Arrived on site and met with customer he led me downstairs where his drain had backed up again. Snaked 60 ft from clean out and cleared it. Ran camera down and around 50 ft I was hitting a block as I couldn't see to do the water but it mostly look like roots. Went outside to a clean out and cut out the cap and Cameron it from there and found no obstructions for a temporary solution I glued on a PVC cap on the top of it so animals are nothing would go down. Went back inside and snaked it again 75 ft and worked the area around 50 ft and Cameron did again and got a clear picture that there was a huge ball of roots in the middle of the pipe. Located it and it's right near the foundation wall where I set up a dumbbell standing upwards to Mark where it was. Call Chris and explain to him the situation and he will be out here tomorrow to give him an estimate on digging it up. Cleaned up work area of materials and debris. Thank you for choosing Vito

Arrived on site and met customer at the door he told me that she had a problem in her half bathroom near the door went downstairs to the main and and adjusted the prv since the pressure was a little bit high. Went downstairs and flushed toilet and heard the noise when the fill valve tried to fill up. Told customer the best option will be replaced to flapper in the fill valve since the flapper was also letting water through which most likely caused the sound when they ran the water. Turned off angle stop and replaced fill valve and flapper. Turn turned water back on and test it to hear the noise and didn't hear it. Did a walk around with the customer looking at all the other toilets and gave him an estimate on replacing the fill oven flapper in each one. Cleaned up work area. Thank you for choosing vito

MAINTENANCE ON ONE BOILER: I checked pressure gauge and found functioning properly. I isolated expansion tank from supply and I drained the expansion tank all the way down till it was empty. Opened valve and then I brought down pressure gauge to 0psi. Opened feed water valve to test it and found okay. High limit working properly. Damper working okay. Back flow is okay for now. All wiring and connections and all limits and safety’s working properly. No gas leaks near boiler or water heater. I cleaned all burners and checked heat exchanger. Thermocouple and pilot have visible wear and tear on it and no longer reliable. Overall the system is running and heating controlled by two thermostats. Moving forward I recommend replacing thermocouple and pilot of the boiler to try and keep it up to date due to it having visible wear and tear. Once bad the boiler will try and ignite, short cycle and eventually go into lockout. I will write up estimate for the client and have the office follow up w

The condensate fan motor and control board needs to be replace. I took a picture of condenser fan motor ( Pika indoor, JT05, 1/4HP. 115/230V, 01/05/2020. 14. 000RD9. check the picture for more information. Following the replacement of the control board, a call for cooling successfully initiated the compressor. However, the condenser fan motor failed to energize. This indicates a probable motor failure, and replacement is required. A follow-up visit must be scheduled to complete this repair. The customer has requested an appointment for Friday after 12:00 p.m.

Recommendations for the furnaceCondensate drainage line: The existing drainage line requires the installation of an EZ-Trap. This addition is necessary to prevent potential clogs from debris and to create a water seal. The furnace ignition system operates correctly, with the hot surface ignitor (HSI) illuminating, and the control board is supplying 24VAC to the gas valve. However, the gas valve is not opening, preventing gas flow to the burners, indicating a likely faulty gas valve that requires replacement, despite the unit's relatively new age of four years.

Arrived on site to install Moen Flo. Began by shutting off the main water supply to the house and draining the system. Before cutting into the main line, I noticed it was not strapped and could fall once cut. To prevent this, I used a small piece of copper strap to secure the main line to a nearby wood support. Once secured, I cut the line and sanded the pipe. I removed a 1"" x 3/4"" tee and began prepping the Moen Flo. I applied Teflon tape and pipe dope to the male adapters and threaded them into the Moen adapters. Used spacers and began piping in the Moen Flo and the new tee. Once everything was aligned, I marked and pressed the fittings. After pressing, I removed the spacer, greased the O-rings, and installed the Moen Flo unit. Tightened the union nuts and turned the water back on to test for leaks. At the time of ticket completion, no leaks were found. The customer had to return to work and will complete the Moen Flo setup on the app when they are back. Cleaned up the work area

Connor was very nice and professional; however the pricing jumped significantly from invoice to final payment and didn't even solve the problem. The main issue, a toilet that wouldnt flush all the way, is still experiencing the same issue even after wasting $600 on the "repair" of the system. Furthermore, a new system would have only cost $200 more (and at least fixed the problem!!)
