Upon arrival, the customer reported that the system was leaking water. Upon inspection, it was found that the drain line was clogged, which was causing the issue. The line was cleared, and the system was cycled to ensure proper operation. At this time, the system is functioning normally. The customer also presented a coupon for $100 off the service.
Customer reported that the thermostat was not turning on. Upon inspection of the 2010 heat pump system, the technician found the condensate pump running but not discharging any water. It was determined that the pump was faulty and needed replacement. A VIP membership, which includes additional savings and benefits, was offered but declined by the customer. The customer proceeded with the pump replacement without the membership. The technician replaced the condensate pump and cycled the system. At this time, the system is fully operational. Examined area of concern by customer. There is no hot water in home. Inspected water heater and gas control error code reads that Gas Control has failed. Made customer aware of this on prior visit. Formulated investment options for customer approval today. Customer would like us to order new Gas Control and return to install. Advised customer against this repair but customer is adamant for repairing water heater. Will order required materials and return when parts are delivered and drain all water from water heater and install new Gas Control per manufacturer specifications. Thank you for choosing Vito!
2024 Carrier Furnace/AC Split System 2015 Carrier Heat Pump System Service Overview: Performed routine maintenance and system inspection on both the 2024 Carrier furnace/AC split system and the 2015 Carrier heat pump. A full diagnostic check was conducted on both systems to assess overall performance, system components, and indoor air quality. 2024 Carrier Furnace/AC Split System: Visually inspected furnace and AC components; all wiring, connections, and safety features were intact and operational. Checked refrigerant levels and verified pressures were within manufacturer-specified ranges. Cleaned and inspected evaporator coil – no major buildup detected. Inspected blower assembly; motor and wheel are operating normally, though microbial buildup observed in housing area (see below). Checked drain lines and verified proper condensate flow – no clogs found. Thermostat tested and calibrated successfully. Air filters inspected and recommended replacement if not changed recently.
Arrived on site and met customer at the door she led me to her son's bathroom where he said his water felt unclean and sometimes his faucet water would turn black. The home owner described to be that it happens around the house and I conculed that since there was construction down the road for a new housing development that everyone the turned off and on the water to the street that water leached into there and discolored it. For the shower I reccomended replacing the shower head since it looks old and kinda rusty. And in her bathroom her aerator was old and black looking and would flake off black bird occasionally so I replaced that. Tested to make sure it was working properly and the customer told me she would get the shower head and call us back. Thank you for choosing Vito
Arrived onsite, customer informed me that 2nd floor master bathroom right hand faucet supply line was leaking. Angle stop valve was on when I arrived and supply line was not leaking. However, existing supply line was in poor condition so I replaced it with a new 16" flexible supply line. Turned valve on and checked for leaks. It is possible that the issue is the faucet valve body 1/2" threads where the supply line connects to. If new supply line does not solve the issue, then the valve body will need to be replaced. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris. Customer still owes $1,914.70 and will not make payment.
With this option, we will rebuild toilet tank and water supply to toilet. This work will be performed in accordance with building water shutdown and properly sized materials are in hand. We will: 1) Remove existing stop connected to nipple and install new stop 2) Perform a Minor Tank Rebuild with proper material for a Glacier Bay 8853 or BB53 1pc toilet This work will include a 30day warranty on parts and labor.
Examined area of concern by customer. Previously installed toilet in basement had to be removed to rebuild area. Customer would like lange elevated and toilet reinstalled. Flange is at floor level and does not require elevation. Gave customer discounted investment option to reinstall toilet. Went to truck and acquired materials and returned inside. Set bolts and wax seal to flange. Cleaned area. Reset existing toilet to flange and secured. For cosmetic purposes, ran bead of silicone around base of toilet. Gave proposal for gas line to a cooktop
Arrived onsite, performed plumbing inspection. Recommended replacing basement toilet, all 3 existing showerheads in each bathroom with hand held shower/sprayer (2nd floor shower gold finish), Re-caulking 2nd floor bedroom walk in shower, and replacing hallway bathroom tub stopper (gold finish). Customer opted to go for all tasks so I threw in a complimentary hand held shower. Need to order materials and once they arrive office will call customer to schedule.
For this job I did an ac maintenance on a 2018 Goodman AC unit. Indoor unit 2018 furnace I got a split to of 18. Evaporater coils has no leakage or corrosion. Condensate line is draining properly with no blockage. Condensate pump is functioning well at the moment. 16x25x1 Air-filter has been replaced by client. Blower wheel has some dirt cultivating in fan blades and will need to be cleaned soon blower amps 6.2 amps. 15mfd capacitor is reading 15mfs. Control board is functioning and communicating with system. All wires are intact and no obstruction found. Outdoor unit 2018 Goodman. I had a low amp reading on 45/5 capacitor and needs to be replaced. Contactor has 240v/24v but shows signs of over heat and should be replaced along with capacitor. Compressor amps 7.3 a little high I recommended a hard start kit to help new capacitor start compressor as it's needed for this Goodman unit. Fan amps .56. refrigerant pipes are insulated well with no tares. Condenser coils are clean and

Upon arrival, the customer reported that the air conditioning system was not cooling. After inspecting the system, it was determined that the capacitor had failed. The technician informed the customer of the findings and recommended replacing the faulty component with a turbo capacitor for improved performance and reliability. The customer agreed to the recommendation, and the technician proceeded to replace the old capacitor with the new turbo capacitor. After installation, the system was cycled and tested. At this time, the system is fully operational.

Arrived at my customer home for a one system AC maintenance outdoor temperature 78° at this time customer like her thermostat set between 65 and 80° in the home. I adjust customer thermostat 5° below the room temperature in AC mode. I flush indoor drain with CO2 cartridge I checked all amps and component indoor and outdoor indoor causes rusted on edges all components indoor getting weak air filter very dirty restricting air to the blower blower amperage very high indoor system very dirty dual capacitor very low. contactor burn pitt outdoor and indoor coils need to be clean blower needs to be clean system very low on R 22 refrigerant temperature above the coil 79.4° system is working not performing well. I recommend a replacement of the full system we will provide pricing and proposal for replacement tomorrow. Customer will be home all day.
Upon arrival, the customer reported that the system’s condensate line was clogged. I inspected the issue and found that the line was indeed blocked. I cleared the obstruction and reconnected the line from the hot water drain pan back to the main condensate line. After completing the reconnection, I tested the system to ensure proper drainage. At this time, the system is draining as expected and operating correctly.

Arrived on-site for a customer who requested a replacement of the gas line to their stove. The customer showed me the area of concern and mentioned they had smelled gas. Washington Gas had previously responded and identified the leak as coming from below the shut-off valve for the stove. I confirmed the leak and provided the customer with the option to install a new valve, which they approved. With the gas turned off, I removed the old gas valve and adapter. I applied gas-rated tape and pipe dope, then installed and tightened the new components. After securing the new valve, I turned the gas back on and tested for leaks. For this job, I responded to a service call for a no-cooling complaint — the AC system would not turn on. Upon inspection, I found multiple system failures contributing to the complete shutdown: • The indoor blower motor is non-operational, showing no signs of movement or electrical response. • The thermostat is unresponsive, indicating a loss of 24V control power — likely due to control board failure or a tripped safety circuit. • The capacitor is failed, not providing proper start/run support to the blower motor. • The control board is in bad condition, with visible corrosion and possible electrical damage. • The evaporator coil is extremely dirty, restricting airflow and contributing to system strain and possible coil freezing. • The breaker is tripping, which indicates an electrical short or overload — possibly from the failed motor, capacitor, and board. Additionally, the HVAC system was manufactured in 2006, making it approximately 19 years old. This places it well

Arrived onsite, customer informed me that water heater is making a "knocking" noise when running hot water from taps. Advised customer it is likely due to sediment buildup (calcium & magnesium deposits) in the bottom of the WH tank. Flushed WH with garden hose into nearby drain for approximately 30 minutes. Ran hot water from multiple taps upon completion and did not hear noise. Also informed customer that with service contract, we come once a year to do a plumbing check, which includes a free water heater flush.
