Performed maintenance on 2010 Heat pump system. Found system is in working order. All components are amping within spec. Heat rise is 20 Blower and ducts need to be clean after homeowners project is done. While checking outdoor unit found no issues with system at this time. Pressures are good and starting components are working to spec. Tstat is giving several error codes that do go away and the system runs. Informed customer that Tstat could be bad. Also found Hot Water tank does not have and expansion tank and should have one per code. At this time system is operational. Recommendations 1. Duct cleaning $897 2. Blower clean $300 3. I arrived at my customer for a one system heat maintenance carrier gas furnace age 2005 outdoor temperature is 52 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home customer provided all air filters I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode I check all amps and components indoor inducer fan motor making a humming noise Carrier gas furnace working at this time. customer will wait for the system to failed before replacing it

Checked 2023 Heat pump system. Customer said system has yellow tint on outside system when it drains. cycled system complete and found no issues at this time. final cycled system at this time system is fully operational. Will return in a couple weeks to do maintenance check.

NO AC CALL THERMOSTAT BLANK. I arrived today and noticed thermostat blank. Nothing was running inside or outside. I opened panel and noticed 5amp fuse blown. I checked all limits and safetys and found okay. There was a 24v short somewhere that kept on blowing fuse. I traced all thermostat wire to see if there was any touching and indeed I found thermostat wires at the outdoor unit brittle and touching. I replaced 1ft of thermostat wire and connected it all back together. I replaced 5amp fuse and cut power back on and no more tripping. Thermostat came on I ran the heat and cooling cycles for proper operation and found no other issues at this time. The client does have a contract with Garneski until 2025. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and noticed none I did notice that on the scoots of the blower wheel motor there is dirt and dust. I checked blower apps and found within specs this particular motor I would recommend a ECM surge protector because as of right now it's exposed to any high voltage power surges possibly causing more damage to more components. I checked the inducer draft motor amps found within specs I checked inducer flu vent pipe connected to a T okay. I checked igniter owns found within recommended specs I took the flame sensor found okay. I checked all limits and safeties all wirings and connections found okay. 1st Call Pipe Leak: arrived on site for a leaking pipe after HVAC visit customer said water heater was in basket area went down and notice water on top the heater and looked up and saw corded copper on the cold side wrote up a list of options for customer then presented them but as of today customer just went with a repipe. started by shutting water off and draining house while draining sanded pipe then cut out bad section of pipe and started to dry fit new section in once everything lined up marked and pressed fittings once pressed turned water back on and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

Plumbing Call No Hot Water: upon arrival of home customer was not receiving water to upstairs toilet. explained to customer that the fill valve may be clogged. disconnected supply line and was able to verify that fill valve was clogged. customer stated that he could replace fill valve himself. customer does not have any issues at the moment .

09/20/2024 RETURN TO REPLACE PART. I arrived today and knocked the door several times and go no answer. I rung the door bell several times as well. I called the number on file and got no answer. The inducer motor was not replaced at this time! The office will need to contact client to reschedule appointment for me to come back out when someone is home. Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES. Costumer called back and I returned to install inducer draft motor and detached the one that has been compromised. I checked all wiring and all connections all limits and safetys working okay. I tested new draft motor and it came on and worked. I ran it through its cycles and it performed as needed. I got a return air temperature of 80 and a supply air temperature of 127. The unit is running and heating as of now but the Costumer did want me to leave thermostat in cooling mode. Will collect remaining balance of $1016.00 Client already paid $508.00

09/18/2024 arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house customer showed me a few area of concern which are a slow draining kitchen sink,bad kitchen p trap and a leaking copper pipe in the basement. while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house house pressure is at 50psi water heater is from 2002 but is working fine,in the basement found a corded copper pipe that is leaking then in kitchen there's is a slow draining sink and the trap is corrugated so when they run the dispaol is shakes it out of place found no other issues in today inspection. gave customer investment options for the items found and customer agreed to have all work done started in the kitchen took apart p trap and fittings then set drop cloth down and set snake up and started snaking went a total of 5 cables(37ft) pulled cable back and had grease on the line the cable. then started repiping kitchen drain once repipe finished tested for back

Once on site customer advised that the toilet in the women's bathroom is constantly running and is not flushing. once Inside of the bathroom i observed the toilet constantly filling. tired flushing the toilet but I then observed the gasket to be breaking down and deteriorating. Gave the customer an estimate to replace the gasket , customer agrees with price of $220 to replace the gaskets assembly in the toilet. went out to the supply house and arrived back on site. once back on site I turned water off to the toilet and then disassemble the flush valve. installed new gasket on the flush valve and test for leaks and water constantly running. the toilet is now constantly filling the toilet and no leaks. the toilet is now properly flushing and filling. pack up equipment and left job site. Heat Maintenance On Two Units #1 Attic space. i checked both filters and found only one dirty so I replaced with one Costumer provided. I called for heat at the thermostat but the unit never came on. it was giving a code 33 "pressure switch open". The inducer draft motor never came I checked for 120v at inducer and found present i checked board found okay. At this time the inducer motor has been compromised. These YORK units the inducer come on first than close pressure switch. We will have to check for availability on this part and we will need to return and replaced part if costumer agrees. Inducer draft motor $1524.00 Once we have availability on part we will call client to see how she would like to move forward and schedule date to return. #2 Garage space. I checked and replaced filter with one costumer provided. I checked and cleaned burners and checked flames and found consistent blue flames in a nice cone shape. Arrived today to do work. I recovered rest of the refrigerant that was in unit. I put 450psi of nitrogen to see if I heard or saw any leak. After holding for about 25 minutes the pressures stayed stable. I removed all nitrogen and pulled vacuum on unit. After pulling vacuum on unit is Charged up the unit with the 8lbs required by manufacturer. 2 of those 8lbs were the leak seal and dye. I kept an eye on my pressures to see if they dropped. I added pound by pound. After letting unit run for about an hour I checked my temperature split and got a 20 delta T. I got a final pressure of 153/348. Pressures stayed stable. I recommend coming back within a week or two for a follow up and check pressures to see if they held. The unit was installed a couple months ago and under warranty. No money will be collected. I asked client to sign up for contract and did not want to do it with me. They will call the office to ask about contract.

08/28/2024 thermostat issues. I arrived today to address customers concerns she advised me that the thermostat had gone blank a few days back and her husband cut the power and cut it back on at the breaker panel and it worked again. prior to today's visit the thermostat also had some glitching. the system was already running when I got here. I checked full operation of the unit I went to the air handler check all wirings made sure none was touching I checked all limits and safeties to see if anything triggered the thermostat to go blank. I checked my temperatures and I got a 20 degree delta T I went to the outdoor condenser unit I checked all wirings to make sure none was touching I checked all components and the unit is functioning properly right now. I did notice that at the disconnect box there was no surge protector for this unit as of right now it is exposed to any power surges. 08/28/2024 arrived on site to look at a toilet that was leaking when the water was on, took the tank lid off of the toilet and found that the overflow hose from the fill valve was displaced and aimed at the lid, repositioned the hose and tested. no further leaks or issues, cleaned up work area and left
