Arrived at location, We were advised that no hot water was coming out the shower. We started testing the shower head and no hot water was coming out. We tested the sink and hot water was coming out fine. Determine the cartilage was damaged, proceeded to turn off the water and drain the building. Took apart the shower trim and took out old cartilage. Sent out multiple pictures to our suppliers in which this part had to be order and would take 5-7 days to come in depending on the supplier. Put the old cartilage and shower trim, proceeded to turn the water back and tested. Still only cold water coming out. Cleaned up our Area and left. Will be in touch with Amy about further details.
