No Air Conditioning: Upon arrival customer concerns system is not cooling. Went to thermostat and found error codes for low pressure. Checked evaporator coil found rusted completely thru. Checked condenser unit outside and found system is not running because of system being flat. Informed customer of findings and recommended replacing system. Customer agreed to have consultant out tomorrow. System is a 15 year old 90% Furnace/AC. Need to schedule comfort adviser for tomorrow.
I arrived at my customer home for the basement system not working I did a full system check and found outdoor unit cut out on low pressure outdoor fan motor making a noise capacitor getting low outdoor coil needs to be cleaned I provided recommendation customer like to add refrigerant at this time I added 3 lb of refrigerant to the system check all apps and component indoor and outdoor basement system working at this time. Customer also signed up for a two system VITO VIP HVAC plan
Leaky Valve Corroded by Washing Machine: got the wall from the washing machine room and replace complete the whole set hot and cold box for the washing machine also replace it with new box and when you buy ProPress fittings and two supply lines for the washing machine also turn on the water snow leaky fan there tell everything 100% done thank you
RETURN TO INSTALL PARTS 3 SURGE PROTECTORS. I arrived on site, knocked the door and rang the door bell several times but it seemed as of nobody was home today. The office called and left voicemail. We will need to reschedule this call for another day when the tenant is home.
NO HEAT CALL CARRIER HEAT PUMP FROM 2022 TENANT/OWNER SITUATION Upon arrival the tenant advised me that the power had went out recently and that ever since the unit stopped working. There was power at the thermostat. I called for fan to run and it did. I then called for heat. I went to the air handler upstairs in the attic and replaced the filter. I waited 10 minutes for the unit to kick on and I had nothing. I started checking voltage at both breakers and on one breaker I had 240v. On the other breaker I was drawing 64v. I checked the 60amps fuses and found three fuses bad. Replaced all three and checked for voltage at both breakers and both breakers were drawing 240V now. I reset the unit and called for heat. I waited another 10 minutes for the unit to kick on. There was 24v present at the Tstat but Tstat not communicating. I grabbed a T6 2h/1c thermostat off of the truck and mounted it in replacement of current one. Rewired Tstat and called for heat. Waited 5 minutes and the hea

CONDENSATE PUMP NOT WORKING I checked and tested the Condensate pump and found it has gone bad due to the spiral tube being clogged. The pump tried and tried to pump and got compromised. I replaced the Condensate pump and rerouted and replaced old spiral tubing. I tested the pump with about 2 gallons of water and all tested okay. Price for new Condensate pump and spiral tubing is $755.00 Tha client has paid in a check form. If there's any issues or concerns please feel free to give us a call. arrived at location for sewer smell coming out in the main lobby on the 12th floor, when arrived I saw coffee machine there and a bar sink as I open the bottom there was a string smell of sewer gas coming from the inderceted waste, saw it had a primer but clean and put it back but seems like there was no more primer so replaced primer and no issues official at the moment. HVAC Maintenance: Replaced filter checked operation and checked all amps and temperature rise and found okay. The client said that they paid in full already.
Error Code Malfunction, Not Heat Upstaird Only In Basement: I arrived at my customer home for gas furnace not working properly I did a full system check and find loose wire at zone board and air restriction customer have a few vents closed in the home thermostat giving an error to replace filters I tightened all screws and wire nuts check the full system gas furnace working at this time.
Leak In Kitchen Under Sink: arrived at the job site and spoke with the home owner and he pointed me the issues he was mostly concerned with was the temperature of the water on the shower and the kids bathroom... also he wanted me to check a leak he have underneath the kitchen sink which it have to be a valve replacement once I found out what was the issue.he also wanted to know prices for installing a mixing valve on the water heater to control better the water. he got the package VIP for plumbing and HVAC. arrived on site and went to the 7th floor to see if the customer repaired the flush valve. flush valve was not repaired so that I can test for leaks on the new flange. customer advised me yesterday that they will replace the gaskets on the valve to stop the valve from leaking when turning on water and flushing the toilet. contacted the customer for eta on the repair, and he advised me theirs other things to take care of. i started to dissamble the flush valve to take the gaskets out then i gave the customer the option for us to repair the flush valve, but it would be another job to repair the valve. customer said that they will take care of it as soon as possible.inform the engineer to give us a call when the meter is repaired to test for leaks or if the flang is leaking (customer tested)
customer informed use that their toilet flang on the 7th floor in the men's restroom is leaking. upon arrival, I contacted the engineer to show me where the toilet is located. once I located the toilet, I then set up my equipment and started to cut into the old existing pipe, taking the old flang out. once the flange was out, I then started to take Measuremens to ensure the proper fitment for the new flange. started to reassemble the flang and drain. went back out to the supple house to get nuts and washers to set the toilet and also nuts and washers for the all thread used to tighten the riser clamp attached to the pipe below. reset toilet with new wax ring and also put together flush meter. turned water back on and flush meter was leaking. contacted the engineer and advise him that the gaskets are corroded which is causing flush valve to leak. aslo advised the engineer that i wont be able to test for leaks. engineer said he will fix the problen tomorrow. FALL MAINTENANCE ON TWO UNITS BOTH 80% CARRIER GAS FURNACES BOTH UNITS IN BASEMENT ONE SUPPLYS MAIN FLOOR THE OTHER SUPPLYS TOP FLOOR. #1 MAIN LVL. I checked 18204 filter and replaced with one Costumer provided. I checked the ecm indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none I did notice that the blower motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges by not containing a surge protector on it. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer motor and found within specs. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off today but still has a lot of wear on it. I checked the igniter amps and also ohms and found it has a little white spots indicating it is getting brittle. i suggest next visit in the fall replace both parts. I checked all limits and safety and all wirings and connections found okay. I checked the te

Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower clean along with evaporator and steam humidifier in good condition. System does not have a UV light. Air filter needs to be changed. Checked condenser unit and found system is amping within specs. Tested starting components (contactor & capacitor) and checked for any loose connections. Cycled defrost successfully. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Checked basement zone system next. System is a 2021 multi stage heat pump. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Performed maintenance on 2 systems. Checked attic system first system is a 2016 Heat pump. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Changed air filter. Checked condenser unit and found no issues at this time. Checked basement system next. System is a 2022 90% Furnace/AC. HEAT MAINTENANCE 80% GAS FURNACE I checked the filter and found dirty, the one the costumer had for me to replace was a bit to big for it to fit. He will have to order and purchase correct filters checked the #35 humidifier water panal I suggest costumer also purchases more of these as well. All wiring and connections ok limits and safetys found okay. I got a return air temperature of 70 and a supply air temperature of 132. I checked blower motor ok. cleaned and checked heat exchanger and burners. The unit is running and heating as of now. Recommendation: Continue with annual maintenance $244.00
Call to do maintenance on 2020 heat pump system. During maintenance checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components on inside at this time. Checked for loose wires and any dirt. System is clean and wires secure. Checked outside components and operations and found system is working fine. Found defrost board has burn marks around transistors. Indicating board is starting to fail. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. FALL CHECK UP ON ONE TRANE HEAT PUMP 2009 I checked filter and washed off with hose. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found a fungle outbreak cultivaing within the unit. i checked the UV bulb no longer working I checked the evaporator coil and found okay. I checked the evaporator coil and found in need of cleaning. I checked my temperature rises for heat and aux heat and found okay , not great but still giving some heat. The system is at the end of its life expectancy. I checked all wirings all connections and found okay. checked electrical heater element found ok at this time. I checked blower amps ready 2.3amps. EZ trap safety switch not hooked up. I checked outdoor unit. I checked outdoor temperature and discharge temperature okay. This unit holds a Turbo capacitor on it. I checked the single pole Contactor found okay. The disconnect box hold a surge protector and working as of now. The unit is running and heating. I will advise c
