Arrived at my customer home for the basement system leaking water outdoor temperature 86° at this time I did full system check and found indoor drain clogged lead to water down the furnace chamber and onto the floor I unclogged indoor drain pipe flush system with a gallon of water into pump. I inspect gas furnace due to water in the furnace chamber could lead to crack of the heat exchanger. I recommend a replacement of the heat exchanger and blower fan motor I check on the warranty of 90+ percent gas furnace. System was never registered system out of the five-year warranty. Customer have to make full payment for partsAC system working at this time.

Arrived on site and met customer at the door she led me to her basement where she had a non operational gas water heater. Took off cover plate and checked first see if there was a igniter spark and there was. Took apart the union and turned the gas valve on and no gas came out. Went upstairs to the customers gas stove and she turned it on and it did not ignite. Went outside and saw that the gas valve for meter was turned off. Condenser coil has dirt build up on coils and has accumulated so much that it's in need of a level chemical clean as soon as possible and client is well aware of this. 45/7.5 +-6% Capacitor has a low reading of 29.7. Arrived at my customer home for the upstairs system not working I did a full system check and found indoor blower working and compressor outside short to ground age of the system 20 years old or 22 system. I recommend a replacement of the full system due to age and performance. I provided pricing for replacement of the full system upstairs new gas, furnace, coil drain pan condenser disconnect pad, whip pipes, etc., for insulation customer will review proposal and sign when ready.

For this job I did an ac maintenance on a 2017 infinity carrier ac. Indoor unit 2017 80% furnace. I got a split temp of 19. Evaporator coils had no signs of leakage or corrosion. Drain line is draining properly, I did a drain test and added condensate tablet. Condensate pump is functioning well at the moment. 16x25x1 been replaced by client. Blower wheel has no signs of dirt and is currently in good shape. Control board is functioning well and communicating with system. All terminals has 24v and all wires are intact with no obstruction found. I noticed ECM MOTOR DOES NOT HAVE A SURGE PROTECTOR I made it my recommendation to client to add a surge protector at some point to protect module from any strong electrical power surges and he’s well aware. Blower wheel amp reading 1.8. Outdoor unit 2017 carrier infinity coils need to be clean soon due to dirty and outside debri being accumulating on coils. I made it my recommendation to client to get outside condenser coil chemically clean.

Arrived on site and met customer at the door he led me down to his basement where the water heater was not on. Tried relighting the heater and it did not work. Gave customer quote to get on the phone with tech support and trouleshoot the water heater he was under the impression that he was to pay $48 and get a quote on how to fix the heater. Informed customer that the 48 was just for me to come out and the quote for tech support was for me to actually call them and figure out what's wrong. Customer did not go with that. Run sewer machine through the kitchen; Clear blockage; Run water to test; Cap off sewer line that's not in use: Arrived on site and met customer at the door she led me to the kitchen which was backed up and was coming out of the open pipe on the other side where a old kitchen was. Tried to cap the other side but did not have a cap to fit the trap adapter that was over the pipe. Advised customer that if she wanted a permanent fix she would have to cut into the cabinet cut that pipe back and put a proper cap. She decided to just go with the snaking for the time being. Snaked 22 feet and cleared drain and ran the sink for 20 minutes making sure no water came back. Arrived onsite, found 1st floor shower drain clogged after running water from shower faucet. Removed shower grate and snaked approximately 25 feet with pistol snake and pulled back hair. Ran shower faucet to check for proper drainage. Placed grate back and cleaned work area.
