Arrived on site and met with customers they showed me to there ceiling where if you ran the shower water would start dropping. Went upstairs and removed the door in the way of the shower valve and saw that the overflow pipe had snapped to the left and broken and Everytime you ran the shower the excess water flying around would go into that remains of that pipe and spill water to the floor below. Told the customer that the best way to do would be to redo the waste and overflow and have it center and they agreed. Came to an agreement it would be best to come back another day early in the morning to do the work. Thank you for choosing vito
With this option, we will cut out section of living room ceiling in hopes of locating periodic leak from shower area above. Any required repairs will be quoted after location. Thank you for choosing Vito! Arrived. On previous visit, customer expressed concern regarding shower area leaking. Arrived onsite and set dropcloth to protect flooring. Cut out section of ceiling and do not see shower drain. Kept cutting sections until I found shower drain. Had customer run shower for exuberant amount of time with no leaks presenting themselves. Went into shower area and where shower wall unit isn’t leaking, wall unit isn’t installed properly. Sides are not sealed as manufacturer requires. Gave customer investment option to seal. While sealing, I believe I found the actual cause. Sprayer, attached next to opening, is leaking due to no washer in handle. This water would be going directly behind wall unit when used. Arrived onsite, turned main water shut-off and service valves off. Disconnected union on backflow preventer. Drained water into bucket. Removed existing check valve. Installed new valve and reconnected to existing union nut. Turned water back on and checked for leaks. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.
Arrived. Customer states there was a leak from shower area above approximately one year ago. Personnel came onsite and confirmed leak was not producing from shower wall unit. Customer steals shower hasn’t been used until recently and leak produced again. Inspected inside area of shower and cannot determine leak visibly from inside shower. Made customer aware I will have to cut open ceiling to view area from below to determine what’s going on. Customer has many hypothesis’s that I cannot confirm or deny at this time. Customer is going out of town and would to schedule for 1st week of September. Customer will authorize estimate and schedule then. Customer has opted to become a Vito VIP Member today. Work Performance Summary – HVAC Inspection Report System Type: Carrier Heat Pump Model Year: 2012 Evaporator Coil: Present, Rust Developing Capacitor: Marginal Performance Condensate Drain: Flushed, No Safety Switch Delta T (Temperature Split): 18°F Air Filter: Recently Replaced by Customer General System Condition: The 2012 Carrier heat pump system is currently operational, but exhibits signs of aging and potential upcoming failures. Though cooling performance is acceptable at this time, several components show early-to-moderate signs of wear, and certain system protections are absent, raising concern for future reliability. Detailed Findings: 1. Evaporator Coil: Condition: The evaporator coil shows visible signs of rusting, which indicates prolonged moisture exposure and age-related degradation. While airflow and heat exchange are currently within acceptable limits, continued corrosion could lead to refrigerant leaks or compromised coil efficiency. Recommendation: Monitor

System is working up on arrival. Customer will call if she have any other issue. I recommend I replacement of the full system I will provide pricing for replacement system working at this time customer sign up for a new VIP plan of $244.00. Customer paid by check check number 1498.
HVAC Maintenance: System is 22 years old. Filter needs to be replaced. Door switch was loose. System on and running.
Arrived. Delta system is dripping in upstairs hallway bathroom tub. In master bedroom bathroom, showerhead is leaking. Tightened showerhead and leak disappeared. Formulated options for customer approval today to repair Delta system with new cartridge. Made customer aware there are no shutoff valves behind tub. Customer would option to install new valves also and she will call next month to schedule. Formulated option for customer. Customer agreed to today's repairs. Shutdown water system to home and went to truck and acquired materials. Returned inside and removed existing Delta 1600 cartridge per manufacturer specifications and installed new cartridge per manufacturer specs. Went to basement and repressured water system to home and bled air from piping. Tested tub area for proper functionality and there are no further drips from system. Arrived onsite, gas meter valve outside was on when I arrived. Called Jeff and quoted price of $1,157 for gas leak search. He accepted the quote via telephone call. He was not onaite. Turned gas valve on above water heater. No leaks present in that area. Turned gas valve on at stove. No leaks present. Customer Jefferson would not tell me what he did in terms of trying to repair the pipe that his technician punctured. He is also refusing to pay.
Disconnect existing soft copper refrigerator water supply line, place new refrigerator in place, and reconnect copper water supply line. Installed new garbage disposal. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

Examined area of concern by customer. Toilet in powder room is leaking when flushed. Formulated options for customer approval and presented. Customer agreed to replacing tank-to-bowl gasket to alleviate issues. Went to truck and acquired materials and returned inside. Upon removing tank from bowl, noticed bolts were loose and toilet appears brand new. Inquired about toilet age with customer, who assumes toilet is newly installed also. Made customer aware of my new findings and assured cost to be less. Toilet was not properly installed. Fully secured tank to bowl and tested for proper functionality. I arrived at my customer home for water leak from gas furnace I did a full system check and find main water line leaking customer will have plumbing look at it recommend a one system duct cleaning customer will like to have duct work clean install team will clean duct work on Thursday system working properly at this time. Diagnostic fee waived for duct cleaning customer will call in for vito vip plan after taking with his family.
I arrived at the customer's home to perform maintenance on a single AC system. I inspected and tested all electrical components and amperage readings for both the indoor and outdoor units of the Lennox system. At the time of the visit, the system is operating properly with no issues found. Customer paid $244 for Membership
arrived on site to install new 1" main service valve and prv started by shutting water off to the street first then drained house since there's no basement fixtures opened up upstairs kitchen sink and set down drop cloth used a drill bit to drill a hole in pipe and drained water from pipe. once drained cut opened wood panels to gain access to pipe then cut out old valve and pipe notice I have to bring pipe over a bit to the right to fit press but pipe that's on the Street side is to close to the wall for press jaws to fit works it tried sweating 90 in but water was flowing not allowing me to sweat 90 in cleaned up pipe and used a transition 90 and started to dry fit new valve and prv in. once everything lined up marked and pressed fittings in then turned on water from the street again and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found tested final water pressure and water pressure is now at 60psi cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing V
arrived on site for a customer who has a leaking pipe customer showed me area of concern and saw a piece of ceiling tile that was soaked customer explained that this made it the 3rd time this pipe has a pin hole leak told customer I'll see if I can find the leak and see what's causing it and explained that normally high water pressure and water quality are what causes pin hole leaks. removed celling tile and saw where pipe was dripping from and found pin hole leak tested water quality and we have a chlorine level of 3.0 which is high and when testing water pressure water pressure is at 80psi which is high code wise 70psi and above is what's called excessive water pressure. after findings gave customer investment options and explained how these things can cause pin hole leaks and as of today customer went with a new prv and repipe shut water off when shutting water off notice vlave was really high and would require me to cut open some of the wood before working on prv started on repipe.
NO HEAT CALL: Checked thermostat found calling for heat but no fan operation, checked air handler found blown 5 amp fuse, checked for low voltage short did not find any, checked emergency heat 64 return 93 supply, checked heat pump and 67 return 105 supply GOODMAN AIR HANDLER MODEL NUMBER ARUF29B14AC SERIAL NUMBER 2201104579
arrived onsite with new lavatory faucet. removed existing supply lines and cleaned countertop area where faucet hole is. installed new single handle faucet and supported underneath with nut. installed 2 supply lines and attached to valves. turned valves on and ran faucet to check for leaks and proper operation. reattached sink shield. cleaned up and removed all job related debris. customer needs to talk to higher ups so office will need to call and collect payment
arrived onsite with new Delta touchless lavatory faucet sensor replacement. took apart faucet completely and attempted to install new sensor to no avail. sensor broke in the process. advised customer that he will need a new faucet. he informed me that a manual faucet is okay. faucet will need to be single hole as there is only one hole for faucet placement. will return tomorrow with new faucet and install.
arrived onsite, performed plumbing inspection - found no failures everything in proper working condition. customer has issue with touchless lavatory faucet. issue with sensor - faucet only operates sometimes when putting hand to sensor. identified faucet as Delta electronic bathroom faucet DEMD-301LF. removed lavatory sink shield underneath sink to reveal water supply lines and valves. located battery box for faucet and removed cover. existing batteries were in poor condition so I replaced them with 6 AA customer supplied batteries. however, this did not fix the problem. the red LED light on the faucet body stopped shining indicating that the sensor needs to be replaced. Delta is sending a new sensor under warranty to Vito office. will return to install sensor when it arrives. screwed sink shield back on and left valves off for now. cleaned up work area upon completion.
