AIR FLOW PROBLEMS customer stated that some rooms get more air than others, checked furnace found 1 thermostat with two zone sensors , checked all three zone dampers found opening and closing properly, checked all three temperature settings two were set at 69 other one was set at 71 , system and controls are working fine just have to select and program thermostat to what you want it to do

Heat Pump Making Rattling Noise On Start Up: I arrived at my customer home for outdoor unit making a noise I did a full system check and found fan wire hitting the blade I secured and zip tie all wires system working properly at this time. system age 2016

Call for no heat. Turned heat on and went and observed sequence of operations and found system was making a full cycle but over heating. Filter and evaporator coil is clean. Damper are in correct position and vents are open. Informed customer of findings and recommended adjusting valve because of over heating. Customer agreed to repair. Adjusted valve to safe limits and cycled system at this time system is fully operational. Return call for no heat. Observed sequence of operations and found system is shutting after ignition indicating that the flame sensor is not reading the flame. Removed flame sensor to inspect and found sensor is dirty. Informed customer of findings cleaned sensor thoroughly. Only charged customer dispatch fee for coming back out. Collected $120 by check

HEAT MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT 80% GAS FURNACE. upon arrival I checked filters and found okay for now, the client will be responsible to replace it. upon that I checked the indoor blower wheel housing compartment and found all wiring lines to be okay. I checked blower amps and found within specs but I also noticed that the variable speed motor doesn't contain a surge protector, so as of right now it's exposed to any high voltage power surges. the inducer draft motor and flue pipe, it was found to be okay. I checked and cleaned the burners and heat exchanger and found it okay. I checked flame sensor has wear and tare and it's failing reading low micro amps and ignitor found it to be still reliable and checked all limits and safetys and found all wiring and connections lines to be okay. I had returned air temperature of 76.6 degrees and a supply air temperature of 122.3 degrees. overall the system is running and heating properly with no issues at the moment however they're a

REPLACE PARTS FOR CARRIER HEAT PUMP 2020 replaced 40/5 MFD capacitor also replaced 1.5 poll contactor for the heat pump. that being said it will also be recommended to add a surge protector to the outdoor unit because of right now the unit is exposed to any high voltage power surges, potentially harming parts such as the defrost board, the motor etc. after speaking with client they have agreed on moving forward and adding the surge protector. after replacing parts and installing surge protector I checked full operation of the system and found everything working properly as of now. i gotta return air temp of 68 degrees and we have a supply temperature of 169 degrees. Water Pressure Issue in Restrooms: Arrived at location, Customer advised that the water pressure on the faucet were low in the men and women bathroom. Removed the mixing valve and cleaned the screen on the mixing valve. Put it everything back and tested, pressure had a better flow in both bathrooms. No issues at this moment. Cleaned up our area and left Mixing valve screens look wornout, recommend Replacing if they just sell those parts.

Return call to replace condenser fan motor. Removed old motor and replaced with new motor. Checked and tested the system to ensure proper function. System is fixed and back operational.

System is a 2008 Heat pump system. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower slightly and evaporator coil is very rusty. System does not have a UV light or humidifier. Air filter needs to be changed. Checked condenser unit and found system is amping within specs. Tested starting components (contactor & capacitor) and checked for any loose connections. Cycled defrost successfully. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Recommended putting money aside to replace system because of micro leaks in evaporator coil because of the rust.

Began plumbing inspection and noted the following: Both main water shut-off gate valves do not completely seal Basement shower flexible line leaks and has damage Hall bathroom hot water angle stop valve does not operate Lavy drains slowly Master bathroom hot water angle stop valve does not operate Master shower flexible line leaks. Drain clearing. Toilet was clogged on 7th Floor Men's Room. Cleared the toilet drain with an auger. Upon completion, flushed down to test numerous times. The toilet is now working again.

I returned today to clean down unit with anit microbial growth spray and clean it off. I then added 1x air scrubber and lastly I added 1x ECM surge protector to the ECM motor. arrived on site to look at some faucets that had low pressure in both men's faucets in the 1st gang bathroom, took apart the faucet lines and tested them for pressure, managed to clean one of the mixing valves enough to restore pressure to normal, the other mixing valve had a lot of sediment in it and does not want to restore to normal pressure, advised customer that it is best to have that mixing valve replaced, customer also might want to consider installing a water softener somewhere along their line as they have very hard water, also inspected all other faucets in mens restrooms at customers request, no issues found with any of the other faucets, cleaned up work area and left

customer informed us that they would like an plumbing efficiency and safety report. arrived on site and and contacted the customer. once inside the residence the customer guided me the kitchen where in inspected the faucet,drains and water lines, explained to the customer what I can visually see and also gave home recommendations from from questions the customer asked. I then moved to the area where the incoming water was, the water heater and washer machine. I inspect all 3 things individually and gave the customer a overview of what I observed the condition of the pipe to be and the unites itself. once that area was sone we then moved the the bathrooms which was renovated recently. everything seems to new. ran both the faucet and the shower at the same time. tested the angle stops on the incoming faucet lines and also the angle stop on the toilet. the customer had back to back bathrooms so I went over to the next bathroom and did the same exact thing. gave the customer a review of th

urinal previously looked at is having issues again, batteries did not solve the issue, took a deeper look into the sensor to see if maybe it was getting jammed, opened up the sensor and activated it about 50 times to see if it would get jammed or stuck open, no such thing happened, determined it had to be the diaphragm that was causing all the issues so decided to go and replace it, after replacement tested the urinal about another 50 times to really make sure it was not getting stuck open no further issues, cleaned up work area and left
