling maintenance 2 zone. Basement unit filter was replaced by owner. Coil is clean blower wheel and housing are ok at this time. Ac unit is OK at this time and cooling good at this time. Inspected units condensate pump and tubing,plump pipes in the space and up to water heater to include gas pipeing to be OK at this time.
