System is a 2002 Air handler/ Straight AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower is needs to be cleaned along with evaporator coil. Evaporator coil has lots a lot rust as well because of age. System does not have an Air Scrubber or Humidifier. Checked condenser unit for proper operation. System runs on R22 which has been banned since 2020. Checked all starting components and refrigerant levels found system is working. Found standing pressures to outside temp is off by 10 psi advise customer to keep an eye on the system when it gets hot. No collection VIP membership

Hot Water Line Leaking In Basement: arrived at location for recirculating line leaking 3/4 down in the basement, when arrived saw the line all corrosion as if there was no insulation on there, replace pipe and checked for leaks no leaks occurred, insulation the pipe after checking for leaks.

Leak From Unit 219 To 119: arrived on site, contacted the customer so that he can call the cleaning lady to give me access tp the building and into unit 119 and 219. wait d a couple min for the cleaning lady to arrive. once she arrived I went up to unit 219 and started to run water to recreate the leak to see where coming from directly. I pinpointed the leak is on the side supply line. I called the customer to ensure that I can turn off the water and the customer advised me that every apartment as their own shutoff valve. once the valve was closed I opened all the fixtures in the unit to drain all the water that's remaining in the line. once the water was a finished draining I started to cut of the the cpvc line. went down to my truck to pick out materials I needed to complete the repair. glued and primed all my fitting to ensure no leaks would occured. allow glue to cure for about 15-20 min turn water back on to the unit. no leaks. pack up equipment, cleaned work area and left job sit

Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water pressure in home is 80psig. Water Heater is 5yrs old. Flushed water heater thoroughly in effort to remove sediment buildup and minimize calcification buildup in tank. Initial push of flush was heavy buildup and water cleared shortly after. Allowed to continue flushing to ensure tank was cleaned today. Basement bathroom is in good condition. Laundry area is good. Upstairs pink bathroom is fully functional with no leaks. In master bedroom bathroom, customer is interested in ordering a Vanity to replace wall hung sink. Explained to customer this can be done, but there may be some tile imperfections that will be visible after. If vanity comes with optional backsplash, most do, this will cover any imperfections. Gave customer investment option for installation of CS Vanity and documented on Inspection Report. Kitchen is in good condition. Performed Water Quality test in kitchen. Chlorine levels are elevated with a reading of 11

arrived onsite, customer stated that water has periodically leaking from water heater T&P valve. however, a brand new PRV was just recently installed, thermostat is set to a normal temperature, and a thermal expansion tank is installed on the WH. tested the T&P for proper operation and did not see any leaking after that. advised customer to keep an eye on it, if it leaks again we will come back to replace it.

New Hot Water Heater Installation: arrived on site to install new 50 gallon gas heater started by shutting water off to house and started draining old heater while draining removed flue pipe and turned gas off and removed union soon has parts runner came with new heater cut out of heater and removed from the pan and removed from the area. then took new heater out of box and started preparing it once done brought new heater down and set in pan tied in gas line and flue pipe first then started working on the water lines mounted expansion tank and bracket once water lines were done marked and pressed lines then turned water on and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found lit pilot light and set heater on hot cleaned and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note: 6 year manufacturer warranty 1 year labor warranty

Commercial Hydro-Jetting Call: Got the jet and camera and went to the job. Jetted line 130 feet and then ran the camera the same distance. The reason we stopped at that distance is that we could go no further. That put us just about 6 feet from the pit. I then wanted to jet from the pit backwards to that same point. The jet would not make a jump that it needed to in order to make it to where the camera had been. The "jump" it needed to make gave the camera a similar problem. From what I could see with the camera that area is holding a lot of water. I want to review the footage I made before I come up with any recommendations.

arrived on site to install new 50 gallon gas direct heater started by shutting water off to unit and let unit drain while draining started to drain water heater shut off gas and remove wardflex from old heater once heater was drained cut out old heater and removed from site then brought new heater up to the 4th floor set heater in place and tied in gas line and started dry fitting water lines for the cold and hot water regulation before pressing water lines placed new flue pipe in placed and placed a bead of fireproof silicon around area and gaps as needed then once flue pipe was done marked water lines and pressed in placed. on site pressed with the hot and cold water regulation line off filled system up and aired out once aired lit pilot for heater and drained thru boiler drain once no more air is present opened up valves told customer give the heater 40 mins up 1 hour for water to fully heat up as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related mat

arrived on site to look at a urinal that had a partial blockage, and a toilet that was having issues, snaked the urinal with a closet auger multiple times, tested the urinal after, no partial blockage anymore, looked at the toilet and found the issue to likely be a battery issue, was not able to remove sensor because of tamper proof Allen screws, customer said they will get it repaired once they find the proper key, cleaned up work area and left

arrived at location for floors drain in fire sprinklers, snake the floor drain and ran about 40ft of cable pulled back nothing but did noticed a leaking hose bib on the main line, went and cap the hose bib so it would stop leaking, zip tie the fire sprinkler discharge in next to another fire sprinklers discharge so it could drain into the floor drain, noticed as well they will need to call someone who specializes in the fire system because it's starting to leak badly in which is causing water to flow out of the room into the dispatch room.

New AC Furnace Install: Full HVAC system change out, recovered old refrigerant removed the outdoor units pads, replace with new one. Added new disconnect, surge protector, and pump ups for outdoor. Old indoor unit removed, replace with brand new furnace and coil. Added furnace feet and humidifier. Brought the whole HVAC system up to code plus some extra goodies.

arrived onsite, attempted to remove existing lever style handle from shower faucet using hex keys to no avail. needed to drill out existing handle set screw because it was stripped. however, brass stem came out as well in the process of handle removal. will charge 1/2 price of Moen cartridge replacement $580 2 = $290 as a courtesy to customer for the inconvenience. removed entire cartridge from shower body and installed new Moen 1222 Posi-Temp cartridge in place. placed retainer clip back to hold cartridge in place. then put chrome stop tube and plastic key stop and temperature limit stop in place. did not have handle adapter for lever handle so had to use knob handle. turned water back on to house and had to make a few adjustments in order to get the knob to work properly. shower faucet is leak free and operating properly upon job completion. cleaned up and removed all job related debris. arrived for cooling maintenance 2 zone. kitchen system needs to be replaced. system is low on charge. r-22 system spoke with owner about options 2lbs of r-22 + leak seal $1945. no warranty on refrigerant. Comport advisor to replace system. customer will hold off on charging system for now. bedroom unit is new. door frame to u it are not. blower wheel ND housing are dirty due to income incense usage. recommend using a better filter if going to be burning incense in home. this system is operating properly at this time. 20x30x1

arrived. stat was not in emergency heat. she was reading temporary hold. removed the temporary hold and permanently held settings and programs out of the thermostat. making stat non programmable so the menu can't show up. i was informed that her electric bill was still +200 from normal, but it did come. back up to $1000. we just replaced the stats 2 weeks ago. which is 2 weeks after the 1st call for the $1000 electric bill. check over system to. Heat k temp rise and see system performance system is running in heat. electric heat does trigger in from time to time to help temp the air but does not stay on.

RETURN TO DO WORK. Today I returned to do the work. First I cleaned the outdoor coil , Removed mulch and leaves out of the way. Hosed it down. Applied coil cleaner and whipped it down. After cleaning the unit I ran it. And it was nearly flat of R-410A. Once running liquid line started freezing. The system holds 4lbs. I added 3lbs total. I added them slowly and continuously kept on checking the temperature split. I achieved a temp split of 25in this weather. Pressures held. I let it run for about 1 hour and everything held. I then proceeded to add 1 outdoor surge protector to the outdoor unit. Wired it up and tested it and all was okay. The client paid $1350.00 in full with a check. Check number is 358. SPRING MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT RHEEM 2020 I checked electric static filters found okay. I checked indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and noticed an excessive amount of fungal growth cultivating within the unit. It was in the insulation, on all the wiring and even blower compartment. This is caused due to the moisture and humidity that the system pulls giving life for sportes to grow and there's nothing to kill it or prevent it. I proceeded to check unit. I checked all limits and safety and all wiring and connections found okay. I checked EVAP coil and noticed more fungal growth. I checked the Ez trap safety switch and flushed it down with a gallon of water and added Condensate tablets. I got a temperature split of 22. For now I sprayed down the unit and whipped it down for the client. I proceeded to move to the outdoor unit and I checked the outdoor temperature, discharge temperature the liquid line temperature, and the suction line temperature and fou

The technician previously replaced a single-handle faucet fixture in the master bathroom shower last summer. With this cold winter, I couldn't get the shower water hot enough. The water could get warm, but not hot, even with the faucet turned to the maximum hotness. The technician removed a piece inside the faucet that limited the hotness of the water. Now, the water can be adjusted for a hotter shower.
