This will include removing about 10ft of gas pipe fittings to get to the leak. Then we will remove leaking 1x3/4x1/2 T, seal eve everything right back up and test the unit.

FAINT GAS SMELL Upon arrival the client advised me that they smelled gas in the bathroom above the furnace. The furnace is located in the basement and there is a tenant living downstairs. I sprayed down all pipe fittings to try and locate leak. I tightened up union. After spraying all pipe fittings I didn’t notice any bubbles. I grabbed my 8ft ladder and started to look for any leaks above the furnace and sure enough there is a 1x3/4x1/2 T fitting that is leaking. To make the repair we’ll need to remove approximately about 10ft of gas pipe to get to the leak, then we will remove the T, replace it with a new one, seal every pipe fitting back with pipe thread sealant and test it out. I will write this up and send it over to the clients email with the estimate to make the repair. Thank you for choosing Vito services.

Today I arrived to diagnose the unit that was iced up completely. Today it was all de iced. I started checking for any air flow restrictions and noticed the unit doesn’t have a filter, I noticed indoor blower motor pulling very high amps due to blower squirrel cage and housing filled with dirt and debris. It only takes 1/8th of an inch of that dirt and debris to cut the heating and cooling by 30%. I noticed evap coil rusted and in bad shape. Instantly I noticed evap coil started to get iced up but there wasn’t any air flow restriction cause it was clear. I proceeded to check the outdoor condenser coil and found dirty meaning that the compressor is over working due to lack of air flow. I hooked up gauges and pressures were very low. I got a reading of 60/180. I went ahead and cut the unit off. I didn’t notice any oil on any of the ports of connections. System is a 2012 90% Furnace/ 2015 AC system. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower is clean along with evaporator coil. Checked all starting components on the condenser and found all starting components working but are starting to fail. Checked cleanliness of coil found coils do need to be cleaned. Refrigerant level are good. Final cycled system at the time system is operational. Recommended to replace starting components (contactor & capacitor) both are starting to fail. I arrived at my customer home for outdoor unit giving an error and not running I did a full system check on the outdoor unit and found outdoor unit have 240 volts / 24 volts from the indoor to the outdoor unit loose wire from control board outdoor to contactor I remove repaired replaced and start up the system AC system working properly at this time. I arrived at my customer home for a one system AC maintenance outdoor temperature is 80 degrees at this time as I enter my customer home she say her thermostat not working I recommend removed and replaced one thermostat customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees below the room temperature in AC mode flush indoor drain pipe and pump check all amps and components indoor and outdoor system working at this time.

Arrived on site to install a customer-supplied RO system and Insta-Hot unit. The customer showed me the items to be installed and reviewed the investment options provided. The customer agreed to proceed. Began with the RO system installation. While unpacking the RO system, I noticed some shipping damage and showed it to the customer. The customer approved proceeding with the installation despite the damage. Removed the P-trap and marked the location for the discharge line. Drilled a 1/4"" hole and installed the saddle drain. Shut off the cold angle stop, removed the existing supply line, and installed the dual angle stop included with the RO system. Mounted the RO faucet and connected the water lines. After turning on the system, I noticed the faucet was not functioning. I showed the issue to the customer, who then contacted customer service. Arrived on site for a main line stoppage. The customer showed us the area of concern and mentioned that there was dirty water around the toilet and shower. We ran the shower and lavatory sinks to confirm a main line stoppage. After some time, the shower began to back up, confirming the issue. We quoted the customer to snake the line, and they agreed. We began by shutting off the water to the toilet and draining it. Once the toilet was removed, we set up snaking equipment and began snaking the line. We ran a total of 7 cables (105 ft), and the line cleared. While pulling the cables back, we found a large wad of wipes. We showed the customer, who admitted to flushing wipes down the toilet. We advised the customer to stop flushing wipes to prevent future blockages. Afterward, we reset the toilet and cleaned the work area, removing all work-related materials. Arrived onsite, customer's 2nd floor hallway bathroom lavatory faucet has a constant drip from hot side - unable to turn off multi-turn angle stop valve from underneath sink. Recommended replacing angle stop valve and replacing the hot side faucet cartridge. Customer also needed kitchen faucet drinking water filter changed (customer supplied) which I did free of charge because he opted for both the angle valve replacement and stem replacement. Turned off main water shut-off valve and opened faucets to drain water from pipes. Disconnected flexible supply line and removed existing hot side angle stop valve. Installed new 1/4 turn stop valve and reconnected supply line. Removed faucet handle assembly and removed existing cartridge. Identified American Standard cartridge and went to Home Depot to get replacement. Installed new cartridge and reassembled handle and other parts. Arrived for cooling maintenance. 2 zones. Basement is furnace ac. Checked over system. Co checked spot is i side furnace. Recommend next co check me at leak 2 feet outside the furnace housing. Filter was replaced by owner but filter door not secured. Filter to long. Checked condensate pu.p to be good at this time. Condensate pu.p tubing is a bit discolored now. May need to replace soon to prevent from having a leak. System temp 14 Furnace attic. Found exhaust open. Used high temp red silicone to sell the hole. Check temp split to be 20⁰ which is within range. Filter replaced by owner. Blower wheel and housing are good at this time. Need make return trip for Monday to add 2 lbs + leak seal

For this job I did a spring maintenance on a 2019 Lennox Indoor unit blower wheel is running amps reading 2.3 Evaporator coil has no leakage or corrosion at the moment a UV is active and helping the quality of the coils. I had a temp split of 18. Condensate line is draining with no problem. Condensate pump is draining water. I changed filter provided by client. I noticed ECM blower wheel don't have a surge protector and is in need of one to protect blower wheel / system from any electrical power surge. Control board is functioning and communicating with system. All wires are intact and no obstruction found. Outdoor unit 2019 Lennox ac I noticed coils were clogged and needs a level 1 cleaning and I made it my recommendation. Contactor has 240v/24v. Capacitor MFS is still in range and giving power to compressor and fan. Pipe insulation is still attached and clean. Client went with the coil clean for today. Sent checklist to client. Coil clean lvl 1

Arrived. Customer states she would like sump pumps checked for proper functionality. Opened sump pump lids and engaged sump pump in utility room. Sump Pump is operational. Went to storage area and removed lid and engaged sump pump. Pump is fully operational in this area too. Returned to main floor and made customer aware both pumps are fully operational. Customer states she needs to show me outside. Customer directed me to downspouts termination points going underground and their respective outlets on side of hills for drainage. Arrived. Customer states after long shower husband took, there was water on basement fridge and immediate area surrounding, which is directly below shower above. Customer states since viewing, showers have been taken with no leaks. Went to bathroom above and viewed shower area. I immediately viewed gaps in tile grout in many locations. Made customer aware I am going to run water for amount of time until I'm satisfied that leak is cosmetic in nature. Allowed water to continuously run and no leaks presented below. Water is going through tiles and running down wall into subflooring and releasing in basement after extended showering. Collected remaining balance from work order while onsite today. Leak coming from tank to bowl bolts found tank to bowl bolts were loose notice it had wing nuts and tighten down and the leaks stop lets customer know to monitor it if it leaks again then I recommend a Major tank rebuild and the dispatch fee can be credited to the price of the rebuild

I needed my furnace and air conditioner replaced because they were both 22 years old and the furnace had stopped working this week. I requested a service call which was completed very promptly. I was given an explanation of the problem and the options for replacement. I did not shop around because I trusted Vito from previous experience. So, I anticipated that the cost would be significant. I was given a quote with a modest discount, which I accepted. The furnace and air conditioner were replaced 48 hours later and the work was done very efficiently, the technicians were extremely polite and they cleaned up after they were done. They showed me their work and asked me if I had any questions. I would say that the whole experience was positive and that it went very smoothly and to my satisfaction.
