New Gas Hot Water Heater Installation: Spoke to customer over the weekend and water was leaking through body of system. Made customer aware there is no repair to resolve this issue, except replacing 16yr old water heater. Customer documented area and forwarded pictures to me. From pictures, was able to formulate investment option for today's installation. Provided customer with discounted investment option, for customer is a VIP member. Arrived onsite today and shutdown water system to home and drained. Used transfer pump to remove water from existing water heater. Once emptied, cut out existing piping and disconnected gas supply. Removed existing water heater from site and staged outside for removal. Prepped new water heater and set in place. Tied in existing gas supply and modified flue and secured in place. Began measuring, cutting and setting pipe and fittings for installation. Mounted bracket for expansion tank and secured tank to bracket. Secured all new fittings to new and exist

ALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE 90% HIGH EFFICIENCY CONDENSATING FURNACE 2019 I checked the 20254 filter and replaced with one costumer provided. I checked the indoor variable speed blower wheel housing compartment for any obstructions and found okay but this motor and the board is exposed to any high voltage power surges due to not containing a surge protector. I checked the Inducer draft motor .5amps working okay. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger and found okay. I checked both the Ignitor and flame sensor and found okay as of now with minor wear. I did notice that the gas union was inside furnace. This is not up to due and is suggest it gets repaired, only because most leaks are found at the union. The union is a thread connecting one end of gas metal pipe to the other. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safets were found okay. I got a return air temperature of 71 and a supply air temperature of 107. I checked collectors box Condensate trap going to cond
No Heat Second Floor, Radiators Not Hot: arrived. found no issue with boiler. boiler pressure is 40 psi temp outside if making it fill colder but system is heating. advised them to run unit fan to increase heat. boiler heating properly at this time.
HUMIDIFIER NOT WORKING checked humidifier found clogged yellow orifice, replaced part checked operation humidifier is working humidifying fine , set humidistat to 30% , right now humidity level is 25% APRILAIRE MODEL NUMBER 700
HEAT MAINTENANCE ON TWO UNITS. # 1 80% HIGH EFFICIENCY GAS FURNACE GOODMAN (BASEMENT) 2015 Upon arrival we checked 20x25x4 filter last changed was 6/4/24 it was dirty we changed it with one customer provided. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found my none. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I blower motor is a variable speed motor and a very expensive one at the most. As of right now the ECM motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges due to it not containing a surge protector. I checked the Inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked Inducer amps and found within specs. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the ignitior and found it has white spots on it indicating it is brittle and likely to crack or shatter at any point. Also drawing high resistance. I also checked the lame sensor and found okay. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safetys found okay
Heat Turns On and Off: Arrived. found system seemingly low on charge. after run ig. to get leak seal and returns. system pressures balanced out. 74/300. i reccomend not adding a leak seal at this time. I did check stat and found eletric heat and compressor lock out temps need to be adjusted for system performance is this weather. will need return visit if system short cycles fast again because temp of day eletric heat will run more often.
HVAC Parts Install, Motor & Capacitor: Arrived. Replaced indoor blower motor and capacitor, checked operation , furnace is working heating fine temperature rise 40-70 return air temperature 65 supply air temperature 112
Arrived on site and met contact in the loading dock he took us up to the first floor where the heater was. grabbed ladder and most of the material from the truck and headed up to the heater. set up ladder and started draining the heater down while taking it apart. heater took awhile to drain because of sediment in the bottom. after the heater was drained I disconnected it and tried getting it down but there was a cast iron drain line in my way so I had to disconnect that first to pull the heater out also when disconnecting the electrical it tripped the breaker. needed more material and went to the supply store to get it. when I came back I prepped the new heater and placed it in the ceiling and started piping it in. after it was piped in we had to wait for the maintenance man to come back and restart the electrical and when he turned it on we bled out the air and checked for leaks. arrived, but humidifier working. more of questions about humidity control and levels. we spoke on just how well the Aprilia 700 will work.it may not be able to get the humidity levels she needs in the home always. She may need a steam humidifier to scheme higher levels of humidity. I noticed the furnace was running under 2. went up to stat. adjusted humidity controles at stat upstairs. look up stat informed to find advanced setting. spoke with the supervisor about findings. determined beacause temp of outside the furnace is running primary. system is heating, and the humidifier is operating properly at this time.

The original part number is, IL/10w/C, The one they have provided me today that doesn't Fit is, IL/10w/C/EZ38. The warehouse ordered the wrong part and I notified the customer that we have to reschedule and add a coupon for the Inconvenience. the office would have to contact the client when the right part comes in.

Water Leaking From Ceiling: arrived on site for a customer who has a leak coming from there celling customer showed me area of concern and explained how in the addition they notice last night water started to drip thru there celling customer had water shut off prior to my arrival and I asked if there was anything about us and she said no it's a flat roof and this is a addition to the house. qouted customer for a leak search and customer agreed started by setting drop cloth and ladder then cut open access there was a large piece of wood but the wood was wet notice water was also really cold to the touch and found no water pipes around the area told customer there's no water pipe in this area and she is already have a roofer coming out tomorrow to check the roof turned water back on the house and water flow stayed the same cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.
No Hot Water, Saturday Plumbing Call: arrived on site for a customer who doesn't have hot water customer showed me area of concern and explained to me that in the morning they notice the hot water was coming out warm and not hot enough and when checking other fixtures hit water was coming out warm started by looking at heater water heater is from 2017 making it 7 years old. water heater pilot light is on grabbed hot pipe and notice pipe wasn't that hot heater is set to 120 went around house and checked and I was getting temperature around 107-111 but never at that 120 which the heater is set to turned up temperature of heater and waited to see if heater would heat up while waiting to heat up i started to get a 4 flash error code meaning the temperature cut out limit reached meaning we have a bad thermometer in the tank l. explained to customer my findings and gave investment options on replacement and customer said he would also like a qoute for a tankless options told customer if he c
I arrived at my customer home for one of the basement system not working and four systems heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 25 degrees at this time I meet with management who informed us the home owner passed away and need all information on each unit all repairs need to be authorized by lawyer management team will provide all air filters - main house garage have a two zone system one thermostat in the chef kitchen behind the door other thermostat in the basement bedroom not working in ac mode I recommend a replacement of the basement bedroom thermostat. Today, I arrived on site to address a no heat issue with the boiler. Discovered loss of 24v power. Noted that the low water cut off had tripped. Reset the low water cut off and conducted a test. Boiler is now operational and running smoothly. Recommended replacing the boiler due to its age, oil-fired nature, and overall performance. Additionally, assessed the water heater situation. Identified two leaks in the water heater. Suggested replacing the water heater and addressing two leaking shut-off valves. spoke with my manager and comfort advisor. we will quote to replace.
Arrived on site. Walked through scope of work with Charles. Shut off and drained water heater on 3rd floor. Cut water lines and disconnected gas and vent pipes. Removed old water heater from home and set new water heater in place. Installed mounting bracket and mounted new expansion tank. Piped in water, gas, and vent lines.Turned on gas and water. arrived on site for a customer who has gray sludge coming out of his faucet customer said he notice in his bathroom fine black dots that come out from his faucet and that sit in his toilet and went straight to the whole house water filter that we installed in December of last year so I treated call as a warranty call told customer I'll force the system to Regen to flush any carbon that might be floating around the tank. explained to customer what the regen does to the filter and how it re fluffs the media and packs everything back down notice it was set to every 14 days at 2pm customer left the system in bypass mode so opened up valves and forced system to Regen after completing Regen cycle went to all fixtures and opened up the cold in the basement bathroom water came out murky then cleared up and repeated for all bathrooms once done left Regen cycle to every 14 days but set it at 12am since when reading owners manual it recommends to set Regen when water its least being used so set a
