backflow prevention testing: tested serial number u29238 and it passed. It looks like in years past I did not include the letter "u" in the serial number but it is there on the data plate. This is the right address for this assembly, it is the closer to Crabbs Branch building.

NO HEAT CALL 80% CARRIER GAS FURNACE FROM 2012 After installing new inducer draft motor I jumped it straight to 115v and it came on and no more humming noise was present. After I jumped the inducer I rewired up the unit and called for heat. Nothing happened. There was no safetys that were off and I had voltage at the board but there was something wrong with the control. Diagnosed a bad board. More than likely when the inducer gave out the board must've gotten fried and compromised itself. I did advise the client that there was another issue. I explained to him that the Inducer was the first issue and that the board is the second issue. We ordered the board for the client on Tuesday and I arrived today to replace old board. Rewired up the unit and everything went through its cycles without any issues. Tested thermostat okay. I got a return air temperature of 66 and a supply air temperature of 110 The system is now running and heating. Moving forward I will keep an eye out on the flame
NO HEAT CALL. 80% CARRIER GAS FURNACE FROM 2012 I called for heat at the thermostat, the indoor temperature was reading 66. Once at the furnace nothing was running and a code wasm flashing "31" indicating Pressure switch did not open or close. I reset the unit at the switch and kicked it back on. Nothing happened. I turned the fan on and made sure it came on and ran and it did. I bypassed heat at the board and I heard the Inducer motor just humming but not kicking on. It was not stuck just worn out. The inducer motor has been compromised at this time and is the source of the issue. I also checked the flame sensor and ignitior and I found both of them also having a lot of wear on it and I showed the costumer and explained that these two parts are also getting ready to go. There are 3 options provided for the client. Option #1: - Replace the Inducer draft motor only $1800.00 With the possibility of more parts to go bad. - Sign up for annual contract $244.00 10%off Option
