RETURN TO INSTALL PARTS. Today I replaced the solenoid valve for the humidifier due to previous one being compromised. I took my time to change it, I rewired it back up and tested it and all was okay now. I brought down the client to show them how it works and how the humidistat works. I also replaced the #35 humidifier water panal. While working on the solenoid valve I started to see the cultivation of fungus again around the coils of the unit. This fungus is caused by the moisture and humidity that it pulls. That being said your HVAC unit is supplying the whole house and the fungus that's inside the HVAC unit is circulating back into your air. The client is aware of the situation and may call us back to return to my install the air scrubber. If there is any questions or concerns in the mean time please feel free to give us a call. Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES. Client paid remaining balance of $316 with debit card. Auth code is 085331. Recommendation: Add 1x Aerus air s

Today, I arrived on site for AC maintenance. Checked the Rut package unit and confirmed that all unit safeties are functioning properly. Noted that the float switch inside the unit is taped to the frame but still operational. Recommended replacing the condensate safety due to the current mounting method, which poses a risk of failure. Identified that all unit filters require replacement at this time. Will need to schedule a return visit to install 4 filters (20x25x2). Verified that the unit is operating with proper voltages and amps.

Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance on the furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor to improve performance. Noted a faint smell of gas from the burners, indicating a failing gas valve. Observed heavy rusting on the back end of the middle burner, potentially due to improper combustion. Inspected the blower wheel and housing; they were mostly clear of debris but slightly dirty. Checked the furnace condensate, which was free and clear. Inducer motor was making a sound; its FLA registered at 2.8, while the furnace inducer flutes were between 1.6 and 2.2, suggesting the inducer motor is going bad. Blower amps were found to be within specifications. Furnace shut off due to a dirty filter, which was pulled and washed outside. Discovered a gas leak; the owner has a plumber scheduled for repairs. she will call to renew

Commercial Hydro-Jetting Service: Did the regular pm jetting with some additions. Instead of going only 100 feet up the channel directly across from the channel going to the city, we now will continue to go 200 feet up that channel. We also got three half bricks out of the downstream manhole which would have caused a problem at some point. We also got out some considerable white grease. It's a good thing to continue this pm.
arrived at location to snake line on first floor public bathroom, when went inside a hole was cut out and the pipe was exposed a Tee, 1-1/2 pipe, ran my cable and about 5ft in my cable was getting caught and having a hard time pulling the item out, after multiple times pulling back and forth I was unable to clear the line, in which we will have to cut a hole in the wall inorder to make the repair, won't be able to do work today due to the occupancy of the building, customer will like to do an after hours job or wait until spring break. customer will like a quote for this job.
arrived at the job site... I was calling the home owner since I already had work for 131 and 125 their kitchen is back to back and last time I unclog it from 125 and his line was good to. the gentleman never open the door or called back.
Got a call asking me to assist Ramon on a call he was fighting since eleven o' clock the previous night. I went to the job and found Ramon in a difficult situation. I helped him get the 180 of cable out of the sewer and then went and got the jet. We cleared the line from the manhole at 50 feet. I got the camera sent out and found a conduit had impaled the sewer at that 50 foot mark. We are more than certain that this damage to the sewer was caused by the electricians who installed a new outdoor power panel for the booster pumps. I told Kevin I would get him a proposal to repair the pipe but I will also need to talk to the electricians about the service line to this " new panel".
Good communication means a lot! The technicians have always been very professional, and give me the information in the language a layman like me can understand; they don't try to upsell me on things I don't need, but let me know what will need attention in the near future. I can rely on a consistent experience every time!

Bobby was efficient, professional and polite!! Great job👍
Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
I think that the $1300 quoted initially to remove the existing drain and replace it and the p trap is pretty extreme. And I had a replacement pop up drain I provided on site. The tech removed the drain (which was main issue) for $300. Which means your company was asking for $1000 to replace the slip and p trap (in PVC no less). That’s really outrageous. HOWEVER The tech was very respectful and courteous on the phone
Hi Brad - Sorry for any confusion ... just looking over Carlos' original quote looks like he quoted you three different options, with Option #1 including ALL Services: 1. Replace Drum Trap and Repipe with PVC $873 / $742 VIP 2. Replace Customer Supplied Pop-Up $454 / $386 VIP 3. Remove Drum Trap and Pop Up $301 / $255 Thank you!
Excellent service

Dennell has serviced my master bath wall toilet for a few years now, replacing worn-out parts and figuring out solutions to issues with the boutique fixture. I trust him and will continue to ask for him specifically when I have a plumbing issue.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review for our plumbing service! We're glad to hear you were satisfied with our work.
We used Vito since they installed our Hot Water Heater 10 years ago, August 2014. We are very disappointed since Vito now charges a Credit Card Usage Fee of 3%. If we had know ahead of time (my mistake) we would have had the service performed by another local company like "Len The Plumber". We will not be using Vito in the future since it is a decision of the customer. Service by Darrell was great, but just have to say what I need to say. The cost was no biggie, but not telling me or notifying me before the technician arrived. I should have asked which is on me, not Vito. It was good service.
Hi Peter - Sorry to see your note, someone should've told you there is a 3% charge on credit cards, which is posted on our site and the credit card processing page. We will pass along.
Wry good experience. Fixed AC in few hours.
Thank you, Marie!
