I arrived at my customer home for a dehumidifier upstairs not performing properly. I did a full system check and found dehumidifier working due to high ceiling upstairs on the fourth floor thermostat on the third floor whenever the gas furnace is satisfied the system turns off dehumidifier continues to run, unable to perform properly Because of no blower from gas furnace, I recommend keeping blower continuous running to help with high humidity in the home. I inspected drain compressor blower and pipes for dehumidifier. System is working at this time.
Arrived and performed yearly plumbing maintenance, sent checklist to client
Arrived at location for an emergency call, hvac system condensate like is backed up and need to be snaked, noticed the amount of bends in the line could possibly be difficult to pass by. Attempt to snake with tub snake drum, cut the hvac line to feed snake in, could not go pass by the 90 bend also try to feed it in the pan but could not pass all those 45 fittings. Noticed a ferrcost on the main line. Inorder to do the work I will need an extra hand so the snake cable does not fall in the line. Spoke with Richard and he said to bring someone out tomorrow.
Found emergency drain pan full of water use wet vac to remove water from the pan advice customer that it's going to happen again because there is a hole in the main horizontal drain pan it is on order once we have the pan we will return to replace the horizontal drain pan left customer the small wet vac to vacuum out the water when it fills over the weekend
Job Description: back up underneath their steps are clogged. Got the camera and met Robert on the job. First he showed me an access panel on the floor in the unit ( verilife ) and what we found in there was a lake which could be in the thousands of gallons. This "lake" under the occupied space of verilife is in my opinion a health hazard producing producing countless mosquitoes and mold contamination. There is a broken part of the pipe right after it leaves the parking lot to go under the building which I'm sure is the major contributor to the "lake". With careful minipulation of the camera I was able to pass the break in the pipe and find a blockage of stones 27 feet from the lot. This also will have to be addressed since I could not pass it even with my big snake. To start the "lake" will have to be pumped out.
Service Request: Turn off the gas and turn it back on . Arrived at the job site and shut off the gas valve as requested. Waited until the technician completed their work, then returned to turn the gas back on. Confirmed that the system was operating properly before leaving the site. Thank you for choosing Vito.
With this option, we will install kitchen faucet per manufacturer specifications. Customer has purchased new Delta faucet. There is No warranty on customer supplied products. Installation will include 30day labor warranty on installation only. Examined area of concern by customer. Customer has numerous concerns today. Customer has purchased ew faucets for kitchen and clawfoot tub and would like them installed. Water connections for tub fixture is too small and will require modifications to install. Identified required materials needed and will order through Parts Dept. Will need 2 3/4x1/2in flex supply hoses to enable installation. Outside hose bibb has piece of hose stuck to Bibb. Removed hose nut from Bibb at no additional cost to customer today. Formulated options for customer approval and we will be installing new Delta 16953-DST today. Removed existing faucet and cleaned sink area. Set new faucet and deck plate in place and went undersink to secure. Tied into existing water supp
NO AC TOP FLOOR SYSTEM checked infinity thermostat last 10 events found error code 74 no 240 volts to compressor, checked circuit breaker found tripped, checked compressor found compressor terminals blown out with no freon 410a carrier 2010 out of warranty system , will contact comfort advisor to explain options MO. Explained options outdoor unit or go with new freon system
I arrived at John Marshall bank for AC system not working properly when I arrived. Thermostat was set at 68°. Thermostat was reading 75°. The gentleman say the system worked in the morning and stopped during the day. I did a full system diagnostic inside and out found indoor blower working outdoor system, not working due to low pressure of refrigerant possibly leak in the equipment. I recommend doing a full system leak check finding the leak fixing it run a vacuum recharging the system and startup job could take between 4 to 6 hours to complete. I also recommend a replacement of the full system due to age and performance.
Turn water off to faucet dis assemble faucet Replace it with a new customer supplied faucet Connect water to new faucet Check for leaks and functionality Arrived on site for maintenance and met customer at the door. He took me upstairs to a bathroom faucet he would like replaced. I gave him the price to replace it and he agreed. Took apart his cabinet and started disconnecting the old faucet. After the new faucet was taken out I cleaned the area where it used to be and set the new faucet in place. Tightened all my connections and turned the water back on checking for leaks and found none. Installed new Carrier indoor and outdoor A/C Unit
For this job I did an ac maintenance on a 2023 carrier infinity. Indoor unit 2023 carrier air handler. I got a temp split of 18. Evaporater coils has no signs leakage or corrosion. Drain line is draining properly. Condensate pump is functioning with no problem. AIR filter has been replaced by client. Blower wheel is still clean at the moment. Blower wheel amps .69. Control board is functioning and communicating with system. All wires are intact and no obstruction found. Outdoor unit 2023 carrier infinity. Inverter board is functioning and communicating with system. All wires are intact with no obstructions found. Fan amps reading 1.17 compressor amps reading 10.55. I contactor reading 240v all terminals reading 24v. I noticed disconnect didn't have a surge protector and I made it my recommendation to client to get it installed fo protect boards from any power surges. Coils are clean at the moment I gave it a rinse. Pipe insulation is insulated with no tear.

Kevin was on time and efficient. He answered my many questions carefully in a way that I could understand. He was kind and knowledgeable, efficient and skilled at his job. He is excellent in dealing with my heating and cooling equipment and with me .
First, Kevin, the technician that checked my equipment was excellent. I would request him again in the future. That said, the overall experience was less than excellent. I was told the technician would arrive between 8:00 and 5:00 on July 10. The fact that you can't give a shorter arrival estimate is frustrating. At 4:00, I called the office because no technician had arrived. No one answered so I left a message. When my call was returned, I was told no one would come that day and needed to reschedule for July 11. The fact that no one proactively called me to tell me I didn't need to wait anymore on July 10 is infuriating.

Only one complaint: I was told I’d get a call when the yech was on the way. I didn’t. I found out hours later that you had emailed me. If you had said “we will call or email you,” I could have been watching and known when to expect him.

For a carrier supplier of parts that don’t like to use them but they like to charge arm & leg for universal parts, overcharge for service appointments and use poor diagnostics and finding the problems

Edwin was extremely professional, demonstrated his knowledge of plumbing each and every time he was checking each room step by step. He checked under all sinks, toilets, showers / bathtubs as well as the laundry room piping He ran the waters for each sink and bathtub, as well as flushing every toilet to verify all were working properly. I followed along and felt very comfortable asking questions to which Edwin's responses were clear and confirmed that I understood. I am hopeful that come next year for the annual checkup, in requesting that Edwin be the employee to come out will be honored!

These guys were pros. Coordinated with supplier of our tankless hot water unit and even tightened some plumbing that needed itno charge or even mention that they did so. We found our team!
