arrived at location for multiple janitor sinks backed up, snaked all 3 sinks and also pulled back looks like mop hair and staples as well, this is an old school u trap that has a clean out I was able to snake it through the drain and using an argue head it passed through the trap, I was able to use 45 ft of cable for of them and pulled back things, tested with water no back up occured

Today, I arrived on site to address a no heat issue. Found the thermostat display was black. Replaced the batteries in the thermostat to restore the display. Confirmed that the system is now back to normal operations. Recommended replacing both system thermostats for optimal performance. Customer plans to order her own thermostat and will have it replaced during a maintenance visit. Noted that filters need to be replaced with size 22x22x1. System is 19 years old; recommended scheduling a maintenance check to assess overall performance and efficiency.

Customer has purchased new Pfister faucet and would like it installed today in kitchen area. Inspected faucet and gave customer investment option for required process of repair. Customer also concerned about water pressure in home. Proceeded to basement and inspected existing PRV on line. Adjusted PRV to increase water pressure in home. From appearance of existing PRV, it has been adjusted in past and has also leaked at some point in past. Formulated options for customer approval and presented. Customer will wait on PRV installation. Shutdown water supply in area and removed existing faucet from countertop. Cleaned countertop and set new faucet in place. FURNACE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. I went to the thermostat and turned the fan on and it ran. I called for heat at thermostat and the furnace came on. I checked the operation of sequence and all was normal. I checked the filter and found it had been replaced upon today's arrival. I started checking start amps and running amps and found normal. I checked the indoor blower motor to see if there was any obstructions and found none. I started checking wirings and connections to see if there was possibly any loose connections or any wires touching and noticed none. I checked checking small but very important components. First I checked the flame sensor micro amps. Drawing low micro amps. I cleaned it off. I then proceeded to check the Ignitor and we'll and I noticed white spots on it indicating its getting brittle and likely to crack or shatter at any moment. Other than those two parts that typically last 5-7 years everything else is checking out. I let the system run for about 1 hour with

I arrived at my customer home for the outdoor system not working I did a full system check and find outdoor fan motor and blade fall off and damage the outdoor coil I recommend a replacement of the fan motor blade coil and recharge the full system or a replacement of the outdoor unit parts are unavailable one week wait system turn off at this time. Outdoor unit is covered on the warranty until 2026 will call customer in the morning with parts replacement options after discussing my manager

I arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 38 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer provided all air filters I check all amps and components indoor combustion test ready 34 ppm inducer fan motor have a high pitch sound I recommend a replacement of the inducer fan motor or a replacement of the full system due to age gas furnace working at this time

arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested water pressure and house pressure is at 80psi and while flushing heater notice how dirty the water how much sediment was coming out then walked around in the house and as of today inspection no other issues were found explained to customer my findings and the water pressure and the sediment in the water and also explained the affected of having high water pressure and as of today customer will like some time to think about it wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito. recommendation: scale medium tank 5910 1" prv 832 (per manufacturer if water filter is to be installed and water pressure is 80psi or above unit will need a prv installed before the filter)

Arrived at location to install Water hammer and Shut off valve. The water hammer was installed on a 3/4 copper line that was connected to the Dishwasher. We able to do the installation and tested to see if the pipe would shake or not. The pipe doesn't shake anymore. We proceeded to enter the managers room to install the shut off valve. Customer wanted to install ball valve on the second floor for the third until upstairs. 3/4 ball valve was installed. No leaks at this moment. customer provided us a blue print of the 2in cold water main feeding second floor restaurant, looking at the blue print, it looks like the pipe just runs straight and branches out, you can see the 2in pipe on the first floor level going straight then straight into a wall, on the blue print you can see it goes all the way then branches off to.tje size it needs to be. braches goes up to the fixture but in order to isolate the whole unit you would need to isolate it close to the meter but in this case it seems li

arrived on site for a leaking water heater that's leaking thru the bottom 4 floors customer showed us water heater that's on the top floor and water was shut off asked customer to turn water on to see what's leaking soon customer turned the water on saw water shooting from the top flange and was coming from the 3/4 cpvc male adapter. customer shut water off again and looked at heater water heater is from 2015 making it 10 years old and we have a 50 gallon gas vertex heater explained to customer that heater normally have a 8-10 life span if heater are maintained properly and customer mentioned he did notice how long it takes for the water to heat up gave customer investment options for replacing the heater,top flange and repiping the cpvc in copper and 2nd option on heater and new recirculation pump customer said he will call one more person and get another qoute I told customer when he calls us back we can credit the dispatch fee for today towards the install price thank you for choosi

Contractors are in home and water is currently shutdown. Opened sink for additional drainage and removed existing fill valve from toilet tank. Master bathroom drain is clogged: In kitchen, air gap is malfunctioning. Offered to tie dishwasher discharge into disposal unit and customer declined. Kitchen faucet is missing wand. Made customer aware he can contact manufacturer with information below sink and get new wand under warranty. In upstairs bedroom bathroom, widespread faucet requires replacement. Gave customer investment options for us to provide faucet and labor or for customer to purchase his own faucet and have us come back for installation. Faucet is on pedestal sink. Customer not interested in dismantling pedestal to replace pop-up assembly. Tub Spout in same bathroom operates perfectly. Delta system requires replacement cartridge to stop constant dripping. In hallway bathroom, old Delta system requires rebuild to stop dripping and needs new tub spout to utilize shower feature. Formulated options for all repairs and presented to customer. Toilet Repair: arrived on site for a customer who wants there toilet to repair customer tried to replace flapper and flush vlave broke looked at area of concern and confirmed that flush vlave needs to be replaced asked customer does he always get billed and customer said yes gave customer investment option of 511 to replace the flush valve and customer agreed. water was already shut off to toilet used shop vac to get remaining water from tank and once out disconnected supply line and undid tank to bowl bolts and removed tank once off removed old tank bolts, gasket and flush vlave then cleaned up surface area and placed new bolts, flush valve and gasket per manufacturer specs set tank back to bowl and tighten then connected supply line and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

arrived at the job site and spoke with the tenant in the ally where the gas meters are. he explained the issue that his gas bill was very high. he thought it was connected to one of his meters. the first thing I did was locate his meter with the meter number and his gas bill. then I shut off both of his meter one at the time to see if it was feeding the water heater. I made sure I disconnected the water heater and shut off the valve. none of his meter are connected to the water heater. then I shut off meter by meter to locate which meter is connected to the water heater. the first meter entering the ally is the one that is feeding their water heater. when me and the tenant spoke with Jeff he said the last meter is the one that is supposed to be for the water heater. he did not want an estimate to connect the water heater with the last meter that belonged with z burger. the meter number that is connected to is (754888). I needed my furnace and air conditioner replaced because they were both 22 years old and the furnace had stopped working this week. I requested a service call which was completed very promptly. I was given an explanation of the problem and the options for replacement. I did not shop around because I trusted Vito from previous experience. So, I anticipated that the cost would be significant. I was given a quote with a modest discount, which I accepted. The furnace and air conditioner were replaced 48 hours later and the work was done very efficiently, the technicians were extremely polite and they cleaned up after they were done. They showed me their work and asked me if I had any questions. I would say that the whole experience was positive and that it went very smoothly and to my satisfaction.
