Install Halo Filter Fittings: Returning to Purge new Halo H2Ultimate Filtration and Whole House Water Conditioning System of carbon fibers and open new Filtered and Conditioned water supply to home. Manufacturer recommendations are for a minimum of a 48hr Pre-Soak. Customer had prior arrangements, so Pre-Soak was a total of 281hrs. Purge will be longer than normal also. Removed hose washer and installed new Halo flow washer in hose. Secured hose and shutdown valve after Guard. Opened Bypass and began flush. After 5min, shutdown system and allowed fibers to settle for 2min. Repeated this process 10 times to ensure no debris is in system. After process, opened valve to home and bled any air from basement bathroom fixtures. Home is open to H2ULTIMATE system. Enjoy your superb water quality. Thank you for choosing Vito!

Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance. Heating System Observations: Noticed a leak at the water heater. Pressure relief valve is leaking and completely rusted. Back flow and fill valve require replacement. Leak from the back flow is affecting the water heater flue. 90 single wall vent needs replacement due to rust. Header to the radiant floors has a leak and should be replaced. Circulator pump installed last year has a leak and is rusted; replacement is necessary. Humidifier Issues: Humidifier is leaking, possibly due to the humidifier pad not being replaced timely. Recommend replacing the humidifier pad and solenoid. Furnace Condition: Signs of water damage observed inside the furnace housing near the blower, likely from the AC. Condensate Pump: While running the humidifier, the condensate pump is operational but struggling; recommend replacement. Filter Status: Removed 20x25x4 filter; owner will purchase a new filter for replacement. Overall System Status

New Hot Water Heater Install: pumped down and removed all old equipment and set and installed all new equipment and tied everything back in from gas lines to drains and refrigerant lines and wiring and also drained old heater down and installed new heater and tied all water lines in and installed expansion tank also installed new thermostat

arrived on site to install new shower stems started by shutting water off from access panel then removed handles and started replacing stems started from hot then cold then removed deviator stem then placed new stems in and tighten and turned water back in and tested for proper usage and as of ticket completion no leaks were found and everything is working properly cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note: 30-day warranty

I arrived at my customer home for system not working I did a full system check and found system and lock out I unlocked gas furnace system run for 5 minutes and shut down I restart system check on AMP and components system will not run for more than 5 minutes I recommend a replacement of the full system customer will like to replace full system included water heater and add chimney liner job was sold and will install on Thursday morning

Completed fall maintenance on both systems. For the furnace in the basement, I checked all drains, changed the filter and cleaned the flame sensor. I also ran a combustion test on the equipment and everything checked out fine. The combustion test was a little high. I also installed a new thermostat on this system. On the heat pump in the attic, I took temp diff, checked out the electric heat, checked all drains and safeties and also changed filters. I did recommend getting a UV light installed in the attic unit due to mold build up in system.

Installing Halo H2Ultimate Filtration and Whole House Water Conditioning System today. Will be replacing Dual Check Backflow device on Sprinkler system today also. Spoke with customer and began setting up dropcloths to protect property during work today. Materials arrived and were staged on dropcloths in basement area. H2ULTIMATE system has a new sediment filter that is to be attached in line on outlet piping from Filtration and Water Conditioning System, after flush drain and before ball valve. With preferred location of system, repipe was complicated but mapped out prior to cutting pipe. With accurate schematics, prepped new system and secured head and head attachments. Placed system in place. Began measuring, cutting and setting pipe & fittings in place. With new schematics, went to supply house twice for materials during installation. Drained sprinkler system while assembling system. During parts run, removed existing dual check on sprinkler system and installed new Dual Check Back

Local Plumber Call Look Examine Faucets and Toilets: arrived on site for leaking shower and a toilet issue customer showed me bathroom in question and said her diverter is hard to turn and when she's running in shower mode she has water still leaking from the tub spout and also placed dye In toilet then told customer I will shut water off to shower and removed stem and started by shutting water off and removed Handel and removed stem and also removed hot stem and sent to parts and after identifying stem notice a very small leak of dye going into the bowl waited for parts to get back to me and said it will take 2-3 days to order gave customer investment option from just replacing the diverter stem and up to a full rebuild. as of today customer picked having a full rebuild and will replace the canister gasket free will order parts and call customer once parts are in thank you for choosing Vito. note: plumbing parts need to be ordered

Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance. Furnace Condition: System is currently heating properly. Humidifier Issues: Water observed on the ground from the humidifier. Humidifier pad needs replacement. Electrical Components: Inducer amps are within specifications. Blower capacitor reading at 7.23 on a 7.5 scale; low end is 7.05. Capacity of the capacitor is approximately 50%; may need replacement soon. Blower amps are within specifications. Maintenance Actions: Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Ignitor readings are within specifications. strapped drain line with tape to duct work. there a little sway. Overall, the system is functioning well, with a few recommended repairs for optimal performance.

Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance on a Carrier 80% furnace. Filter did not need replacement at this time. Inspected blower capacitor; reading was 9.37, which is .06 low. With owner approval, replaced the blower capacitor. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor; it was heavily calcified and appears to have a crack. Flame sensor is currently rectifying the flame but replacement is recommended. Ignitor reading was 51; both inducer and blower amps are within specifications. Noticed a chatter from the inducer motor; recorded the noise for reference. System is heating properly at this time. Will order a flame sensor for return and replacement. Humidifier stat is not functioning properly; will order and install both parts. check # 1089 $ 588.10 remaining balance.$550.90

No Heat Call: checked heating system found someone else had took out the blower housing to replace the blower motor but had ordered the wrong part and most of the screws are missing, so couldn't put it back together, do suggest replacing the system but could not find the model and serial number, took pictures and it's on the xo sight MODEL NUMBER N/A BRAND NAME N/A

I arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 34 degrees at this point customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer provided all air filters I check all amps and components indoor gas furnace working at this time.

I serviced heat pump on top floor. return is 73 supply is 117. electric heat is 20.15. I checked Control wiring and tightened connections as well as 240/24 transformer. indoor and outdoor coils are clean. I recommend ecm motor protector. drain line is also clean at this time. fan is .51 compressor 6.92, I tested defrost controls and contactor ohms. I serviced gas furnace in basement. I replaced 20x25x4 filter. I cleaned drain port and flame sensor( I recommend replacing) due to condition. ignitor is receiving,52 ohms. Inducer motor .47 blower 5.30. return 71;supply 134. I checked all rollout switches and high temp switches as well as co lvl 78ppm. Goodman gas furnace in garage. I replaced filter and cleaned drain port as well as flame sensor. ignitor is 56 ohms. inducer is .91 blower is 2.42. Co combustion stack temp is 217, oxygen is 10% and co is 60 ppm. return is 72 supply is 136.9. all systems are heating properly at this time. Goodman is close to end of life I recommend repla

Examined area of concern by customer. Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water pressure in home is 72psig. Flushed water heater directly outside into sump pump well. Well filled indicating sump pump has failed. Ran electrical supply to test to no avail. Gave customer investment option to replace. Customer agreed. Continued check. No issues in laundry area or basement bathroom. Master bedroom bathroom shower is clogged. Removed drain cover and removed mound of hair from drain at no cost to customer. Drain flows freely now. No issues in hallway bathroom. Kitchen is in great condition. Performed Water Quality test in kitchen. Chlorine levels are low at 1.3ppm. pH is neutral with a reading of 7. arrived on site for a clogged sink customer showed me area of concern and it's the kitchen sink customer explained to me that she did put brousell sprouts in the disposal causing a back up tried using disposal but water shot right back up qouted customer to snake kitchen sink out and customer agreed. started by using a shop vac and get remaining water out of the sink once done took apart p trap and ran snake went a total of 6 cables(45 ft) and pulled cable back had grease and some of the vegetable on the cable connected p trap again and tested for back ups as of ticket completion no back ups occurred nor leaks cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

I inspected 2016 Lennox heat pump. filter was dirty as well as humidifier pad I went to re Michael and returned and replaced both. I tested humidifier operation and set controls to 35%. uv light in a/h is operational. indoor and outdoor coils are clean. blower reading 1.72 amps. dampers are in open positions. heater kitt is pulling 20.13 amps. return is 73 supply is 122. I tested defrost controls as well as capacitor. System is heating properly at this time. office took payment over the phone.

upon arrival of home installed battery back up system to existing sump pump.original sump pump is 4 years old. I told customer that pump may need to be replaced in the next couple of years depending on the load coming into pump. checked all connections for leaks and failures. customer will need an extension cord for older pump. there are no further failures.
