I added 1x Aerus air scrubber to the air handler upstairs in the attic. I wired up the air scrubber 24v and tested it out and worked properly. After installing air scrubber I went to the outdoor unit put my gauges on heat pump. Low side 45psi High side 295psi. The liquid line was getting frozen. This unit holds 7lbs of R-410A. I added the first pound of refrigerant and pressures increased. I let it run for 15 minutes so pressures can adjust. I added an additional pound of 410a and pressures held and I checked liquid line temperature and suction line temperature and found okay. Outdoor temperature and discharge temperature okay. liquid line was no longer freezing up. I took temperature rise and found within! manufacturer recommended. I set the thermostat to 70 Indoor temperature was 66 Before I left the thermostat did get satisfied at 70 All seems okay for now. I recommend coming back out here in 14 days for follow up on pressures. Moving forward if there's any issues or concerns please

4" CI Pipe Replacement: Arrived on site and met contact at the loading dock he took us upstairs to the security office to get checked in and took us to the mail room where the work was to be performed. when we got to the room we took out the ceiling tiles and disconnected the pipe from the bands. when we took off the bands and tried bringing the pipe down there was a check valve attached to the pipe that was supporting to so we had to carefully remove it as to not have the whole pipe fall. after we took the pipe out of the ceiling we measured it and cut a new piece. after the new piece was cut we carefully raised it into the ceiling through a lot of wires and pipes and reconnected it to the existing line. We tightened up all th connection to make sure there were no leaks and cleaned up our work area and showed the manager on site what we had done and the pipe that was cracked. out back all the ceiling tiles and put our tools away. Today, I arrived on site to address a no heat issue with the furnace located in the basement. Furnace is 40 years old. The primary issue preventing heating was a dirty filter. Recommended cleaning of the burner compartment to ensure optimal performance. Blower wheel and housing require cleaning due to significant buildup on fan blades. Area around the gas valve was found to be cluttered with debris. Gas valve is currently hot and may be at risk of failure soon. The system is heating properly at this time. Suggested replacement of the filter with size 16x25x1. All 1-inch filters should be replaced every 30-45 days for best results. owner will call and pay via portal. $120 diagnostic fee $150 non specific.

Danny White and Vito stepped up big time for us! We were literally less than 2 hours from closing on the sale of our house and discovered that the air conditioning had stopped working. We called Vito and explained the situation, and they said they could get a technician to our house that afternoon. Not only was Vito able to make that happen, but Danny diagnosed the problem, obtained the necessary parts, and had everything up and running by the end of the day. We were happy, our buyers were happy, and our real estate agent was impressed. Great job; great result. Thanks Danny and thanks Vito!
