Call to do maintenance on 2016 80% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Checked for loose wires and any dirt, found blower slightly dirty and is going need to be cleaned. Performed combustion analyzer test found CO2 readings are good. Checked heat exchanger found no issues. final cycled system at this time system is operational.

Call for no heat. upon arrival customer concerns outside fan is not running but compressor is. cycled system completely and found no issues at this time. Changed capacitor and contactor and found no issues. Amped compressor and fan and found fan is amping close to max but motor is not getting hot. Cycled system serval time to insure operations. at this time found no issues at this time.

I arrived at my customer home for a system not working I did a system check and found the system not running I reset all power turn the system on and a very bad smell coming from the gas furnace flames are Orange and radic I turn the system off and recommend a replacement of the 2005 gas furnace and AC system I provide pricing for replacement today customer respond back when she get in touch with her husband for replacement system turned off at this time

arrived on site for a customer supplied toilet customer showed me where new toilet was at and started working water was already off to the old toilet used shop vac to get remaining water in the bowl removed supply line cut out caulking removed tank then undid Johnny's bolts and removed old toilet cleaned up old wax ring and removed old bolts. then brought old toilet outside and took new toilet out of box set new bolts down and wax ring and started to put together new toilet wax together set toilet down connected new supply line and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found placed toilet seat caulked toilet back cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

NO AC UNIT KEEPS ON FREEZING. went to thermostat called for cooling indoor blower motor came on after unit kicked on as well. I took my temperature split and got no reading. I went to the outdoor unit I checked my pressures put my gauges on on the low side I had a 70 PSI on the high side I had a 220 PSI. the unit holds about 8 lb and it looks like it's roughly low on about 4- 5 lb the unit is 13 years and it's past this life expectancy these heat pumps usually last about 10 to 12 years. while inspecting unit we found components that are no longer reliable due to normal operation has caused wear and tear. a big concern that we showed to the client and her mother was the fungal growth cultivating within the unit The indoor blower motor was full of dirt and debris also the coil as well. 08/29/2024 arrived onsite, set up drop cloth and K-50 snake in front of kitchen sink. at first, could not get snaking cables more than 5 feet using various different methods. decided to try and locate drain line in basement so cut 2 holes in drywall but did not see any pipes. area too big to be able to effectively locate the kitchen sink drain line. on my 2nd attempt snaking, I set the K-50 itself underneath the kitchen sink closer to the cleanout that I was snaking from. snaked the line a total of approximately 45 feet and pulled back cables. attached dishwasher supply line to kitchen faucet cold angle valve and turned valve on with supply line inside pipe. ran water down drain for approximately 5 minutes without any back ups. reconnected faucet supply line to valve. put kitchen sink drain back together and screwed cleanout plug back onto adapter. plugged sink with stopper and filled sink about halfway with water. released stopper and checked for leaks and proper drainage. also checke

Leaking Water Fountain 08/16/2024 arrived at the job side. looked at the water fountain and it was no water on the floor or any leaks ... I started running water and noticed both of the get stuck and if u don't play attention it would run water for bout 3 to 5 min. I took everything out and started to closing the valve a lil be then noticed on of the foundation started sprain water to the wall and if u look at the wall is bobbles on the pain so it been happening for a whille... also the base is leaking as u can see in the picture. I can't fix a manufacturer issue my recommendation is to replace both of them . once I was done I collected all my tools clean up my work area. thank you for choosing Vito

08/14/2024 arrived on site for a customer who has a toilet that runs from time to time customer showed me area of concern and customer has a pressure assisted toilet customer said when they bought the house previous owner had these toilet installed. gave customer investment options from repairing up to replacing toilet with a normal toilet or a new pressure assisted toilet or a customer supplied toilet let customer know that sometimes when it comes to replacing the parts for the flush mate sometimes the parts due brake trying to remove it customer said he will talk it over with his girlfriend and call us back let customer knows if he does call back we can credit the 48 towards what ever option they chose to pick thank you for choosing Vito.

08/07/2024 customer wanted to look in the ceiling and locate any shutoff valves, and to install any new valves if there were none, checked the restrooms on all 3 floors and found at least 3 valves in each floors ceiling, informed customer, no need to install any new valves
