Nolan return to customer home to complete diagnostic on the full system after completing diagnostic. He noticed the outdoor control board not working. Parts has been ordered with a return when parts got delivered.
Arrived on site and met customer at the front door he led me downstairs to his water heater and started flushing that. Customer accompanied me to all the other bathrooms and fixtures in the house. Everything in the house looks good besides a slow draining sink and I recommended a PRV to be put on line since his pressure is at 75. Thank you for choosing Vito.
Shut off water and replaced shower valve. Confirmed no leaks and repressurized system.
I arrived on site inspected the bib It was not shutting off completely so I replaced the bib after turning the water off once completed. Turn the water on turn the bib on and off multiple times with no more dripping.
Arrived on site in that customer at the front door turned off water to the whole house and went upstairs and started draining the heater into the bathtub. Cut the hot and cold pipe off of the heatersnd after it was done draining I took it out of the pan and placed it into a large appliance bag so it did not leak onto the carpet. Disposed of old heater and brought new 50 gallon gas heater upstairs. Put new heater into the pan and piped it in with a new expansion tank and vacuum breaker since those were previously there. Connected the flu and the gas line. Turned water back on to house and filled up water heater. Bled all the air out of the heater and the house and lit the heater up putting it between low and hot. Cleaned up all work-related material and debris and did a final walk-through of the job to make sure nothing was leaking before I left and there was no leak. Thank you for choosing vito
Arrived at location saw there was water on the carpet cut open and access behind the bathroom wall found a copper pipe with a pinhole leak in it. Shut off the water cut out the pipe added to 90 inch half inch fittings two straight couplings and about 2 foot of half-inch copper pipe. All fixed them taken care of now.
Arrived on site for a scheduled building shutdown to replace an angle stop and a wax ring in the bathroom. Upon arrival, verified that the water had been shut off and drained the upstairs unit. Gathered all necessary materials. Once the system was drained, I began by removing the supply line and loosening the closet bolts. Removed the toilet and observed that the existing wax ring was completely deteriorated. Removed the old angle stop and installed a new one. Cleaned up the remnants of the old wax ring, installed a new thick wax ring, and reset the toilet. Tightened it down securely, then applied a bead of caulk around the base of the toilet. Water was turned back on and all connections were tested. No leaks were found at the time of ticket completion. Cleaned up the work area and all work-related materials. Thank you for choosing Vito. Note:work warranty for 30 days if leaks appeares again will need to gain acces to unit 101

Arrived on site and met customer at the door you led me upstairs to where her water heater was, and there was water sitting in the pan did a thorough investigation and found that there wasn't any type of leak that was noticeable but there were traces of the leak around the vent of the pipe going down the side of the heater also I heard a dripping noise around where the heater was so I assume that the bottom of the heater at some place was dripping water. Heater is also 10 years old so I assumed it best to just replace the heater all together. Friday afternoon is the best day for her so I will be back then. Thank you for choosing Vito

Arrived on site. Nature of issue gathered second hand is a venting issue. Wet vent connects on stack vertically and needs to be moved. Cut out existing lavy connection in vertical stack and installed new tie-in within horizontal run in basement ceiling. Completed connections and allowed PVC cement to dry. Tested drain. No leaks or gurgling present. Cleaned up work area and removed all work related tools, equipment, and debris.
Arrived on site for a main line blockage. The customer showed me the area of concern and explained that every time the men's toilet is flushed, it backs up into the women’s bathroom, and vice versa. The mop sink was also backing up. I observed the drain flow from the mop sink and flushed the men's toilet. It backed up immediately. Upon checking the women’s bathroom, I saw the toilet bubbling. I decided to pull the women's toilet and snake the main line from there. I presented the customer with an investment option, which they approved. I shut off the water to the toilet, removed water from the tank and bowl, disconnected the supply line, removed the Johnny bolts, and pulled the toilet. I saw that the line was full. I set up snaking equipment and ran three cables (approximately 45 feet). The line cleared, and I ran water to test. Everything was draining properly. However, after pulling the cable back and flushing the men's toilet again, it backed up. Upon inspection, the toilet pipe
Arrived onsite, customer's garbage disposal not working. Noticed the unit is likely over 30 years old and recommended a replacement. Mounting bracket will also need to be replaced as well because existing unit was Sears/Kenmore brand. First, turned off power to unit at breaker panel. Removed existing drain assembly and advised customer that it will likely need to be replaced as well. Dismounted unit and disconnected electrical connections. Removed existing mounting brackets and cleaned area where it had been in sink. Installed new mounting breaker and sealed with putty. Connected existing electrical wires to new disposal. Hung new disposal on mounting bracket. Connected waste arm. Installed new p-trap U-bend and extension tailpiece. Ran kitchen faucet and checked for leaks. Filled up sink with water and released stopper to ensure the drain is leak free. Turned power on at breaker. Flipped switch and made sure new unit is working properly. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

Arrived at location for unit 7516 and 7518 having toilet issues. Meet with a lady in unit 7510 and flushed her toilet to make sure nothing was wrong and it worked fine. She also pointed out a water stand in which could indicate anything but doesn’t look fresh. We went into unit 7518 and saw that the toilet to the close to the court was clogged up and need to be Agur. Got confirmation from Jill to augur and proceed to do the work. After the clogged was clear had to run both toilet to make sure there is not other back up. None occurred also look into the clean out outside and it’s all cleared. Jill asked to be invoice so they can send the bill over to the customer.
Run a diagnostic on the pumps to determine if the pumps are siezed up and not pumping. I untripped the breaker and pumped down the pit. The whole time pumping the breaker never tripped. Checked amps for both pumps ass they were pumping and both where pulling less that 15amp together. I then individually check each pump and it was giving off 2-4 amps. I advised the customer that maybe something something got jammed up in the pump which cause it to over work itself and trip. The whole duration of me turning the pumps on and off the warning light didn’t light up. Recommend pulling and setting pumps with new gaskets
