Excellent Service. Thank you.
Arrived on site and met with customer he led me downstairs where his drain had backed up again. Snaked 60 ft from clean out and cleared it. Ran camera down and around 50 ft I was hitting a block as I couldn't see to do the water but it mostly look like roots. Went outside to a clean out and cut out the cap and Cameron it from there and found no obstructions for a temporary solution I glued on a PVC cap on the top of it so animals are nothing would go down. Went back inside and snaked it again 75 ft and worked the area around 50 ft and Cameron did again and got a clear picture that there was a huge ball of roots in the middle of the pipe. Located it and it's right near the foundation wall where I set up a dumbbell standing upwards to Mark where it was. Call Chris and explain to him the situation and he will be out here tomorrow to give him an estimate on digging it up. Cleaned up work area of materials and debris. Thank you for choosing Vito

Arrived on site and met with customer he showed me how he had low water pressure and explained to me how every time multiple people took a shower or ran something the water pressure would drop exponentially. Took my pressure gauge and measured 32 PSI for the house. Went downstairs and looked at the setup for the pump. Tried to identify the how the system worked and came to the conclusion something was most likely wrong with the pump tank and advised the customer to call someone with ample knowledge of the system. Thank you for choosing Vito Customer is friends with Jim they would like to be billed

Examined area of concern by customer. Delta tub system is running a stream of water when shut off. Removed handle with much difficulty and identified cartridge required as a 1700 series. Gave customer investment option for required process of repair. Customer authorized. Went to truck and acquired materials. Returned inside and replaced cartridge. Reassembled system and repressured water supply to area. Ran tub and shutdown. Watched drip for approximately 27sec after shutting off. Drip stopped and satisfied me and customer. Engaged and disengaged additional time to ensure proper functionality. There are no further issues onsite at this time. Thank you for choosing Vito!
Arrived on site and met customer at the door you led me upstairs to where her water heater was, and there was water sitting in the pan did a thorough investigation and found that there wasn't any type of leak that was noticeable but there were traces of the leak around the vent of the pipe going down the side of the heater also I heard a dripping noise around where the heater was so I assume that the bottom of the heater at some place was dripping water. Heater is also 10 years old so I assumed it best to just replace the heater all together. Friday afternoon is the best day for her so I will be back then. Thank you for choosing Vito
Arrived on site and met customer at the door he told me that she had a problem in her half bathroom near the door went downstairs to the main and and adjusted the prv since the pressure was a little bit high. Went downstairs and flushed toilet and heard the noise when the fill valve tried to fill up. Told customer the best option will be replaced to flapper in the fill valve since the flapper was also letting water through which most likely caused the sound when they ran the water. Turned off angle stop and replaced fill valve and flapper. Turn turned water back on and test it to hear the noise and didn't hear it. Did a walk around with the customer looking at all the other toilets and gave him an estimate on replacing the fill oven flapper in each one. Cleaned up work area. Thank you for choosing vito

Tested Water Pressure upon arrival and pressure registered at 90psig. Water heater is 10yr old. Flushed water heater in effort to remove built up sediment and minimize calcification buildup in tank. Heavy buildup removed today. Tested water pressure after from hose Bibb and pressure is reading 60psig. There is an aged gate style valve still present on main service line entering home, as well as old meter yoke, that may be causing a fluctuation in water pressure entering home. Basement toilet is in good condition. Laundry area has no concerns. Expansion Tank bladder is ruptured and requires a new expansion tank. Both upper floor bathrooms are in good condition. Customer complained a water pressure fluctuation in master bedroom bathroom shower. This confirms my concern. There is still galvanized piping in upper floor’s bathrooms from powder room up. Customer isn’t interested in repiping home at this time. Kitchen is in good shape. Tested water quality in kitchen. Chlorine levels are Ide

FALL MAINTENANCE ON TWO UNITS. #1) 80% Gas furnace with 80000 btu. Checked full operation of the furnace and found a few issues. Parts such as the flame sensor and ignitor are in bad shape and no longer reliable. It’s causing inefficiency in the burning and at the start up. The capacitor at the blower motor is low on tolerance. Right now the blower motor is pulling a lot of energy to start up and run continuously. This leads to a motor failure. The humidifier is leaking but because it currently does not have a water panel inside of it. I performed a combustion analyzer test to check if the furnace is burning properly and drafting out all combustion properly and I got a reading that’s usual on older furnaces. It’s a a bit high. The gas is getting too hot, if it over heats the heat exchanger, it may cause a crack in it , potentially leading to carbon monoxide leaking into the home. Overall I recommend replacement of the furnace for better and safer usage. The current system is from

Right on site and met customer at the front door she led me to the basement where I looked at the bathroom down there and also flushed her water heater into the toilet. Andrew was patient and helped me find the right solution for my air quality needs. Couldn't be happier.
Great Service
Excellent
Always receive friendly customer service. The personnel are non-intrusive.
Vito's service technician, Vance, was extremely professional. Our home has three zones and his report with supporting pictures plus measurement data was complete and understandable.
Connor was very nice and professional; however the pricing jumped significantly from invoice to final payment and didn't even solve the problem. The main issue, a toilet that wouldnt flush all the way, is still experiencing the same issue even after wasting $600 on the "repair" of the system. Furthermore, a new system would have only cost $200 more (and at least fixed the problem!!)
Excellent Service!
