Water Heater Installation: arrived onsite, noticed water heater is only 5 years old and customer still has heat and hot water. did not notice any corrosion on bottom of water heater. looks like previous installer reused existing pan which was slightly rusted due to age but water heater itself is OK. customer also informed me that she does not want to go through with today's install for personal reasons. customer also stated she would rather replace water heater during summer months - does not want to go without heat for a day with infant child
