For this job I did an AC MAINTENANCE on a 2017 carrier. turned into a diagnostic as the contactor was bad and damaged. I replaced it, also the 3 AMP fuse blew out and replaced it as well. After fixing It I reset the circuit breaker and the AC was up and running again. I had 240v coming in and 24 v on the contactor. 45 MFS capacitor was good and was changed by Danny w in 2024 and it's still good reading within range. I had a temp split of 23. compressor amps 8.0. Fan amps 7.0 I checked indoor blower wheel and it's reading within range. Condenser tube is draining well with no problems.

Faucet installed in December has loosened at base. Also, customer disposal unit is inoperable. Went undersink and tightened mounting nut and screws undersink to stabilize faucet, under installation warranty. Assessed disposal unit and went downstairs and reset breaker. Returned to kitchen and disposal is still inoperable. Gave customer investment option to replace disposal unit today. Customer would like to have switch replaced first and contact us back if disposal unit requires replacement. Made customer aware I will follow up with them on Friday if we don't hear from them first. Arrived on site for a customer reporting a caved-in floor. The customer previously had another plumber assess the issue, who opened the cabinet floor and suspected the problem originated in the crawl space. The customer pointed out the crawl space access location. The customer mentioned that he contacted his insurance company, and they recommended our services. I informed him that accessing the crawl space involves an additional charge, as it is considered a confined space. The customer stated that the issue first occurred in March, but since then, he has not noticed any signs of an active leak. He also attempted to follow up with his insurance provider regarding payment—specifically to confirm whether they would reimburse him or pay us directly—but has not yet received a response.

For this job I did an AC check on a 2015 Lennox system indoor unit is a ECM motor but doesn't have surge protector I made it my recommendation. I changed aquaire filter provided by customer blower wheel is reading within range. Control board is good and is communicating with components. Checked all safeties and it's good. Outdoor unit 2015 Lennox Capacitor is reading within range and contactor pulling 24 v fan motor amps reading 1.1 compressor amps 8.6 I notices out door unit coils is in need of a level 1 cleaning and made it my recommendation. Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water pressure in home is 45psig. There is no PRV present on main service line. Water Heater is 21yrs old. Electrical model. Flushed water heater directly into laundry tub. Water flushed out very clean. Main service line is 1in entering home and reduces to ¾ after ball valve. Basement bathroom is good. Cannot assess shower area due to it being utilized for storage. Main floor bathroom has no issues and office bathroom on 3rd floor has no issues. Cleaned pop-up assembly in 3rd floor bathroom. Kitchen operates fine at this time. Cleaned disposal unit at no cost to customer. Performed Water Quality test in kitchen. Chlorine levels are excessively high right now with a reading of over 11ppm. This may be due to recent underground work performed by WSSC on next street. Hardness levels are Moderately Hard with a reading of 7GPG. Spoke to customers regarding today's findings and concerns. Arrived on site to perform a plumbing inspection. Began by preparing to flush the water heater; however, the customer informed me that the unit was recently installed in March of this year. Given that the water heater is only about a month old, I advised the customer that flushing can be postponed until next year, as manufacturers typically recommend flushing once annually. Proceeding with the inspection, I checked the remainder of the home’s plumbing system and tested the water pressure. The house pressure measured at 55 PSI, which is within the normal operating range. At the time of this visit, no issues were found with the plumbing system. Everything is functioning properly.

AC Spring Checkup: Conducted an inspection of the air conditioning system at your location. During this visit, we verified the condition of key components, including checking the filter, indoor blower motor, and associated electrical connections. Additionally, we performed a comprehensive review of the condensate management systems, ensuring proper function of the pan, line, pump, and trap. We also confirmed the operational effectiveness of all safety devices related to the water system. To enhance system reliability, condensate tablets were added. Temperature readings taken during our assessment indicated a return air temperature of 73°F, a supply air temperature of 50°F, and a discharge air temperature of 67°F. Furthermore, we evaluated refrigerant levels, with liquid line temperature at 59°F and suction line temperature at 55°F. The inspection was conducted in conjunction with the renewal of your service contract, which has been offered at no charge as a valued contract member.

From my findings this estimate will solve the repeated gurgling immediately Kitchen sink has been having issues every month or so and when someone clears line, it backs up again momentarily. Viewed drainage undersink and followed customer to basement and viewed cleanout on 3in stack inside wall. Made customer aware I would like to check aged Studor Vent undersink before proceeding. Through more conversation with customer, I was given permission to remove existing Studor Vent under kitchen sink. With Vent removed, drainline flowed freely with no gurgling or backups. Arrived on site for a customer complaint regarding a bad smell. Upon inspection, we did not notice any odor and found no issues. The maintenance man joined us and mentioned that the best way to test for a vent issue would be to perform a smoke test to check for any leaks in the vent line. He suggested walking around and asking other agents if they are experiencing the same issue. If more than one person is complaining about the smell, they will proceed with a smoke test. Arrived on site for a low water pressure call. Customer showed me the area of concern, which was the kitchen sink. She stated that another technician had previously been out to fix a building issue and replace a CPVC line. After that repair, she noticed low water pressure at the faucet. I removed the aerator and found it was filled with CPVC shavings. I cleaned it out and reinstalled it, but the water pressure was still low. I then installed a new aerator, and the customer now has good water pressure. This call is a callback on the previous technician. Thank you for choosing Vito.

Spring check up on two units. #1 Bryant 2017 furnace and ac. I checked the indoor filter and found it had been replaced upon today’s arrival. I checked indoor blower motor housing and compartment for any obstructions and found none. Blower amps are within specs. I checked the 7.5 mfd capacitor on blower and found okay. I checked the indoor evap coil and found clean with no rust. I didn’t notice any fungle growth. I tested straight shot pvc condensation line that goes straight to condensate pump and I flushed it with a gallon of water and added condensate tablets. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safety’s found okay. I got a return air temp of 64 degrees and a supply air temperature of 49 degrees which is low. I proceeded to check the outdoor condenser coil and I noticed it was clean and no obstruction. I checked compressor amps and found within specs. I checked the fan motor amps and also found within specs. I checked both components outside which include of

The technician responded to a service call regarding the Rheem furnace, where the pilot light was extinguished. After addressing the issue, the gas supply to the furnace was turned off to ensure safety. Additionally, the owner expressed interest in having parts installed by Thursday, pending availability. We aim to provide a quote for the chimney liner by that time, and will coordinate communications should the necessary parts arrive this afternoon. Returned and replaced warranty gas valve and test. New gal valve has bad hms. Gas valve receives 24v but does not open. Need order new gas valve. Return and replace.

I arrived at my customer home for a one system AC maintenance outdoor temperature 45 degrees and raining at this point customer like her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees below the room temperature in AC mode I check all amps and components indoor and outdoor compressor making a humming noise and vibrating I recommend a replacement of the full system I provided pricing and proposal for replacement customer sign and will like it to be installed the week of 21 to 25 system working at this time.

I arrived on-site for a slow-draining tub. The customer showed me the area of concern and mentioned that when they were showering, they heard their toilet start gurgling. I told the customer I would test the system to ensure there were no mainline issues. I ran the bathroom shower and lavatory for 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes, no backups occurred. I explained to the customer that they might have had a soft blockage that freed itself up. If it had still been clogged, we would have seen the toilet begin bubbling or gurgling. Performed heating maintenance and found the system operating within normal conditions. The system does not include air conditioning and is currently low on refrigerant charge. It is an older 3-ton R22 system, which uses a discontinued refrigerant. Due to its age, condition, and refrigerant limitations, I recommend considering a full system replacement for improved performance and long-term reliability.

arrived onsite (picked up necessary parts beforehand), turned off main water shut-off valve. opened faucets to drain water from pipes. began with valves below kitchen sink. disconnected supply lines and removed existing hot side dual shut off valve and cold side straight stop valve. installed new dual angle stop valve on hot side and reconnected supply lines. installed new angle stop valve for cold water to faucet and reconnected faucet supply line. turned main water shut-off valve back on and checked for leaks. began work on basement vent lateral next. cut out existing copper pipe. inside of pipe was dry so verified that all connections were vents. took proper measurements and installed PVC back in place. connected to existing copper pipe with fernco couplings. cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

Arrived onsite and viewed street full of WSSC digup crew trucks and dump trucks. Spoke to WSSC personnel upon departure of vehicle and was told the were about to digup their side of 10303 and I wasn't needed onsite. Customer came outside and I spoke with customer, who states he called WSSC yesterday but no one spoke to him. There is a huge tree outside that could be a continuous issue in area. The technician previously replaced a single-handle faucet fixture in the master bathroom shower last summer. With this cold winter, I couldn't get the shower water hot enough. The water could get warm, but not hot, even with the faucet turned to the maximum hotness. The technician removed a piece inside the faucet that limited the hotness of the water. Now, the water can be adjusted for a hotter shower.
