System Leak Search and Recharge: I arrived at my customer home to do a full system leak check I pressure test the system with 400 PSI of nitrogen and find outdoor unit leaning on one side lots of pressure on connection nuts leading to leak of refrigerants I leveled outdoor unit tighten all joints pressure test system again with 400 PSI of nitrogen running vacuum recharge system and startup split system working properly at this time

West Building Laundry Room Trap Leaking: Arrived at location, Customer advised us the P-trap was leaking in the Landry room. We walked in the Landry and inspected the P-trap. We ran some water and saw the leak was coming down from there but wasn't the P-Trap. The nut for the pipe was loose causing the leak. Tighten the nut and tested for leaks, No leaks at this moment. Snaked 40 ft from clean out. Pulled back nothing. Tested drain and it drained well. Cleaned up our and left.

NO HEAT GAS BOILER customer caplaint was two baseboards not heating up, checked boiler found no water in the boiler, bad back flow preventer , #30 extrol tank and bad air vent, replaced all the parts, checked operation boiler is working heating fine,. WEIL MCCLAIN MODEL NUMBER CGa-5 PIDN. CP6395369
Examined area of concern by customer. Customer has not been able to use Toto Washlet seat since changing batteries. Went through manual and through various useless tasks. Eventually I began going through remote menu on my own. Seat and remote were non longer connected. Held power button for approximately 15sec and seat engaged. Customer complained about handle sticking when flushing toilet. Inspected tank and removed aged Toto tilt flapper and installed new Toto 3in Universal Flapper per manufacturer specifications. Tested for proper functionality and there are no further malfunctions in area. Inspected remaining toilets in home and all are operational. Basement toilet is an aged AMS model. arrived at the job site and started using the closet auger to fix the issue but the auger vent do to the amount of calcium the toilet got buildup. I propose the home owner to replace the toilet because it couldn't be the issue since that toilet been the since they build the house. he need one of our estimaters to come and get a quote of what he needs.
Bathroom Sink Needs New Drain Assembly: arrived on site for a customer who wants there drain replace/nut that cant be removed went in and tenant showed me area of a concern and when looking underneath sink found that there is a bottle trap and notice pop-up assembly was loose wrote options up and called up landlord and explain my findings and landlord explain to me that he tried to remove the pop of assembly himself but couldn't break the nut free gave customer investment options but for today customer just went for me removing old bottle trap and pop-up assembly started by undoing Franco to the bottle trap and remove bottle trap then try to remove pop-up assembly nut was on pretty good after many times couldn't get it out then went to cut it out once cut pop up assembly came out put all the parts aside for landlord thank you for choosing Vito.
I arrived at my customer home for the basement system not working I did a full system check and find one bad inducer fan motor I recommend a replacement of the inducer fan motor part is unavailable at this time from Carrier third party company have one it may work or not customer will call back out of town
Kitchen Sink Leaking: arrived on site for a leak under the kitchen sink tenet had filters installed under the sink and then she notice a leak when looking under sink found water leaking from the bottom of the angle stop tenet let me know the angel stop was replaced last year gave option and today just went ahead and replace the feral nut. started by shutting water off then drained once drained undid angel stop and removed old feral once removed cut below the feral then place new feral and tighten up angle again turned water on and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.
Plumbing Call Back: arrived on site to install shower head customer got a shower head from us a few weeks ago and wasn't satisfied with the water pressure and per management will be installing another shower head free of charge started by removing shower head and taped shower arm then with new shower head removed flow restrictor from the shower head and started to tighten then tested showed customer and customer is happy with her new shower head thank you for choosing Vito.
I arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature 45 at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 in the home I adjusted customer thermostat 5 about the room temperature and heat mode I checked all amps and components 17 PPM combustion gas furnace working at this time customer will like an estimate for replacement I will provide pricing and proposal today.
Plumbing Parts Install: Examined area of concern by customer. Installing special ordered Delta tub spout today. Removed existing spout and ran bead of silicone behind base of new spout to prevent leaking. Secured spout to branch and tested for proper functionality. Contacted customer and gave customer investment option for required process of repairs. Customer agreed. Returned inside and removed existing fill valve and installed new Pro45 Anti-Siphon Fill Valve per manufacturer specifications. Installed new Fluidmaster 2in flapper and tested for proper functionality. Tank fills with no leaks. Adjusted water level in tank. Toilet is fully operational with no leaks present on any connection points. Father onsite made me aware of tub slow and stopper impossible to remove. customer advised us that they smell has coming from the gas line on the outside of the house. once on site I observed the gas line be turned back on by the customer to use it. also , I started to the smell the gas escaping from in between the valve and nipple. advised the customer that I will turn the gas off and began making repairs. Washington Gas place a tag in where the two Areas where the leak is coming from. once the gas was turned off I started to cut out the pipe. once the pipe was cut out. I used pipe wrenches to unscrew the pipe from the fittings. I replace both the nipple along with the 90. before screwing the nipple and 90 back together I place gas sealant on the threads of the pipe and fitting to ensure no gas would leak out or escape when turned back on. once the new pipe was in place I used the mega press to make our finale connection. turned has back on and tested with bubbles. I place bubbles on the area where I was working on to ensure anything didn't come unloose or
Today, I arrived on site for a no heat maintenance call. Conducted a series of tests to diagnose the issue. Identified that the problem stemmed from the reversing valve solenoid. Tested each control board, including every relay and the transformer. Removed the reversing valve, allowing the system to run in heat mode. Confirmed that the reversing valve is necessary for switching over to AC. A return visit will be needed to replace the reversing valve. order part. scedual to replace. deposit ill be. collected.
Water leak detection. Arrived at a location for a water leak, came to find out it was a main water line leaking from the wall underground. Seems like there was no pipe shielding it. They covered it with concrete all around it. It's about 4-6ft deep and will require to dig up to make the repair.

Local Plumbing Call: Customer is having issues with diverter in hallway bathroom upstairs. When showers are taken, tub spout is not holding fully and restricting water pressure to showerhead. Spoke to customer regarding situation and identified materials required for repair. Gave customer investment option and customer agreed. Contacted Parts department and ordered material. I arrived at my customer home for a two system heat maintenance I did a full system check and find both furnace over heating shut down and start up when cool off I recommend a replacement of both furnace sold by Andrew
HVAC Parts Install: I returned to replace one transformer and to check the full system I removed and replaced one transformer check all amp and components systems working properly at this time
arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house pressure and house pressure is at 60psi which of good then inspected plumbing in the rest of the house customer brought to my attention the toilet in the 1ft floor and toilet in the master bathroom sometimes runs when checking 1st floor bathroom notice parts in tank started to wear down but toilet wasn't running then when checking 2nd floor bathroom in master toilet flapper does look old but not running. brought up concerns to customer and gave options but today customer said since they are not running she is ok but if it were to change she will call us went back to basement to let heater flush for a while longer then wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito.
Hook Up Customer Stove: arrived at the job site to install the new stove. looked what I need it. I was out of gas hose. so I had to go to the store to get a hose. once I got the hoe I connected the stove and also connected the shoe in the back. turn on the stove made sure it work properly. collected all my tools and clean my work area. Kitchen Sink Leaking: arrived onsite, removed customer's belongings that were underneath kitchen sink. turned off both dual angle stop supply valves and removed existing faucet with pinhole leak in spray head supply line. had to go to 2 plumbing supply houses in order to get customer's preferential chrome faucet. placed new faucet in countertop hole and tightened nut and escutcheon screws underneath to secure faucet to countertop. connected each supply line to respective valve. turned on both hot & cold valves and ran faucet to check for proper operation and leaks. checked to make sure spray head was operational as well. placed customer's belongings back underneath sink, cleaned up work area, and removed all job related debris.
New Water Heater Installation: Arrived on site. Shut off water to home and drained water from system. Cut out water heater and section of domestic water line. Removed old water heater. Installed new Moen flow valve on domestic water line. Set new water heater in pan, mounted new bracket, and mounted expansion tank. Piped in new water lines and checked for leaks. Found no leaks. Turned on new water heater. Cleaned up work area and removed all work related tools, debris, and equipment from site.
