upon arrival of home installed battery back up system to existing sump pump.original sump pump is 4 years old. I told customer that pump may need to be replaced in the next couple of years depending on the load coming into pump. checked all connections for leaks and failures. customer will need an extension cord for older pump. there are no further failures.

Arrived on site and met customer at the front door he showed us to the downstairs area where his toilet and floor drain where currently backed up. we explained to the customer that we would have to snake it from that toilet and he agreed. started sucking the water out of the toilet and put it to the side. Snaked about 90' and cleared it. ran water in the drain and other fixtures to make sure it would not back up again and it took all the water. cleaned the work area and pulled the snake back with nothing on the head. set the toilet back in place and showed the customer that we cleared the drain and explained that sometimes things like toilet paper and other debris can collect and clog your drain. took the rest of our materials outside and did a final test to make sure it was cleared. Install 2 Shutoff Valves: upon arrival of home I noticed that the customer wanting to bring the two main valves down so they are accessible. the valves are currently in ceiling. explained to customer that we would need to shut down risers and drain system to properly replace valves . will need about 3 hours to do work. customer would like to get estimate for work and call us back when he is ready to schedule . I gave customer investment of $2292. customer will call us back .

I serviced water source heat pump. I checked 410 pressures and took amps on motor 6.8. I also took amp on blower motor 1.37 and blower wheel is clean at this time. I checked water inlet and outlet valves are operational and open. I checked 24 volts at transformer and at control board. upon arrival of home I noticed that both showers in the home were leaking from shower head. removed both trim and was able to identify the part. will need to have part ordered and return Monday. customer prefers an afternoon visit on Monday because both her and husband have doctor's appointment in the am. installed both cartridges and checked for leaks. customer would like to billed. there are no further failures.

Emergency Plumbing Call, Sunday Call, Double Kitchen Sink Clogged: arrived onsite, ran kitchen faucet and noticed water backing up into sink indicating a stoppage. disconnected p-trap on right hand basin and ran K-50 approximately 35 feet. pulled back cables and reconnected trap assembly. ran water in both sink basins to check for leaks and proper drainage. cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

Leak From Garbage Disposal: upon arrival of home I noticed that the kitchen disposal was leaking. with the customers consent I replaced disposal. ran water and disposal and checked for leaks and malfunctions. found no failures. customer is a service member.

I arrived at my customer home for one convector leaking water and one do not have any power I did a system check and find no power from the electric panel customer need to call an electrician I recommend a replacement of all connectors customer will like a price for replacement

FALL MAINTENANCE ON 2021 Water supplied furnace. I checked the filter and found okay for now. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked all limits and safety and all wirings and connections found okay. I checked the temperature rise and I got a return air temperature of 72 and a supply air temperature of 123. I detected a fungle growth cultivating within the unit near the blower motor and near the coils and the the wirings of the blower motor. As of now the unit is running and heating. I willa advise client of findings and provide recommendations. After today's visit I am pleased to say that the unit is running properly as needed but there is one concern and that is the fungle outbreak through the unit which is being circulated back into the air. I recommend adding an air scrubber to the unit , basically being a birth control to fungus. Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water pressure in home is 67psig. Water Heater is 11yrs old. Flushed water heater for duration of inspection in effort to remove built up sediment and minimize calcification buildup in tank. Water Heater flushed exceptionally clean today. upon arrival of home I noticed that the customer has two 75 gallon power vent heaters in the basement of the home. one of which is 18 years old and the other is 17 years old. I explained to customer that there were risks at state with flushing heaters this old. customer complied and only wanted one of the tanks flushed. I then flushed the 17 year old. customer wanted prices on 50 gallon power vent which was $4846. and the price of a 75 gallon heater is $5783. I flushed one of the heaters . customer had a $79 coupon. customer will call us when ready to replace.

09/11/2024 I arrived at my customer home for the outdoor compressor not running I did a full system check and found easy trap trip and drain pipe clogged I unclog indoor drain pipe check all amp and components indoor and outdoor AC systems working properly at this time customer signed up for Vito VIP plan duct cleaning and air scrubber customers going out of town and would like work to be done when he's back.
