Replace HVAC With Larger Unit: removed both air handlers and plated off all holes customer wanted thermostats to stay on walls also checked charge equipment removed straps from ceiling tiles
arrived onsite, performed plumbing inspection. customer also had a few issues in upstairs master bathroom. customer was concerned left hand side sink was draining slow but I advised her it is draining normally due to the visible vortex effect when water is going down drain. bathtub plug no longer working so I installed a new twist & turn stopper and showed her how to use it. also cleaned right hand side faucet aerator and screwed back into spout. because I already had a waste & overflow kit open I installed the stopper free of charge.
Toilet Repair Call: arrived onsite, powder room toilet leak in tank. removed tank cover and viewed AquaPiston yellow cap had broken off shank. turned water off at valve and removed water from tank. removed existing AquaPiston and installed new flush valve repair kit. reconnected fill valve tub and turned water back on. flushed toilet multiple times to check for proper operation. water level in tank was a little too high so I adjusted the fill valve to decrease the amount of water in tank. cleaned up and removed all job related debris.
arrived onsite, performed routine plumbing inspection. customer informed me that it is taking longer than usual to get hot water to upstairs bathroom. determined that upstairs bathroom in question is furthest fixture from water heater and WH is 10 years old. advised customer that it should be replaced soon. customer requested that I turn the temperature up as well so I adjusted the WH gas valve to its highest setting.
NO HEAT SYSTEM KEEPS SHORT CYCLING. installed in 2017 I called for heat at thermostat. did a full run down on the system and the unit was giving error code #8 (lockout on to many flame dropouts). The client bought a flame sensor from Amazon and replaced it himself. The flame sensor doesn't seem to sit and hit the flame properly. All other components are checking out. Recommendations: I suggest we order the flame sensor for the client from the Lennox manufacture and return to install it. I serviced both gas furnaces. I removed and cleaned flame sensor. I tested humidifier and set to 35%. air scrubber is also in working conditions. 14x14x1 filters have all been replaced and in good condition. I checked gas valve voltage and pressure as well as transformer voltage. I inspected all wiring and tightened connection as well check all safety switches. I took return temps 70,72, supply 128, 133. ignitor ohm is 50 and 44.i took amps on blower and inducer and currently within specs. I also completed co combustion analysis on system stack temp 297, oxygen 11, co 52 ppm. system heating properly at this, thank you for choosing vito services.
HVAC Unit Making Loud Noises: noise in the furnace is due to the inducer motor going bad and grinding when system kicks into 2nd and 3rd stage heat. Andrew comfort advisor will speak to customer about replacement options.
hung last unit and tied it in and also set and installed both outdoor units and wired everything up and also ran the drains and strapped them up and fired up all equipment and checked for proper operation. also removed section of duct the was hung in room connected to to indoor units that will also be demoed
customer advised us that they had two toilets on the 3rd floor that was constantly running and backing up. contacted the engineer or worker to guide me to the toilets. once on site I observed the toilet s are not currently running nor backing up. advised customer that it might have been a partial back and that it clear it self due to high pressure toilet that being used inside of the building. also, advised customer that it may be small feminine products or paper towels that may cause the partial back up. I flushes both toilets multiple times back to back. no back ups occurred. advised the customer to keep an eye out for a backup and don't hesitate to give us a call to return. arrived at the job site after picking up the right materials. started disconnecting the old pump and putting together the new one. once I was doing disconnecting the old one I already had the new one put together. connected the 2 traps and re routed the drain and vent because it was not the same pump. once I was done I started running water to make sure everything was working properly. collected all my tools and cleaned my work area.
arrived on site to take a look at a leak under a sink in room 210, open drain was overflowing and pump was not functioning, took off cover of the pump and tried to bypass the float and got no response, pump seems to be dead, recommended a price to replace the pump, decided to replace pump this evening, a tech will be out to replace the pump within the day arrived back at the job site and looked at what it needed to be done it was not a swap of pump it needed some modifications I spoke to Claudia and rescheduled for the next day because the material I needed home Depot didnt have it. Arrived on site. Filled Jet. Set blocking and set box on blocks. Set baracades aside. Washed down parking lot. Cleaned up work area and left site.
Garbage Disposal Is Leaking: Arrived on site. Drain was full at air break. Bypassed float of pump and drain cleared. Reconnected float and pump does not operate automatically. Opened pit and cleaned out grease. After troubleshooting, discovered pump was plugged into wrong outlet. Corrected voltage by switching plug and ran water. Pump operates correctly automatically. Cleaned up work area and removed all work related tools, debris, and equipment from site.
HVAC Parts Install: arrived. removed and ubstalled new coil. pressure test and restart system system on and running at this time.

I arrived at my customer home at 12:00pm for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 56 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer provided all air filters I check all amps and components indoor = Carrier 90+% gas furnace AC / Coil with bypass humidifier Age 2012 = 115v furnace power input drawing 6.9 amps, inducer fan motor drawing 0.8 amps, gas valve drawing 0.5 amps, blower fan motor drawing 6.2 amps, control board good, control wires good, 15uf run capacitor reading 14.5uf, 24v roll out flame sensor reading 0.4 amps, high limit switch drawing 0.4 amps, flame sensor clean, secondary coil clean, secondary drain pipe clean, flame's blue, furnace cabinet clean, 5 ppm combustion test carrier system working properly at this time.
