I arrived at my customer home for the water source heat pump system not working I did a full system check and find one bad blower fan motor and module I recommend a replacement of the blower fan motor and module need to call manufacturer in the morning for replacement parts do not have a replacement price at this time need to call customer in the morning system turned off at this time.
arrived on site to install new thermostatic Cartridge started by shutting water off to house and drained once drained removed Handel and started to take apart Handel assembly once I've gotten to the stem removed old stem and started preparing new stem placed silicon grease around new o rings then tighten down. turned water back on and tested for proper function now shower cools and heats up to temperature as of ticket completion no leaks no issues were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.
WATER LEAK FROM CONDENSATE PUMP checked for water leak found floor dry at this time, checked humidifier found not leaking, checked condensate pump found didn't pump water out every time checked high level cut off is wired in but not correctly pump didn't shut off on high level switch, checked wiring found hi level cut off was wired into the communication line, wired up correctly now BRYANT MODEL NUMBER 315AAV036070AFJA SERIAL NUMBER 4311A15646
I arrived at my customer home for the 2005 gas furnace not working I did a full system check and find one bad fan motor and module I recommend a replacement of the parts or the full system due to age customer will like to replace parts at this time I ordered blower fan motor and module pickup parts return I removed and replaced blower fan motor start up check all amps and components indoor supply temperature above the coil is 133.6 degrees combustion test readings 28 ppm gas furnace working at this time.
arrived at the job site. started taking the stove out. once I got the stove out I put the bracket in place nice and secure it. called the home owner to inspect the job and it was satisfy. once I was done I collected my tools clean my work area. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VITO
Today, I arrived on site to assess the heating unit. Customer reported a humming noise from the unit. Power was turned off for safety during inspection. Found the inducer motor not freely spinning and hot to the touch. Inducer motor is failing and requires replacement. The unit is a 2005 model, making it 20 years old. Recommended replacement of the unit due to its age and efficiency concerns. I left inducermotor unplugged because motor was extremely hot and I didn't want it to cause damage.
BLANK THERMOSTAT NO HEAT CALL. I arrived on site I checked the filter and found okay for now. The thermostat was blank, the breaker was not tripped upon arrival. I went to the HVAC unit and I checked for 115v and found present at the disconnect box. I checked for power going to the unit and found 0 Volts. I checked both 20amp fuses on the pull and found one was bad. The client advised me that the power had gone out. I replaced the fuse and also replaced the two double AA batteries on the thermostat. Power was then present at the unit and the thermostat. Upon further inspection I also noticed a capacitor that was extremely low on capacitance. I advised the client of the situation, that due to a surge the fuse popped. Recommendations: Add 1x surge protector to the disconnect box to protect the unit in case of any high voltage power surges. HVAC Parts Install Valve: arrived, replaced leaking valve in attic space. had to remove and put back trip to replace valve.
arrived Sunday for no heat. owner already reset power and system was only. tested system in heat to be OK at this time. due to high winds. wind must have come down chimney and shut system out. owner informer me of the humidifier leaking. pad was dirty. replaced pad with customer pad. system on and heating.

arrived on site for customer who will like water pressure brought up when we left last time we left waye pressure around 60psi and brought up water pressure up to 72psi and went to upstairs bathroom and showed customer and customer like where water pressure is at thank you for choosing Vito.
Shower Valve Is Leaking: arrived at the job. started taking of the cartridge because that was the issue making the water come down the first floor . once I replace it it did stop the leak but it was hard to find it because the faucet is old. once I was done I showed him and make sure it was no leak. collected all my tools and clean up my work area.
Plumbing Maintenance: arrived at the job site. she every bathroom and kitchen in the house to see if everything was fine. all the drains, check the water heater it looks still bran new. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VITO
System is a 2020 80% Furnace/AC.Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower is dusty on interior of system. System does have an Air Knight but the bulb is out and customer does not have a humidifier. Final cycled system at the time system is operational. Recommended adding: New UV bulb $389 Humidifier for winter time $1300 Blower cleaning $369 ECM Blower motor surge protector $186
Call to maintenance 2004 80% Furnace/AC. During maintenance found heat exchanger is cracked in multiple places. Shutdown furnace via Gas and informed customer of findings. Explain why shutdown had to happen and recommended replacing system because of age and condition of system. Set for comfort adviser to come out today to go over options.

Install New Drain: Arrived on site. Removed washer and dryer. Removed temporary drain. Installed new drain. Tested drain and had no leaks or backups.
arrived on site for a customer who when he runs water it's come out in the basement customer showed us area of concern and showed us laundry sink and said every time they run the kitchen sink water started backing up in the laundry sink. let customer know and we gave option to the customer and went with option 2 snaking laundry line and adding a clean out cut section of pipe out and with water in the laundry sink set up snaking equipment and started snaking went a total of 8 cables( 60ft) and water went down pulled cables back and found nothing on the head then started dry fitting new clean out in and primed and glued fittings and tighten Francos then went to kitchen area and ran water and tested rainwater for 5 mins and as of ticket completion no back ups occurred cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. 40 day warranty on cleaned out
I arrived at my customer home for a two system heat maintenance customer only like me to inspect attic unit only customer selling the house outdoor temperature is 44 degrees at the time customer like his/her thermostat set at 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer provided all air filters I checked all amps and component indoor and outdoor attic system working properly at this time
Change Thermostat, Service Electric Furnace: I arrived at my customer home for a thermostat issue I did a full system check and found heat pump system from 2005 r22 system heat pump system not working properly system relying on electric element customer say his electric bill is very high outdoor unit very low on R22 refrigerant customer say he's going through a divorce at this time and unable to make big changes to his home at this time will call back for an estimate for replacement of his heat pump system and water heater
Customer has a Hansgrohe Shower System. Hansgrohe wand on shower is malfunctioning and spraying water wildly through sides of head. No apparent leaks from hose. System is aged and may be out of warranty. Forwarding information to Parts Department and they will locate replacement from manufacturer. If under warranty, gave customer investment option for installation at labor rate. Made customer aware that if part is not under warranty, there will be materials cost added to investment option. Plumbing Call Back, Install CO-Detector: arrived onsite and customer called us Back saying she smelled gas looks at area of concern and smelled gas took bubble test and tested pipe i removed and found a small leak on the union tighten up union after awhile tested with bubble leak again and union leaked again so went ahead and replaced union. shut gas off to heater and undid old union once off removed union from nipples then once off wiped off old dope then doped nipples and placed new union in placed and tighten down then turned gas back on and lit pilot and tested for gas leaks and as of ticket completion no gas leaks appeared thank you for choosing Vito.
Today, I arrived on site to perform necessary repairs and replacements. Replaced the gas valve and ignitor as recommended. Noted that the new gas valve is shorter than the previous one. Added one ripple to ensure proper attachment of the new gas valve. Encountered an issue with the new ignitor end piece not connecting properly. Cut and made a wire connection to resolve the ignitor issue. Conducted testing to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
No Hot Water: Water heater stopped working 3days ago. Customer originally thought it was due to noise HVAC system is making. Non related. Gave customer investment option to relight pilot and perform backdraft test today. Lit pilot with no malfunctions and once pilot clicked, engaged burner assembly with no malfunctions. Lint screen is clean. Water heater is only barely 3yrs old. Performed backdraft test and Backdraft isn't present. Ventilation goes into B-Vent and goes up through home. Water is currently heating. The service call was handled very professionally and the technical service man was prompt and attentive respecting out home! My air-conditioning unit, located in the attic, was leaking condensate, and it was coming through the living room ceiling. The technician, Aaron Wade, came to check out the issue on a hot, 95-degree afternoon. It was much hotter in the crawl-space attic. He first had to locate where the condensate was leaking from because the condensate drip pan was dry. He poured water into the A/C unit to see where the condensate was leaking and discovered that the EZ trap had cracked. Once he found the problem, he fixed it. Great analytical work and service!
