Arrived at my customer home for gas firm is not working age of the equipment 2025. I did a full system inspection and found waterline from humidifier. Came loose dropping water on water safety preventing heat from running. I reconnect water hose to dehumidifier with proper straps remove and replace water safety system working properly at this time. Customer pay by check check number 7068.

The mini-split unit was inspected and the heating function was tested. It is confirmed to be producing heat as designed. The system was left operating in heating mode.

I arrived at my customer home for air handler in the attic not working age of the equipment 2021 outdoor temperature 46° at this time. I did a full system inspection and found one bad 10 KW electric element. I recommend a replacement of 10 KW due to misunderstanding Customer was quoted for replacement of the electric element not on the warranty. I called the manufacturer to confirm warranty manufacturer system is on the warranty until 2027 please bill customer for labor of a 10 KW electric element. I check all amps and component indoor and outdoor heat pump system working properly at this time. I arrived at my customer home for a one system not working customer request tech brings out an igniter when I arrived. Customer was working on his gas. Furnace chamber was open. Wires were loose burner chamber rust out. I inspect the heat exchanger and found a hole in it. Gas furnace is beyond repair at this time. I recommend a replacement of the full system Mauricio will provide pricing for replacement today. System turned off at this time age of the gas furnace 1986.

I checked all wiring and connection and all limits and safety’s found okay. I checked the electrical heater element and found pulling 20amps. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor and found it to be a exposed to any high voltage power surges. I checked coil and found it clean. Tested drain line with water and added condensate tablets to ensure proper drainage. Outdoor coil is clean. Parts are in good shape and amps are within specs. Arrived on site and that customer at the door she led me to the kitchen area where she was having a drain problem. She informed me somebody else had snaked it and when they put the camera down there was a lot of grease and egg shells. Customer also wanted me to look at her sumo pump to make sure it would work in case of heavy rain. Started filling the jet and flushed the water heater into the sump pump pit and heard it kick on and drain twice. Got my sewer snake and snaked the kitchen line out 22+ feet. After I was done snaking I jetted the line 17ft back and forth. Had issues getting past the that footage since there was a lot of turns in the kitchen Line. Let jet sit in line for 20 minutes and no water came back. Took jet out and put drain back together. As I was putting the drain back together the nut cracked and I had to redo the trap on the line. Filled up water in sink 5 times and it all went down without trouble. Checked for leaks and found none and cleaned up work area. Thank

Arrived onsite met customer she led me upstairs to her master bathroom where she said she smells a smell every morning before she showers. The smell was not present when I went upstairs and i ran every fixture in the bathroom to make sure that every trap had water in it. Examined area of concern by customers. Customer has high water bill. Reviewed paperwork sent by WSSC and it doesn’t make sense. Letter states her consumption increase by over 1100%. Billion only shows a 40 dollar increase from previous bills. Gave customer investment option to perform Leak Search throughout home. Located 4 compromised toilets in home. Master bedroom toilet only toilet that doesn’t appear to be leaking. Also, flapper is in the worst condition in master bedroom bathroom toilet. No fixtures in home are dripping. Shutdown service valve inside home and listened to piping. Cannot hear an exterior leak either. Checked all outside hose bibs and none are leaking. Formulated investment option for today’s required repairs and reduced Leak Search. Went to truck and acquired materials. Returned inside and replaced all flappers in all toilets in home.
