New Waste Line Installation: SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Open the wall in the bedroom as necessary to expose the waste and overflow on the bathtub. Please note, it may also be necessary to open the ceiling below. 2. Supply and install a new toe tap type waste and overflow and tie into the waste line. 3. Clean up and haul away all job-related debris. 4. Test the new plumbing for leaks. NOTES: • All work to be performed during normal working hours (M-F) 7AM to 5PM excluding holidays. • Wall and ceiling repairs are not provided for in this proposal. • Requests for additional work or items requested will result in an authorized change order and additional costs. • This proposal is valid for ten (10) days from the date of this proposal. EXLUSIONS • No warranty on any existing equipment, piping or wiring not changed or updated by Vito Services. WARRANTY • One (1) year warranty on all parts and labor.
Arrived at my customer home for systems stop working a few days ago and start back working I did full system check and found air filter very dirty and outdoor coils dirty customer remove and replace air filter and will water wash outdoor coil customer will call back if the system stop working again for service or replacement system is working at this time

Arrived on site to look at a urinal that was having issues, was told the urinal was running, ran the urinal to try and replicate the issue but had no results, urinal was running fine, informed customer that no issues were found with it, cleaned up work area and left
Return visit to flush Halo H2Ultimate Filtration and Whole House Water Conditioning System today. Secured hose and flushed tank for 5min. Shutdown flush and allowed system to settle for 2min. Reopened flush and flushed for additional 5min. Repeated this cycle 6 times for a total of 30min of flushing of system. On 3rd cycle, water is coming out clear. Completed process for a full 6 cycles. Flushed into white laundry tub. After each flush, there was less and less fibers. After 5th flush, there were no further fibers producing from system. 6th flush was crystal clear. Opened isolation valve to home supply and home is being supplied by Filtered Conditioned water at this time. Thank you for choosing Vito!
Today was a callback for the recent installation of a new PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) alongside a new water heater. The customer reported low water pressure. A pressure gauge reading showed 40 PSI. Adjusted the water pressure to 70 PSI for optimal performance. During inspection, a slight leak was found at the packing nut on the main valve. Tightened the packing nut, and no further leaks were observed there. However, a minor leak was also found on a solder joint at the main valve. Additionally, the customer reported a leaking tub. Attempted to resolve the issue by placing a new seal under the tub basket, but the leak persisted. This indicates the issue lies with the waste and overflow assembly. Informed the customer of the findings and recommended having our Comfort Advisor visit to discuss options for replacing the waste and overflow. Thank you for choosing Vito Plumbing.
Scope of Work: This proposal outlines the steps to replace existing dual check valves and ensure proper operation of the hose and sprinkler system. Work to Be Performed: Shut off water supply to the hose bib and sprinkler system. Fully drain both the hose line and the sprinkler system. Remove existing dual check valves once the system is drained. Apply Teflon tape and pipe thread sealant (pipe dope) to male adapters. Install new dual check valves in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Refill the system and pressurize to check for leaks. Verify system integrity; ensure no leaks are present. Clean up the work area and remove all work-related materials. Tag new dual check valves with the installation and replacement dates for future reference.
Arrived on site for a customer who requested the disconnection of all plumbing in a fire-damaged unit. The customer agreed to the investment option sent and confirmed payment will be made via purchase order (PO). Disconnected the gas stove and set it aside. Under the kitchen sink, disassembled the P-trap. Shut off hot and cold water supply lines and the ice maker line for the fridge. Removed all supply lines. Bathrooms (Two): In one bathroom: Disconnected the toilet supply line. Shut off water using angle stops under the lavatory sink and disconnected the supply lines and P-trap. Clean drain of sink and tub
Arrived on site for a customer experiencing a sump pump issue. The customer stated that the backup system was displaying a ""check pump"" message. Upon inspection, I lifted the lid and found the float was stuck. I moved the float, and the code cleared. While on site, the customer also mentioned a leaking hose bib. The hose bib runs through the kitchen cabinet and exits to the outside. I informed the customer that I recommend having our Comfort Advisor come out to evaluate the line and potentially reroute it. Installation of new 50g electric model water heater and installation of new Halo H2ULTIMATE Filtration and Whole House Water Conditioning System is being installed today. Laid drop cloths to protect property. Inspected water main and went outside and located curbcock in front yard. Shutdown water system to property. Cut out section of main service line and installed new 1in ball valve and closed. Went outside and repressured water system to property and sealed curbcock. Drained home of all potable water. Cut out existing water heater and staged outside for removal. Brought new systems inside and took to basement and staged. Cleaned area for work and began prepping all connection points to systems. Set water heater in place. Built expansion tank branch. Set all new fittings and piping on cold and hot side. Installed tee for humidifier line. Supply and install one Proflo 2.1-gallon thermal expansion tank. 4. Supply and install one Holdrite expansion tank mounting bracket. 5. Remove the old pressure reducing valve. 6. Supply and install one Watts WLFN55BM1-UG lead free 1” PRV. 7. Adjust the water pressure to between 60-70lbs. 8. Haul away the old water heater and all job-related debris. 9. Acquire the WSSC permit. SCOPE OF WORK: Scope of work is to update the central AC system and gas furnace serving your home. Work will include the following: • Disconnection and removal of the outdoor AC unit, indoor evaporator coil, furnace, and related parts and debris to the installation of the new AC system. • New outdoor unit to be set on a base pad and placed on the existing wall braces. Upon arrival customer concerns system is not cooling. Turned AC on and checked system, found compressor is making load noises while running. Checked amperage and found compressor is running properly but loud. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and found low side dropping but high side rising. Also found after turning system off found pressures are taking a long time to equalize, indicating TXV is bad. Informed customer of findings and recommended replacing system because of age of system. Also changing Thermostat may not fix noisy compressor. Customer would like to have comfort consultant come out this week to go over options. Do need to collect $120 for dispatch fee.
