Arrived on site to install a whole house ION Water Filtration system and also snake the laundry line. I shut the water off to the house and began draining the system. Once drained, I cut out a section of the water line, then proceeded to prep the whole house ion. I set it in place, marked, and pressed the fittings. After turning the water back on, I tested for leaks. As of ticket completion, no leaks were found on the whole-home water filtration system. Next, I moved to snake the laundry line. With the help of my assistant, we moved the washer/dryer out of the way. I set up the snaking machine and began the process. I then shut off the water to the washer, set the hose down, and ran water to test for backups. As of ticket completion, no leaks or backups occurred. I cleaned up the work area and all work-related materials. Thank you for choosing Vito! Note: Whole house ion warranty: 1 year.

NO AC AT WOMANS SHELTER IN ROCKVILLE: There is a total of 4 hvac units in this house. #1 Thermostat near room 7/8 is a straight ac/air handler located in the attic space. #2 Thermostat near staff bathroom is for the new hvac unit in the utility closet in the hallway. #3 Control thermostat is located with the staff they have control over it, the mini split is attached to wall downstairs in the basement. #4 Thermostat is circle and it is located downstairs in the basement near dining tables which is for BASEBOARD HEAT ONLY I checked the new unit for about 30 minutes and all checked out. Filter was clean and temperature split was 20 degrees which was spot on. The concern today was not the new hvac unit. The concern was with the thermostat near rooms 7/8 which communicates with the straight ac unit located in the attic. I called for the fan and the fan ran. I called for ac and the outdoor unit kicked on. I checked the filter and found okay. I opened up air handler in the attic and
For this job I did a spring check on a 1990 Straight AC unit by sears. System is outdated and past its life expectancy customer has insurance with sears. Indoor unit 2012 Goodman 80% furnace blower wheel is running a little slow due to blower wheel has cultivation building up on fan blades due to air ducts being polluted with dust, customer is aware and I made it my recommendation. Blower wheel has .63 amps a little low from its recommended draw. Control board is functioning and communicating with system. All wires are intact and found no obstruction. Evaporator coil has no signs of leaks or corrosion but is in need of a evaporator coil clean. I got a split temp of 23. Filter was changed and provided by customer. Outdoor unit 1990 straight AC by sears unit is outdated. Pipe insulation has tare and is brittle capacitor is reading within range. CONTACTOR has 24 v and 240v but showing signs of burnout.
For this job I did a AC maintenance on a 2012 Lennox AC: Indoor unit 2012 Lennox I got a split temp of 23. I noticed filter is a reusable filter as told by client but she needs to clean it again with special formula labeled on filter. I saw this blower wheel and noticed it's filled with dust cultivating on fan blades making blower wheel less efficient by 30%. I got a blower wheel amp of .60. I made it a recommendation that client will need a blower wheel cleaning ASAP along with a duct cleaning. Condensating tube is draining and working fine. Client told me that she wanted an easy way to surveillance her condensating line. So I recommended a EZ trap. She will make an appointment to get that done and will lay on the day it's installed. Control board is functioning and communicating with the system. All terminal wires re reading 24 v. And no obstructions are found at this time. Outdoor unit 2012 Lennox contactor reading 24 v and 240. Compressor amps is at a 14.1 amps and fan

It is hot outside so I put the thermostat back ac at 69 degrees with the fan circulating. This is how the client prefers it! If there’s any further issues or concerns please feel free to give us a call. Thank you for choosing Vito services. The client has already paid in full.

Good communication means a lot! The technicians have always been very professional, and give me the information in the language a layman like me can understand; they don't try to upsell me on things I don't need, but let me know what will need attention in the near future. I can rely on a consistent experience every time!

Bobby was efficient, professional and polite!! Great job👍
Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
I think that the $1300 quoted initially to remove the existing drain and replace it and the p trap is pretty extreme. And I had a replacement pop up drain I provided on site. The tech removed the drain (which was main issue) for $300. Which means your company was asking for $1000 to replace the slip and p trap (in PVC no less). That’s really outrageous. HOWEVER The tech was very respectful and courteous on the phone
Hi Brad - Sorry for any confusion ... just looking over Carlos' original quote looks like he quoted you three different options, with Option #1 including ALL Services: 1. Replace Drum Trap and Repipe with PVC $873 / $742 VIP 2. Replace Customer Supplied Pop-Up $454 / $386 VIP 3. Remove Drum Trap and Pop Up $301 / $255 Thank you!
Excellent service

Dennell has serviced my master bath wall toilet for a few years now, replacing worn-out parts and figuring out solutions to issues with the boutique fixture. I trust him and will continue to ask for him specifically when I have a plumbing issue.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review for our plumbing service! We're glad to hear you were satisfied with our work.
We used Vito since they installed our Hot Water Heater 10 years ago, August 2014. We are very disappointed since Vito now charges a Credit Card Usage Fee of 3%. If we had know ahead of time (my mistake) we would have had the service performed by another local company like "Len The Plumber". We will not be using Vito in the future since it is a decision of the customer. Service by Darrell was great, but just have to say what I need to say. The cost was no biggie, but not telling me or notifying me before the technician arrived. I should have asked which is on me, not Vito. It was good service.
Hi Peter - Sorry to see your note, someone should've told you there is a 3% charge on credit cards, which is posted on our site and the credit card processing page. We will pass along.
