Brandon did an excellent job at flushing out the sediment from my 13 year old hot water heater. This particular job was more complex than in previous years as the sediment did not come out as expected. Brandon identified the problem(s) and checked with his manager to confirm the best course of next action steps. The job was accomplished with outstanding results and I am pleased with Vito Services and its staff.
Arrived onsite, customer sump pump had failed causing basement to flood with water. Customer also has a backup pump. Opened sump pit and noticed a Fernco fitting had disconnected. Unplugged pump and pulled out of pit. Noticed that the piping and Ferncos going to the backup pump had not been changed and hose clamps had rotted out. Replaced Ferncos and set pump and backup back into pit. Plugged pump in and waited but no water was being pumped out. Advised customer that Zoeller pump must be replaced. Check valve for backup pump had failed as well. Installed 2 new check valves, one for new pump and other for existing backup pump. Tightened connections and set new pump assembly into pit. Plugged in and pump is now operational and working properly. Plugged backup cord in as well. Set cover over pit. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris. Customer refused to sign, wanted to talk with someone about remediation. Advised customer to call office for help with remediation.
Customer reported that her outside floor drain was draining slowly, and after heavy rain, water would stand in the area. She showed me the area of concern, and upon inspection, the drain appeared to be clear. I ran a hose to test it, and the drain backed up immediately. I presented the customer with an investment option to snake the floor drain, and she agreed. I had to chip a small piece of the floor drain cover to access it. Once removed, I found the floor drain was full. I ran a snake down the drain, and at approximately 10 feet, the line cleared. I pulled the cable back and found nothing on the head. I ran the hose again to test for backups. As of ticket completion, no backups occurred. I cleaned up the work area and all related materials. Thank you for choosing Vito. Note: No warranty on drain cleaning. Customer normally gets billed

System Serviced: 2015 Lennox Heat Pump System Issue Reported: Client reported insufficient cooling performance and reduced indoor air quality. Noted particular concern with upstairs airflow and system reliability during warmer weather. Findings Upon Inspection: 1. Condensate Drain Line Blockage: The condensate line was completely clogged, causing water to back up and trip the EZ Trap safety switch. This disabled the system intermittently, resulting in inconsistent cooling. 2. Dirty Air Filter: The return air filter was severely clogged, restricting airflow throughout the system. This contributed to poor air quality and diminished system efficiency. 3. Uneven Airflow: Air delivery to the upstairs area was inadequate. The issue was traced back to damper settings and duct balancing. 4. System Age & Performance Concerns: The system, installed in 2015, is now over 10 years old. While operational after maintenance, it's reaching the end of its average service life. Performance may bec

NO AC, System is from 2017: Client complained they had no ac since last week. called for ac and indoor fan kicked on. However the outdoor compressor was not running. I checked 45/7.5 mfd capacitor found bad which caused compressor not to kick on. I investigated further and noticed contactor also not reliable due to visible wear and tear. These two parts only last about 5-7 years and we are at the seven year mark. I advised client that to get the system back up online I will need to replace the capacitor and the contactor but I also recommended adding an outdoor surge protector. The client has agreed to to do the additional work and we also signed them up for the annual maintenance contract. Work was completed. Outdoor unit came on I tested system for proper performance and all is good. If there’s any issues or concerns please feel free to give us a call. Thank you for choosing Vito services. Paul did a GREAT JOB!
PARRIS is fabulous! Always a pleasure to have him doing the work.
Super!
Danny was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He took care of everything and gave me useful information about the annual VIP program that I signed up for. Would like a shorter time window for service rather than 8:00 to 5:00.
The service person was very nice, but unfortunately, after paying $600 (and that was with discounts!) my toilets are still running. At least he unstopped the drain. Good service companies are so hard to find these days. Everyone is out to make a buck. So disheartening.
Great Service
Danny was very helpful finding out what's wrong with our HVAC. Technically savvy, his process was thoughtful and well controlled.
As usual I received excellent service and the technician was knowledgeable and professional and very personable. I am so pleased with this company! Would never use anyone ejse!
Danny was very helpful and professional. Very good service.
Conner quickly assessed work needed & efficiently swapped out disposal. It was however almost 3 hours from notification call (technician was 20 minutes away); that he arrived Found service very pricey
Knowledgable, Experienced-- Excellent service
Danny spent a lot of time troubleshooting a misbehaving thermostat. He was very clear about repairs that might be made and very focused on a furnace in a tight spot. And he is very friendly.
Aaron knows the HVAC systems very well, explains everything that refers to maintenance and repairs clearly, and fixes a problem if there’s one. Great job !
On time, clean, very nice people
Excellent service
Aaron was sent out to take a look at a failed instant hot water combination unit. Was very knowledgeable on how they work, how it could be fixed and the economics on whether it was worth fixing or not. Was right to the point and able to translate his plumbing knowledge in a way that was easy for me to understand. Plus just a very nice guy. Vito is lucky to have him on their team.
Good service
Bobby Isaacs was both efficient and informative about the plumbing replacement work I had performed
