Service Report: Call-Back on Install Team Arrived on site to investigate a reported ceiling leak. The customer stated that our commercial team had previously come out to replace some drain work and a water line. However, the customer called back, reporting a leak in the same location. Upon inspection, I opened the ceiling and confirmed that the source of the leak was the new pipe work installed for the shower. I was able to pull the pipe completely out of the shower drain, indicating that it had not been properly tightened during the initial installation. Originally, I intended to have the install team return to fix the issue, but I received approval from management to proceed with the repair myself. I gathered the necessary tools and materials, but while attempting the repair alone, the pipe continued to slip out of place. After multiple attempts, I called for assistance. Once the helper arrived, they held the pipe up while I properly positioned the gasket and tightened the connec
System Type: 2024 Rheem AC/Furnace Split System Service Performed: Conducted routine maintenance and performance check on a 2024 Rheem air conditioning and furnace split system. Verified system startup and shutdown sequences; both operating normally. Checked thermostat operation – system responded to setpoint changes correctly. Inspected electrical components including contactors, capacitors, and wiring connections; all components are in good condition. Measured temperature differential (Delta T) across the evaporator coil: Supply Air Temp: [48°F] Return Air Temp: [70F] Delta T: 22°F – This is within the optimal range, indicating efficient heat transfer and proper system operation. Filter was inspected and found to be clean – no replacement necessary at this time. Verified refrigerant line temperatures and pressures – system appears to be charged properly based on performance indicators. Observations & Recommendations: Outdoor Condenser Coil: The condenser coil is beginni

For this job, I was called out on a service visit to inspect the system. Upon inspection, I found the condensate line badly clogged with dirt and debris, which is consistent with the unit’s age and lack of maintenance. The blockage was preventing proper drainage and could have led to water backup if left unaddressed. Further inspection revealed that the condensate tray has developed cracks. This damage is due to the age and overall condition of the unit. The tray has weakened over time from continuous exposure to moisture, debris, and temperature changes. Being an older Carrier FCU unit, the material has become brittle, making it more susceptible to cracking and leaks. Recommendation: Due to the advanced age of the Carrier FCU unit and the cracked condensate tray, I recommend replacing the entire unit. A new system will provide improved reliability, efficiency, and prevent future water damage concerns caused by drainage or tray failure.
Arrived on site and met with customer. She took me downstairs where she had a toilet that whenever you ran anything in the house it backed up. Informed her it was a mainline blockage and gave her the quote to do the work. She had told me she had gotten a cheaper quote for another company ranging around 800-1110. I told her that I couldnt go any lower than the prices I gave her and she decided to shop around. Thank you for choosing vito
Arrived on site and met customer at the door he led me downstairs where his union was leaking after A technician had done a repipe above it. tried tightnening the union with just channel locks and it didn't resolve the leak. Pressed all connections. Turned water back on and checked for leaks. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.
Arrived on site And met with customer and hvac Technician I explained to both of them what needed to be done and we started cuttin gout the drywall and wood underneath the ductwork. After the drywall around the ductwork was taken out we started disassembling the actual ductwork. Taking apart the ductwork was a very ardous task considering the buildings most likely put it in before everything else was put in and it was just one 20ft long section. After some dileberation we came to the conclusion we could just cut the duct in half and take out a 5ft section. Took out screws and cut the duct and pulled it out to the water heater room and set it aside for later use. After the duct was out of the way I set up a ladder in the water heater room and had The apprentice cut the drain pipe. After cutting the pipe in half it actually pop'd out of the 90 fitting and when I investigated the fitting there was no glue or primer of any sorts and the original builders had just stuck it in and forgot to
Arrived on site to look at a leak that was coming from 303 into 203's bathroom, cut the ceiling in 203 to look at the drain pipe, chased the leak only to find that it was the shower handles that were causing the leak, the handles were not caulked causing water to run down inside the wall, caulked the handles in 303, informed customer that they shouldn't use the shower for 24 hours, covered the hole in 203's ceiling with plastic and tape, cleaned up work area and left. Quoted: $481.95
Arrived on site to look at a leak that was in the ceiling of 104 coming from 204, the leak was coming from the water heater pan, the leak was not active on arrival, believed the leak to be coming from the threaded connection to the drain itself, put more water in the pan to test, leak started downstairs, vacuumed up the water in the pan and tightened the threads on the drain, leak slowed down drastically, residue water in the ceiling of 104, informed tenants of findings and repairs, cleaned up work area and left
Customer called back stating that the mainline backed up again after our visit on Thursday. I arrived on site and confirmed that the mainline was indeed backed up. I informed the customer that I would run my machine again, but advised that the line ultimately needs to be dug up and repiped. I set up for snaking and went through the floor drain. After going through the trap, I ran two cables (30 ft), but the line was still clogged. I continued running more cable, for a total of five cables (75 ft), and the line eventually cleared. While trying to pull the cables back, the cable got stuck. After some effort, I was able to remove it. Upon pulling the cable out, I found wipes attached to the end. I informed the customer, and he acknowledged that he had flushed wipes down the toilet. I advised him to stop using wipes, as we are aware there is a belly in the pipe at 35 ft, and the camera could not get past that point. It’s unclear what the condition of the pipe is beyond that section. Clea

Excellent service
Arrived on site to perform a camera inspection on the drain line. Began by shutting off the water supply to the toilet and draining the tank. Removed the toilet by loosening the Johnny bolts. Upon removal, I observed standing water in the drain pipe. Set up the camera equipment and began the inspection. The camera remained underwater up to 11 feet and could not pass beyond that point. Informed the customer that the main line was clogged and presented an investment option to snake the main line. The customer agreed. Waited for the snaking equipment to arrive. Once on site, set up the equipment and ran a total of 2 cables (approximately 30 feet). The standing water began to drain, and flow through the line was restored. Pulled the cables back and found no major obstructions on the head, only some toilet paper. Reinserted the camera and ran it up to approximately 35 feet. Discovered a belly in the pipe. Located the issue, which was found to be under the driveway. Pulled the camera back
