The gentleman, I normally have who services my air conditioner has been pushed to a new position. The helper he had who was supposed to take over his account never introduced himself to me sad. It’s a shame he was more concerned about playing on his phone.

09/06/2024 I arrived at my customer home for a one system Ac maintenance outdoor temperature is 65 degrees at this point customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees below the room temperature in AC mode customer provided all air filters I flush the indoor drain pipe check all amps and components indoor and outdoor indoor coil and blower needs to be clean ,outside contactor burn Pitt, outdoor coil clean, 410a, compressor drawing 6.1 amps, outdoor fan motor drawing 0.4 amps ac system working at this time
Error Message on Hot Water Heater 06/27/2024 upon arrival of home I called technical support for error code e4 on tankless. tech support advised to removed clip and remove gunk that had built up before heat exchanger. removed gunk and was able to fire up system. system is out of warranty. recommend having unit replaced. customer is interested and will give us a call if they have any more issues on tank. if replaced customer has lp system so we will need a conversion system or unit made specifically for lp.
