Backflow Prevention Testing: Tested two back flow preventers both have passed forward information to wssc
Upon arrival customer concerns system is not cooling. Went to unit and found magic pack unit not cooling. Hooked up gagues and found system almost empty on 410A. Took gagues of and found leak coming from shradder pin. Informed customer of findings and recommended signing up for membership. Customer agreed to sign up and do repair. Changed out shredder pin and charged system up 3 lbs. After charging system cycled system at this time system is operational

LEAK ON AC CONDENSATE LINE. Upon arrival Mr. Gordon advised me that he noticed water on the floor coming from ac and that the condensate line had either came apart or had forgot to be put back. Prior to this he had some pro press work done next to condensate line back in December of 2024. The other half of condensate line was on the floor. I quoted client to repair condensate line and add some condensate tablets however he did not agree to pay. I called management and office but they could not see past history due to new system being used. The repair was completed and the condensate tablets were added. I flushed line with approximately 2 gallons of water to ensure proper drainage and not make sure there were no leaks. AC "not keeping up" as temperatures keep rising. Unit is 9-years-old and rusted will quote repair or new A/C Installation
New A/C Installation: Installed New Outdoor Air Conditioning Unit along with new coil. Checked for proper functionality, measure all temps
BROKEN CONDENSATE LINE. YORK AC 17yrs R-22 Upon arrival the client showed me the broken condensate line. The line was actually broken going into sump pump. The male fitting at the evap coil itself was loose too. In order to repair broken pvc we will need a total of 14 ft of pvc plus an ez trap safety switch. However I did let the client know that I would rather check if the AC is functioning properly before doing any repairs due to the age and visible wear and tear on it. While further inspection I noticed that the furnace was installed in 2023 however the ac unit is 17 years old. I checked the indoor evaporator coil and noticed an excessive amount of rust on the coil. I noticed condensate drain pan was filled with algae, dirt and debris. I called for ac and let the unit run. The indoor fan came on, I felt line set and it seemed that refrigerant was being pumped. I waited about 15 minutes to check temperatures and I got a delta T of 0 degrees. I checked the outdoor unit and sure eno
Upon arrival customer concerns system is not cooling. Diagnosed system and found TXV is stoke not allowing it to flow properly. System is about 8 or 9 years old meaning it could be under warranty. Will order part while find information. Customer also acknowledged he is going out of town on the 16th of June and would like it done before then.
Arrived onsite, customer has 5 year old LF07S backflow preventer needing to be replaced. Also drip coming from kitchen faucet spout. Recommended repairing kitchen faucet with new seats & springs as well as a RP70 ball mechanism. Turned off water supply to kitchen faucet. Used allen key to remove handle. Unthreaded and removed cap assembly. Removed RP70 ball and cam assembly. Removed rubber seats and springs from faucet body. Reassembled faucet in reverse order. Ensured that the slot in side of ball was inserted over pin inside body and that lug on side of cam was inserted into slot on side of body. Tightened cap securely. Removed faucet aerator and replaced. Turned water supply to faucet back on and ran faucet to check for leaks and proper operation. Picked up new backflow preventer from Ferguson. Turned water off to house at main water shut-off valve and service valve. Opened faucets to drain water from pipes. Unthreaded union from backflow preventer. Removed mechanism by threaded it

Commercial Plumbing Parts Installation: Installed New Toilet and Sink in Bathroom
Arrived on site. Awaited arrival of tenant. Shower head drips continually. Shut off valve to #203 and drained. Disassembled shower valve and removed cartridge. Gathered information in order to replace. Ordered new cartridges and retrieved. Returned on site. Installed new cartridges. Turned on water and checked operation. Shower is in good operating condition.

I arrived at my customer home for a system running non stop I did a full system check and find one bad thermostat I recommend a replacement of the thermostat will return in the morning at 8am to install a thermostat and check the full system

NOTES: • All work to be performed during normal working hours (M-F) 7AM to 5PM excluding holidays. • Wall and ceiling repairs are not provided for in this proposal. • Requests for additional work or items requested will result in an authorized change order and additional costs. • This proposal is valid for ten (10) days from the date of this proposal. EXLUSIONS • No warranty on any existing equipment, piping or wiring not changed or updated by Vito Services. WARRANTY • One (1) year warranty on all parts and labor.

Arrived at my customer home for systems stop working a few days ago and start back working I did full system check and found air filter very dirty and outdoor coils dirty customer remove and replace air filter and will water wash outdoor coil customer will call back if the system stop working again for service or replacement system is working at this time

Arrived on site to look at a urinal that was having issues, was told the urinal was running, ran the urinal to try and replicate the issue but had no results, urinal was running fine, informed customer that no issues were found with it, cleaned up work area and left
