Arrived on site to install a new pull-down hose for a kitchen faucet. The faucet had already been shut off from the previous visit. Began by removing the faucet head. Then, from underneath, I disconnected the push-connect fitting holding the sprayer hose in place. Unthreaded the old sprayer head and pulled the old hose out. Installed the new hose by feeding it through and pulling it out from below, then reconnected it to the push-connect fitting and secured everything back in place. Turned the water back on and tested for leaks. As of ticket completion, no leaks were found. Cleaned up the work area and removed all work-related materials. Thank you for choosing Vito. Note: 40-day warranty.
Snaked trench drain behind house
Arrived onsite, customer needed existing washing machine valve replaced so new washing machine unit can be installed. Turned water off to house (noticed main water shut-off valve is gate style valve - advised customer that it should be replaced with a ball/lever style valve). Opened faucets to drain water from pipes. Cut out existing copper pipe and WM valve. Ran new copper pipe to connect to existing and used 2 boiler drain valves to connect to WM supply hoses. Pressed all connections. Turned water back on to house and checked for leaks. Main water shut-off valve was slightly leaking so I tightened the packing nut to make it stop. Quoted customer for new main water shut-off valve and he will call to schedule when ready. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.
Provided proposal for water service repair
Arrived on site and met customer at the door she led me downstairs where she had a leak coming from the main water service sleeve. Got my key and took off the cap and turned the water off. Informed the customer we will have Chris out comfort advisor come out and quote her a price to fix the issue. Thank you for choosing Vito
Arrived onsite, basement lavatory faucet has water hammer when opening cold side. Underneath sink, existing angle stop valve multi-turn handle was butted up against cabinet which contributed to the noise as well as the valve's age. Turned water off to house and drained down pipes. Replaced cold angle stop valve and reconnected supply line. Turned water back on to home and hot side supply line started leaking. Replaced hot angle stop valve supply line and turned valve on. Checked for leaks and opened faucet to ensure water hammer was gone. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.
Homeowner wants 2 dehumidifiers installed at home. Recommended not putting one in the attic
Turn over quote from Andrew. Customer would like to add 2 to 1 Mini Split system. Proposal sent . We will continue to follow up with customer on new A/C
Customer reported that the thermostat was not turning on. Upon inspection of the 2010 heat pump system, the technician found the condensate pump running but not discharging any water. It was determined that the pump was faulty and needed replacement. A VIP membership, which includes additional savings and benefits, was offered but declined by the customer. The customer proceeded with the pump replacement without the membership. The technician replaced the condensate pump and cycled the system. At this time, the system is fully operational. HVAC PARTS REPLACEMENT: - Replaced the capacitor due to its low reading. - Conducted a chemical cleaning of the condenser coil.
NO AC OUTDOOR FAN NOT SPINNING. Upon arrival I found a bad capacitor. I replaced capacitor and the unit kicked on and ran. However while taking temperatures the unit did not seem to be letting out much cool air. I noticed outdoor condenser coil dirty and in need of a deep chemical coil clean. A dirty coil will restrict air flow and can lead to not much cool air being pushed out. After further inspection I also noticed burnt up contactor. I advised the client of today’s findings and recommendations and he has decided to move forward with the recommendation that was recommended by me. Option #1 will include replacing capacitor , contactor and cleaning the coil. Additionally the annual maintenance contract was also added to quote. The job was completed. I called for ac and temperatures were not spot on and cooling with a 20 degrees delta T. Amps are within specs and filter had been changed upon todays arrival by client. Moving forward if there’s any issues or concerns please feel free
Arrived at my customer home for one system AC maintenance outdoor temperature 73° at the time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80° in the home customer adjust thermostat 5° below the room temperature in AC mode. I flushed indoor drain pipe pump check all components in law and outdoor. I recommend surge protector for blower and AC unit. I also recommend cleaning of outdoor coils to improve efficiency of equipment. AC system is working at this time.
Mizell was great!!!!
Arrived on site and met customer at the door she showed me to two faucets she would like replaced and a wet spot in her ceiling downstairs. Started downstairs and cut out the drywall and found that there was a leaking 3/4 water line. Turned off water to the whole house and replaced that with new copper and fittings. Went upstairs to the kitchen and replaced her island faucet with a faucet she bought. After I was done with that faucet I went upstairs and did the boys bathroom faucet which was in a very tight spot and required me to cut out the old faucet to put in the new one. After the new faucet was in I tested for flow and to make sure the new drain was holding and it was. Cleaned up work area and showed customer what I had done. Thank you for choosing vito
HVAC Parts Replacement: replaced indoor ECM blower motor, checked operation motor is working and turning fine
Examined area of concern by customer. Home is taking on enormous amounts of water during current storms. Observed exterior of home and then entered home with customer. Viewed pit for sump pump and ground water is constantly filling pit. Apparently, some of the downspouts are feeding pit also. Neither is contributing currently due to it not raining right now. During storms, 1/3HP pump will not accommodate amount of water entering home. Will be involving Comfort Advsior for much of today’s concerns. Spoke to customer more extensively about exterior of home. Facing house, right side floods and pools water. There is a 12x12 drain in area that should accommodate this area from flooding. Home sits on the corner downhill from 2 sides. Property takes on a lot water. Advised customer on increasing size of pump in pit and adding a Battery Backup pump. Battery Backup will only last for 7 hours, in case of power outages. Spoke to pump specialist at supply house and received proper advice on accomo
Clear conndensate drain Run water down it to make sure it's clear Arrived on site and met customer at the door he led me downstairs to his basement where his condensate drain was backed up and it was coming out of his open site trap. Took off fernco at the top and ran my tub snake down it to break up whatever was blocking it from draining. After 2 feet of cable the water started draining and a gooey like substance was coming out of the pipe. Got a funnel and filled it with water multiple times and poured it down the pipe to make sure it was flowing correctly and it was. cleaned up work area of debris. Thank you for choosing Vito

Examined area of concern by customer. CustOmer would like 6yr old 75g Rudd Atmospheric Vent water heater serviced today. Gave customer investment option for today’s service and customer authorized. Gathered materials from truck and returned inside. Floor drain next to water heater is accessible. Began flushing slow into drain to test drain. Drain is good. Opened flush fully. Documented full hot water system. Cleaned air vents on side of water heater. Area is very clean. Expansion tank still has an echo, indicating installation was proper and bladder has not ruptured inside tank. Water heater nipples are 1in. Main service line entering home is 1in. Ball valve service valve with a gate style valve above water meter and large hammer arrestor. Upon completion of flushing slow into, tested water pressure from water heater drain. Home pressure is only approximately 62-65psig. Tested gas line with bubbles and there are no gas leaks in area of water heater. Performed Complimentary Water Qualit
Backflow Prevention Testing: Tested one backflow preventer and it passed.
CONDENSATE PUMP MIGHT BE BAD: checked condensate pump found nothing wrong with it, complaint was condensation on the basement duct, checked filter, fan speed freon level all ok thermostat is set on 71° and starting to condense, this should go away either raising the thermostat temperature or getting a dehumidifier, outdoor humidity should drop after storm goes through
Fabulous work and very cordial. Great customer service
Clear conndensate drain Run water down it to make sure it's clear
Arrived on site and met customer at the door. She led me upstairs where there was no hot water at all coming out of her faucet. Turned water to the house off and removed cartridge and it was defective. Since I had the water off I replaced both hot and cold cartridges with a 1224 Moen cartridge instead of the home Depot brand cartridge that where originally in there. Turned water back on and tested for flow and everything seems to be good. Thank you for choosing Vito (Warranty call)
Capacitor has low reading, condenser coil Chemical 1 cleaning
Arrived at my customer home for the basement system leaking water outdoor temperature 86° at this time I did full system check and found indoor drain clogged lead to water down the furnace chamber and onto the floor I unclogged indoor drain pipe flush system with a gallon of water into pump. I inspect gas furnace due to water in the furnace chamber could lead to crack of the heat exchanger. I recommend a replacement of the heat exchanger and blower fan motor I check on the warranty of 90+ percent gas furnace. System was never registered system out of the five-year warranty. Customer have to make full payment for partsAC system working at this time.
Arrived on site and met customer at the door she led me to her basement where she had a non operational gas water heater. Took off cover plate and checked first see if there was a igniter spark and there was. Took apart the union and turned the gas valve on and no gas came out. Went upstairs to the customers gas stove and she turned it on and it did not ignite. Went outside and saw that the gas valve for meter was turned off. Informed the customer that she would have to call her gas company and go from there. Thank you for choosing Vito
