08/29/2024 arrived on site to look at a 1-1/2 CI drain line that was cracked and leaking in the ceiling of a 2nd floor room, put plastic down on the floor and took apart the old pipe, replaced it with new, bigger 2 inch pipe for better drainage, tightened all fittings and tested new pipe, no leaks, cleaned up work area and left
08/27/2024 AC MAINTENANCE ON TWO UNITS. #1 Attic space. I checked filter and found clogged costumer will need to purchase more and replace. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. i checked blower amps and found within specs. i checked evaporator coil and I checked Condensate line and flushed it with a gallon of water and found okay. I checked all other limits and safety and all wiring and connections found okay. I got a return air temperature of 80 and a supply air temperature of 59. I checked outdoor unit coil and found in good shape I checked all outdoor components and found within specs. outdoor temperature 92 discharge temperature 102 This unit is running and cooling as of now. #2 basement I checked and replaced filter with one costumer provided I checked indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found okay. 08/26/2024 AC RUNNING NONSTOP I arrived today to address costumers concerns , I called for cooling at thermostat and only the indoor fan came on. I checked my temperatures and got no reading. I went to outdoor unit and heard only the fan spinning. I cut the power and found some burnt wires at the capacitor. I repaired wires and replaced capacitor and compressor and fan both came on. The unit start running and cooling. While inspecting unit I noticed an excessive amount of fungal growth cultivating within the unit. I showed costumer and recommended air scrubber. She agreed to recommendations today. I checked operation of full system I got a return air temperature of 80 and a supply air temperature of 61. Aug 22, 2024 Arrive at location. Backflow was leaking from the ball valve, Proceeded to tighten the ball valve. Managed to stop the leak temporarily, the customer was advised that it was stop temporarily and was fine with it. It is a 2 inch blowflow and the customer would like 2 different estimates. First estimate would be to replace 2 inch ball valve from the inlet of the backflow. Second estimate would be replace inlet and outlet ball valves including the backflow.
08/14/2024 arrived on site to look at 2 sinks that had traps that were leaking, no popup drains were installed on the sinks, both old traps were cracked and leaking, ran out to pick up some new 1-1/4 chrome p traps and install them on the sinks, took apart the old traps and installed the new ones, tested both lines for any further leaks, no leaks found on either sink, cleaned up work area and left
08/14/2024 Arrived on site. Cut out leaking section. Removed section. Threaded new male adapter and solvent welded pipes and fittings. Secured new section and cleaned up work area. Removed all work related tools, debris, and equipment from site.
07/19/2024 Waited for miss utility and machine arrived. Water line marked. Cut asphalt and dug down to pipe. Cleaned pipe surface around break. installed repair clamp. Returned water service to building. Found no leaks. Restored full pressure slowly. Cleaned up work area.
Commercial Plumbing Call Pro Press Valve Needs to be Replaced 06/18/2024 Arrived on site. Shut off water to the building and began draining. Installed temporary discharge pipe. Sweat off old leaking valve. Cleaned pipe surfaces and installed new valve. Turned on water to building. Piped in remaining connections and tested for leaks. Found no leaks. Cleaned up work area and removed all work related tools, debris, and equipment from site.
