Brandon did an excellent job at flushing out the sediment from my 13 year old hot water heater. This particular job was more complex than in previous years as the sediment did not come out as expected. Brandon identified the problem(s) and checked with his manager to confirm the best course of next action steps. The job was accomplished with outstanding results and I am pleased with Vito Services and its staff.

Job Description: fix flash to toilet and run the camera to see why the pipe keeps backing up: Arrived at location to camera from a toilet. We took the toilet off and ran the camera down. Had to cut off the old clean out plug. We put the camera in and countinued. About the last 10 ft of the line looks like it collapsed on itself. We went outside and found the man hole, opened it up and saw the camera so we knew that we camera the whole line. The pipe seems to be at least 8-10 ft under. Customer will need a estimate on dig up job. Took out the camera and put on a PVC clean out cap. Toilet flange seemed to be chipped and cracked, we ordered a new flange and we will have to wait til it is delivered. We put a rubber cap on the toilet flange to prevent any sewer smell/gas. Arrived onsite, customer showed me 1st floor bathroom toilet tank flapper that we had previously installed that was not sealing properly on the flush valve. While installing a new flapper, I noticed that the toilet was loose, rocking back and forth, and had a malfunctioning fill valve. Recommended pulling and resetting the toilet, replacing the fill valve, and replacing the handle. Customer went ahead with the recommended option. Cut off existing closet bolts and pulled toilet. Approximately 1/4 of the existing cast iron flange was broken and I was unable to set a spanner flange in the proper position. I went ahead and chipped out the rest of the cast iron flange. I then used 2 1/4" stainless steel flange replacement rings and secured them to the concrete floor with screws and anchors. I set the closet bolts in place and used 2 wax rings (1 with horn). Reset toilet in place and placed shims towards the back before tightening closet bolts. Next, I replaced the fill valve, flapper, and t

NO AC CALL TWIN FURNACE INSTALLED OCTOBER OF 2024. Upon arrival the client advised me that the ac was not working. I called for fan on the on position and the fan would not kick on unless calling for cooling. I called for cooling and the indoor unit came on. However after waiting about 15 minutes I noticed the ac unit never kicked on. I checked for any error codes and error code was flashing blow fuse. I asked the client if there had been a power outage and he said that they had one this weekend. I reset power changed the fuse and the unit came on. I took temperatures, I took amps and I checked all components and found functioning properly. Moving forward , since there are two indoor variable speed motor I recommend adding an ecm surge protector to each one. Also I recommend adding one outdoor disconnect surge protector. After getting the unit back up and running I spoke to the client about adding surge protectors to the hvac unit and he had agreed. I added both indoor surge prote

ARRANTY NO AC CALL. I arrive on site and called for ac, indoor air temperature was 82 degrees. I went downstairs to the furnace and the indoor blower fan was on and running. I felt refrigerant lines to see if the outdoor unit was compressing and nothing was being compressed. I checked all safety’s to make sure none were tripped. I checked all wiring and connections at the furnace to make sure none were loose or touching. I removed the panel that covers the evaporator coil. Once off I looked into drain pan and noticed wet substance. I touched it and sure enough it was oil in the pan. I went to outdoor condenser coil and found unit off on low pressure switch. Hooked gages up and unit is completely flat on R-410a at 0psi. I spoke to my supervisor and he advised me that he’ll try and have a evap coil by Monday. However the client will not be available on Monday, so Tuesday will be better off for the client. The unit was installed about 4 months ago and under warranty. I will upload pictu

Arrived. Customer called back yesterday and stated kitchen line is still clogged. Made customer aware I will have to run more aggressive cables and go further today through DWV Copper drainline. Made customers aware copper piping may break and I will have to charge to repair drainline. Ran approximately 50ft of drain cables through drainline to restore flow. Pulled cables back and front 35ft are covered in black gunk. This is an indication that main sewer line underground is rotten and compromised. Requested permission to run sewer video camera through cleanout on cast iron stack in basement back of home. Customer agreed and I gave reduced investment option to inspect sewer line exiting property. Plastic cleanout cap broke when removing. Went to truck and acquired replacement cap to seal stack once finished today. Turned on water in kitchen to identify where kitchen taps in line. Immediately after turning at bottom of stack, flooring of sewage line is rotten and mushy. Pushed camera th
Danny spent a lot of time troubleshooting a misbehaving thermostat. He was very clear about repairs that might be made and very focused on a furnace in a tight spot. And he is very friendly.
Aaron knows the HVAC systems very well, explains everything that refers to maintenance and repairs clearly, and fixes a problem if there’s one. Great job !
Aaron was sent out to take a look at a failed instant hot water combination unit. Was very knowledgeable on how they work, how it could be fixed and the economics on whether it was worth fixing or not. Was right to the point and able to translate his plumbing knowledge in a way that was easy for me to understand. Plus just a very nice guy. Vito is lucky to have him on their team.
Danny came out troubleshooting the problem and fixed 2 issues in 10 minutes, very nice guy, would recommend

Good communication means a lot! The technicians have always been very professional, and give me the information in the language a layman like me can understand; they don't try to upsell me on things I don't need, but let me know what will need attention in the near future. I can rely on a consistent experience every time!

Bobby was efficient, professional and polite!! Great job👍
Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
I think that the $1300 quoted initially to remove the existing drain and replace it and the p trap is pretty extreme. And I had a replacement pop up drain I provided on site. The tech removed the drain (which was main issue) for $300. Which means your company was asking for $1000 to replace the slip and p trap (in PVC no less). That’s really outrageous. HOWEVER The tech was very respectful and courteous on the phone
Hi Brad - Sorry for any confusion ... just looking over Carlos' original quote looks like he quoted you three different options, with Option #1 including ALL Services: 1. Replace Drum Trap and Repipe with PVC $873 / $742 VIP 2. Replace Customer Supplied Pop-Up $454 / $386 VIP 3. Remove Drum Trap and Pop Up $301 / $255 Thank you!
Excellent service
