arrived onsite with new Delta touchless lavatory faucet sensor replacement. took apart faucet completely and attempted to install new sensor to no avail. sensor broke in the process. advised customer that he will need a new faucet. he informed me that a manual faucet is okay. faucet will need to be single hole as there is only one hole for faucet placement. will return tomorrow with new faucet and install.
arrived onsite, performed plumbing inspection - found no failures everything in proper working condition. customer has issue with touchless lavatory faucet. issue with sensor - faucet only operates sometimes when putting hand to sensor. identified faucet as Delta electronic bathroom faucet DEMD-301LF. removed lavatory sink shield underneath sink to reveal water supply lines and valves. located battery box for faucet and removed cover. existing batteries were in poor condition so I replaced them with 6 AA customer supplied batteries. however, this did not fix the problem. the red LED light on the faucet body stopped shining indicating that the sensor needs to be replaced. Delta is sending a new sensor under warranty to Vito office. will return to install sensor when it arrives. screwed sink shield back on and left valves off for now. cleaned up work area upon completion.
08/30/2024 NOT BLOWING ENOUGH AIR. ATTIC LVL I went to thermostat and called for cooling. The indoor air handler came on and the tenants told me they had replaced the filters recently. i went to air handler to get temperature reading and got nothing. I touched lines set and felt no refrigerant being pumped. I went to outdoor unit and I immediately noticed the compressor wasn't running but the fan was spinning. I checked 40/5 MFD capacitor found bad. I replaced capacitor and added hard start kit and unit came on and ran. The first problem was solved. After letting the unit run and letting the compressor pump refrigerant I was only getting a 15 delta T. I put my gauges on and found low on pressures. I suggest owner if they keep having issues to do a nitrogen leak search or just add a leak seal and dye. For now the unit was left running and providing some AC Capacitor $340 Hard start kit $420
08/23/2024 took out duct for plumber to fix leak; connect back the duct to supply 08/23/2024 arrived on site for a customer who has a leaking pipe behind the duct work . house is piped in poly pipe that already had a few repairs on. found leak to be coming from above but is surround by beams and duct work . HVac guys worked to removed a section of the duct out the way to get a better view of where exactly the leak is coming from . once the duct was removed I noticed that the leak is in between the toilet and the sink. assumed that the leak was coming from a bad wax ring causing the water to seek around the toilet flange and leak on the ceiling downtowns. removed the toilet and clean off debris and old wax ring from the flange. clean off the bottom of the toilet so that the new wax ring and toilet can have a good seal. set the toilet back along with new nuts and bolts due to the old ones being corroded. filled the toilet and had the hvac helper flush the toilet a couple of times to

08/09/2024 AC UNIT MAKING LOUD NOISE. I called for cooling and immediately heard the loud noise coming from air handler. I automatically cut it off and cut back on and jumped out the fan. Once fan was jumped it made a loud screeching noise. The blower module has gone bad. I also found the 16/25/1 filter extremely clogged. The source of the problem was the filter. It got clogged enough to stress the blower module and compromise it. The UV light had also burnt out and will need a new one. We will need to check for availability on blower module. Price to replace blower module, capacitor and wheel is $2200.00 Price for air scrubber is $1132.00 I did advise the client that if she were to sign up for a maintenance agreement that she will be able to get 15% off any purchases. Once we get availability we will contact client and see if she approves the work. PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENT. Thank you for VITO SERVICES.

06/21/2024 Today, I arrived on site to address the customer's concern about their AC not working properly. After speaking with the owner, I gathered the following information: System Performance: System seems to be working fine in the morning and evening, but turns off during the hottest part of the day. No Pepco box is installed. Initial Checks: Checked the condensate drain and found it to be free and clear. Owner informed me that the outdoor fan is running, but there is no cooling. Another company had previously replaced the contactor. Capacitor is in good condition. Temperature split is 20. Pressures are good and subcool is 11~. Possible Issue: It is possible that the system is overheating and the compressor is shutting off. The compressor is wrapped with insulation as per the manufacturer's instructions. Recommendation: Informed the owner to check the suction line to see if the compressor is still running if this issue happens again. This will provide a better descr
