Turned off the power, cleaned the fitting, and restarted the system three times. The furnace is now functioning properly with three successful starts. Recommended actions if issues persist include replacing the control board and gas valve. Suggested installing a surge protector on the unit for added protection. Payment through invoice.

Valve On Hose Bib Will Not Turn Off: arrived onsite, customer has fully pressurized water coming out of bleed port on 1/2" CPVC stop & waste indoor hose spigot isolation valve. he found this issue after attempting to winterize the hose bibb. after investigation I determined that the cpvc gate valve was installed backwards, causing water to keep running. customer informed me that Dennell installed the outdoor hose bibb that corresponds with our valve in question back in June 2024. he had originally come out just to replace the outdoor spigot, but during the job he cracked the indoor CPVC supply line and isolation valve. therefore he had to repipe it and replace the isolation valve. picked up material. turned water off at main valve and ran faucets to drain water from lines. cut CPVC line on horizontal right next to gate valve. made another cut on horizontal line before pipe goes vertical. used 1/2" threaded brass ball & waste valve. installed 2 CPVC x male threaded adapters on each side
