Plumbing Callback: toilets still running after we replaced flappers, replaced with new flappers and toilet flushes well now
The service person was very nice, but unfortunately, after paying $600 (and that was with discounts!) my toilets are still running. At least he unstopped the drain. Good service companies are so hard to find these days. Everyone is out to make a buck. So disheartening.
With this option, we will restore flow to kitchen area and laundry area simultaneously by running drain cables through laundry tub drain to relieve clog in tee. We will also repair 2 toilets onsite: Arrived. Customer has an AMS Champion toilet that runs periodically and upstairs hallway bathroom Toto toilet also runs. In basement, kitchen drainage is backing up into laundry tub. Formulated options for customer approval today and customer has opted to be a VIP member and accept Immediate option. Went to truck and acquired materials and equipment and returned inside. Removed AMS gasket and installed new gasket per manufacturer specifications. Tested for proper functionality and there are no further malfunctions in toilet. In upstairs hallway bathroom, removed 3in Toto flapper and installed Toto Universal 3in flapper at no additional cost to customer. Ran drain cables down trap to clear clog in area and open drainline for kitchen waste coming from upstairs down drainline. Tested for flow

I arrived at my customer home for the system not working age 2023 I did a full system check and find drain pipe clogged I flushed and cleaned out drain pipe and pump check all amps and components indoor system working properly at this time
Arrived on site for a customer who wanted their main line snaked out. The customer showed me the area of concern in the basement. They explained that when water is run in the kitchen sink and dishwasher, it begins to back up into the laundry sink. To diagnose the issue, I had the customer run water in the kitchen sink while I simultaneously ran water in the laundry tub. I could hear water begin to fill up in the pipe, and then it slowly started to drain. I removed the cleanout cap and ran water again, observing the pipe start to fill up once more. I explained my findings to the customer and that the blockage appears to be below the cleanout. The customer also mentioned this is a recurring issue, happening about every other month. They previously had the basement bathroom renovated, and during one of the prior clogs, another company ran a camera down the line. That inspection revealed that the plumber who renovated the line had improperly connected a pipe that extended too far into t
A/C CHECK ON 2023 HEAT PUMP CHANGED 20X20X1 AIR FILTER PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER ALL SAFETIES WORKING FINE. OUTDOOR UNIT TEMP 56 DISCHARGE TEMP 45 CONTACTOR PULLING 24V CAPACITOR READING WITHIN RANGE I LOOKED FOR OBSTRUCTIONS ON ALL WIRES FOUND NONE. CHECKED FAN AMPS ITS READING WITHIN RANGE COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING FINE AND READING WITHIN RANGE. AT THIS TIME UNIT IS WORKING FINE. 2015 MITSUBISHI MINI SPLIT #1 GOT A DISCHARGE TEMP OF 48. Main Line Stoppage: arrived onsite, main line blockage between 2nd floor bathroom and 1st floor powder room bathroom. pulled 2nd floor bathroom toilet and set it in bathtub. scraped wax off of flange. set up K-60 snake. snaking cables would not fit through snake machine at first so we had to take apart the drive belt and the jaw set and adjust them so cables would fit through. jaw set was restricting the 7/8" cables and not allowing cables to fit through machine. also had to take apart clutch and adjust it so that we could properly snake the drain. existing flange was open spigot style flange with 45 degree angle facing towards us so it was difficult to remove the cables because of the bend. snaked approximately 45' with K-60 and hit blockage around 30 feet. ran lavi faucet while removing cables from drain to aid in flushing out the line. ran water from nearby toilet supply line into drain for 10 minutes to ensure the blockage was clear. set new wax ring and closet bolts on flange. set
Slow Draining Toilets: arrived onsite, customer has 1st and 2nd floor bathroom blockage issues. 2nd floor full bathroom all 3 fixtures are backed up. 1st floor half bathroom lavatory sink is draining fine but toilet seems to be clogged (potentially just an old toilet needing to be replaced and that is the reason for the slow drainage). basement bathroom all 3 fixtures are draining normally. located cleanout in basement floor, opened it up and ran garden hose down - drained normally. was able to plunge 1st floor toilet to get water to go down. attempted to clear 2nd floor toilet with plunger and auger to no avail so at that point I knew it was a main line blockage. will come back tomorrow to pull 2nd floor toilet and snake with K-60.

FALL HVAC CHECK checked and replaced customer supplied filter 14x20x1 , checked indoor blower motor and wheel, found no ecm motor surge protector, checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger, cleaned flame sensor, checked inducer draft motor and flue, checked all safeties and limits, checked all condensate line and tubes, checked condensate pump, found no humidifier or uv light system, checked temperature rise 40-70 HI 30-60 Lo return air temperature 64 supply air temperature 109,. HVAC Parts Install: I returned today to replace old thermostat with new thermostat due to it failing. I replaced it with a T4 thermostat wired it all back together and tested the thermostat and the unit. Ran it through its cycles and kicked on. I left the unit running and heating. Keep in mind the unit has reached its life expectancy and something else can possibly go wrong. If there's any issues or concerns please feel free to give us a call. Final temperature rise. Return air temperature 69 and supply air temperature was 124. All okay for now I let the unit run for about 45 ! minutes before I left. And I did show the client how to use the new T stat. I will collect the remaining balance of $334.13 Recommendations: I recommend clients start looking into upgrading full system.

Boiler At Bottom of Building Not Heating: NO HEAT BOILER entered boiler room with 6 boilers asked which one has the problem he said #4 boiler, checked boiler found that it's been butchered all some of the safeties been jumped out, the pilot assembly and pilot tube is missing, most likely the gas valve is bad, cannot get the boiler operating with missing parts ENERJET MODEL NUMBER BG-3 SERIAL NUMBER 84768
I arrived at my customer home for a boiler system flush I drained the boiler flush the system with chemical and water Rinse with vinegar refill the boiler bleed all radiators and start up boiler system working properly at this time.
I arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature 43 at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 in the home I adjust customer thermostat 5 above the room temperature in heat mode boiler systems working pipes are clogged no water cycling through the pipes I recommend a full boiler system flushing need to return on Monday to complete work and pick up full payment
checked out boiler for proper operation. customer does have 4 mini splits as well running with boiler. tech did recommend strap for expansion tank and also new backflow prevention and quickfill
I serviced carrier gas furnace. 16x20x4 filter is dirty and customer. ignitor is 48 ohms. flame sensor is dirty I cleaned and reinstalled. I also change humidifier canister and gasket as well as tested operations and set to number 5 setting. inducer motor pulling .70, blower 3.4. return is 70 supply 135. I checked all rollout and safety switches. I completed xo combustion analysis stack temp 327, oxygen 9.2, co 39 ppm. Gas furnace is heating properly at this time. Examined area of concern by customer. Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water heater 20yrs old. Flushed directly into sump pump well I'm same room. Sump Pump is fully operational. Inspected additional pump in home and it also is fully operational. Customer states home is in good plumbing condition and she would just like water heater serviced. Laundry room has no malfunctions. Performed Water Quality test in laundry room. Chlorine levels are low with a reading of 0.6ppm. Hardness levels are Moderately Hard with a reading of 7GPG. Formulated options for customer approval. Customer has accepted options for future references.
HVAC Parts Install: arrived. replaced inducer motor. inducer motor my last visit no power threw the inducer motor. owner informed me of a recent power surge in home. inducer could have been damaged during power surge. controle board is good at this time and thermostat is good at this time.replaced inducer and tested system system on and heating properly at this time.
I serviced duel fuel carrier system. 16x25x1 filter is clean homeowner replaced beginning of month. inducer is pulling .41 amps. blower pulling 5.2 amps and capacitor is reading 14.50 out of 15. I flushed 90 percent drain trap as well as test condensate pump. Dampers are in open positions. I checked all safeties, rollouts and high temp switch. I checked 24 volt connections at transformer and at board and tightened connections. I tested outdoor unit in defrost controls. fan .69 amps compressor amps 6.2. 45/5 cap reading 43 and 4.8. surge protector still operational on outdoor unit
Today, I arrived on site for a no heat issue. Customer reported no heat from the system. Observed that the thermostat was black upon arrival. Noticed that power was off to the system initially. Turned the power on, and the thermostat turned off as expected. The system attempted to start but displayed error code 45. Error code indicated that the inducer failed to start. Checked voltage to the inducer motor; confirmed 120v is present. Inducer motor did not start despite the voltage being adequate. Recommended replacing the inducer motor to resolve the heating issue.
Furnace Issues: I arrived at my customer home for a boiler system not working I did a full system check and find one bad boiler pump i recommend a replacement of the boiler pump system turned off at this time
I arrived to my customer for an HVAC Fall Maintenance. I inspected filter and is clean at this time. I checked ignitor ohms 46 ohk. I also cleaned dirty flame sensor. I took temp rise on return and supply. I took amp reading on all major components and motors as well as check safeties operation. I completed combustion analysis on 80 percent furnace. system is heating properly at this time. Thank you for choosing vito services.
