Basement Toilet Needs Repairs: Upstairs bedroom bathroom toilet is running periodically. Inspected toilet and all is quiet now. Felt around AMS Champion gasket and gasket is inflated with bubbles and requires replacement. Proceeded to basement and inspected bathroom toilet. Customer states contractors may have used and clogged. Engaged water to bowl and level rised. Gave customer investment options for required process of repairs today. Customer agreed. Went to truck to acquire materials required. Returned inside and removed existing Champion gasket from upstairs bedroom bathroom. Gasket is blown up tremendously. Documented. Leaking Faucets: Communicating with customer through notepad and customer is concerned about main floor bathroom faucet continuously loosening. Made customer aware area is impossible to use regular tools in and I have special tool to tighten faucet properly. Went to truck and acquired tool. Used basin wrench to reach into small area and tighten mounting nuts under handle assemblies and spout. For extra security, placed a drop of rubber silicone under each escutcheon to prevent sliding. In upstairs master bedroom bathroom, both faucets have similar issues and showerhead has minimal pressure. Fixed all components of faucets in same manner and cleaned trash from showerhead connection. Shower has good water pressure now. Removed escutcheon to shower handle and tightened base so escutcheon is not pressing against handle making movement harder than it should be. Soaked a rag in vinegar and placed over handle to further clean handle for smoother movements. All areas identified have been repai

Kitchen Faucet Won't Turn Off: Delta single handle faucet is leaking constantly from spout. Gave customer investment option to replace faucet. Gave additional investment option to repair. Leak Test, Refill R-410A: arrived onsite, customer has 1st and 2nd floor bathroom blockage issues. 2nd floor full bathroom all 3 fixtures are backed up. 1st floor half bathroom lavatory sink is draining fine but toilet seems to be clogged (potentially just an old toilet needing to be replaced and that is the reason for the slow drainage). basement bathroom all 3 fixtures are draining normally. located cleanout in basement floor, opened it up and ran garden hose down - drained normally. was able to plunge 1st floor toilet to get water to go down. attempted to clear 2nd floor toilet with plunger and auger to no avail so at that point I knew it was a main line blockage. will come back tomorrow to pull 2nd floor toilet and snake with K-60.
arrived on site for a plumbing inspection asked customer if unit has a water between but said no all hot water coming central from the building so walked around the unit to inspect plumbing system and all 1/4 valves turned and hold and found no issues in today plumbing system customer asked my opinion on the Moen smart leak detector and explained how it is a good system and but customer doesn't want a Moen flow at her house since she's normally isn't home but the Moen smart leak detectors will notify on her phone customer will try to install it her self since it just connects to her phone and no need to connect to the water system thank you for choosing Vito.
Today, I arrived on site to perform necessary repairs and replacements on the heating system. Replaced the flue pipe on the boiler. Replaced the fill valve and backflow preventer. Noted that the header still needs to be replaced. Found that the bleeder to the header is broken; it broke inside the radiator key. Replaced the condensate pump in the system. Replaced the humidifier pad. Replaced the gaskets and screws for the circulator pump. While draining the boiler, it was packed with settlement, preventing a full drain. Managed to lower the water level below the PR valve for the replacement. Observed that the water is dirty and will require a pump to remove it. Noted a popping sound when the boiler starts up, likely due to expansion. Confirmed that all systems are currently operational.
Today, I arrived on site to address the customer's concerns regarding the boiler system. Returned the replaced solenoid as part of the service. Bled the lines to the boiler loop to remove trapped air. Noted that the boiler loop had a significant amount of air present. Adjusted the temperature setting on the boiler for optimal performance. Conducted a test after adjustments; all conditions were found to be normal.

Today, I arrived on site to address a no heat issue. Customer has been cycling power to the unit to restore heat. Multiple tests conducted to evaluate system performance. Temperature rise measured at 55F. Initially, the system did not shut off as expected. After several attempts, the recurring issue was replicated. Identified that the flame sensor was causing the system to shut off. Flame sensor was pulled and cleaned to improve functionality. Recommended replacing the flame sensor for optimal performance. would like me to order and replace flame sensor.
Today, I arrived on site to assess the heat pump's performance in cold weather conditions. Outside temperature recorded below 20, impacting heat pump efficiency. Heat pump struggles to extract heat from the outside air as temperatures drop. Electric heater is functioning as a backup to maintain home heating. Last month's electric bill was high due to a dirty filter that needed replacement. Lack of airflow triggered the electric heat, contributing to increased energy costs. Noted that January's bill may also be elevated, with temperatures below 30 for half the month. Current system is heating properly at this time, despite the cold conditions. Temperature split 25 with electric Heat.
arrived in site for a customer who has a over flowing toilet customer showed me area of concern and explained how she tried to flush her toilet but water started to fill the bowl after flushing first tested to see if she has a mainline issue ran water in shower and lavy and can confirm it's just a toilet issue. customer use to have issues with this toilet clogging up before we installed a toto drake for her upstairs bathroom and I asked how's that toilet and she says she loves it and explained if she still have the issue with this toilet clogging up I recommend replacing the toilet forna Toto drake gave customer investment options and customer just with snaking toilet. with toilet bowl filled placed auger in and started snaking and extended 6ft and started to work area and after water drained flushed toilet a few times and watered draining pulled cable back and found nothing on the head flushed toilet a few more times and found no more back ups thank you for choosing Vito. recommenda

NO HEAT CALL I arrived on site and client advised me that another company has diagnosed the system but wanted another opinion. Thermostat was reading 71 but set at 73 , the emergency heat was running. The air handler is in the attic. I turned fan on and it ran. I went to the outdoor unit and nothing was running and the Contactor was not pushed in. I pushed in the Contactor and the compressor came on but the outdoor fan didn't. That told me that the unit was locked in defrost mode due to it being low on refrigerant. Just to make sure I turned thermostat in AC mode and compressor and fan both came on. I put my gauges on and got a reading of 0psi on the low side and a 0psi on the high side, meaning that the system is flat. Why is it flat? More than likely there is a leak somewhere that let out all the refrigerant. Option #1: Add 7 lbs of r-410a refrigerant $240 per pound. More than likely the refrigerant will just come right back out and this has no guarantee and no warranty. total
GREEN SUBSTANCE LEAK BESIDE UNIT ON COPPER PIPE. Old existing refrigerant line was just leaking dye due to it just hanging freely. I removed old copper pipe and sealed off the other end so there wouldn't be any more leak of any sort. Disposed copper and all is good for now. Unit came on and ran as needed. If there is any further questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call. Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES.

Brendon (?) was so terrific. He was thorough, completely professional and nice all at the same time. He also addressed issues i was not aware of or knew to ask about. I must say that his attention to detail was unsurpassed and I hope he is paid a lot of $$ for his work ethic (and he did not pay me to say that either!). Thank you so much!!

great service very expensive
Hi Gael - Thank you for the note and review!
The technician who came to repair my leaking toilets was reliable and knowledgeable. However, he was strict; and, the repair bill seemed pricey for the amount of time he spent.
Hi Bertha - Thank you for taking the time to let us now about your experience, however we are a littel dissapointed to see your review of Bobby as all pricing should be agreed upon up-front (AKA "Upfront Pricing"), which does not factor in the time spent just the job. Thank you!
Andrew's service was excellent and professional. Highly recommended
