upon arrival of home I noticed that the toilet in the master bath toilet was running. with the customer consent I replaced the flapper $149 toilet is a older model toilet . recommended replacing toilet $999. customer only wanted toilet rectified for the time being . checked all components and toilet is working properly now.
Arrived on site and greeted head engineer he had already began draining the complex down before we arrived. we got all our material and entered the sprinkler room in building 3630. after the property was drained down we cut out a large section of pipe. we began to start cutting the new pipe and putting the valves into place while pro pressing as we went. after we had everything pressed in and ready to go we turned the water back on to the property and bled the air out through the fire hydrants scattered around the property while the head engineer slowly turned on the water from the main building. after all the air was bled out and the system was pressurized we turned on the main water to building 3630 and checked for any leaks. we cleaned up our work area and packed up. We had to come back because the brand new Ball valve we installed had a leak that was the fault of the manufacturer. we cut out the valve and replaced it with a new one and tested for leaks and found none. No Heat Old Furnance: I arrived at my customer home for a system not working I did a system check and found the system not running I reset all power turn the system on and a very bad smell coming from the gas furnace flames are Orange and radic I turn the system off and recommend a replacement of the 2005 gas furnace and AC system I provide pricing for replacement today customer respond back when she get in touch with her husband for replacement system turned off at this time

Fall HVAC Maintenance: I serviced new gas furnace. I checked temp rise. I took amls on all motor and major components. I completed combustion test. I cleaned flame sensor and checked ignitor ohms. filter is clean at this time and system is fully operational. Thank you for choosing vito services
FALL MAINTENANCE ON 2022 CARRIER INFINITI 80% GAS FURNACE I checked the filter and replaced with one costumer provided. I checked the ecm indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none I did notice that the blower motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges by not containing a surge protector on it. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer motor and found within specs. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off today. I checked the igniter reading 55ohms. I checked all limits and safety and all wirings and connections found okay. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the temperature rise and I got a return air temperature of 72 and a supply air temperature of 123. I detected a fungle growth cultivating within the unit near the humidifier and near the coils and the the wirings of the blower motor. the humidifier is antiquated and
I arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 42 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer provided all air filters I check all amps and components indoor 2022 Goodman system working properly at this time.
NO HEAT checked thermostat found blank with replaced battery light on, install customer supplied batteries, customer asked me to see if the humidifier is working found bad humidistat and bad blue orifice, replaced both checked operation humidifier and heat is working fine. APRILAIRE MODEL NUMBER 4655
Sink in Kitchen Clogged: Kitchen sink has standing water in it and smells pungent. Gave customer investment option to remove trap undersink and run drain cables through drainline. Customer mentioned building personnel states only run 30ft. Ran total of 38.5ft of drain cables through drainline and smell dissipated. Pulled cables back to reveal black sludge on cables. Made customer aware someone in building is using liquid drain cleaner. Reassembled trap undersink and cleaned work area thoroughly. Began running water and no backups occurred. Eventually drainline filled and backed up. Customer contacted property and personnel came onsite. Property personnel assured customer reimbursement and states he will have someone come clear line. customer informed me that they had a kitchen sink that was backing up. once on site customer notified me that someone came earlier this morning to snake the sink but went 35ft down. unfortunately the blockage reoccurred. set up equipment inside of unit 303. went down into the laundry where I found the sink stack that's for units 103,203 &303. I opened the clean out and observed lots of debris inside of the pipe . I went back to unit 303 to bagn snaking. I ran about 80ft of cable down into the drain. once all cables was down inside of the down in then went back to the laundry room to ensure I can see my cable inside of the pipe. I ran the k50 for about an extra 8 min to ensure all the debris and build is getting cut up with the cutter head on the snake. pulled all 80ft of cable back and tested the drain for blockage. filled the sink about have way and then let it drain. no backups . cleaned work area ,packed up equipment and left job site.
I arrived at my customer home for a boiler system flush I drain the boiler flush boiler pipes with chemical refill boiler bleed all radiator and start up boiler system working properly at this time. customer paid in full
No Heat, Boiler: honeywell control box not sending sigabl to spark ignitor. Will need to order parts and return.
Local Plumbing Call, Leak Search: Customer has new water meter that just runs constantly when no water is running in home. Viewed meter. Shutdown valve entering home and meter stopped. Shutdown outside hose bibb valves and meter still moving. Began inspecting home inside. Located ballcock in main floor bathroom running very silently and overflowing into overflow tub on flush valve. Shutdown angle stop and returned to meter. Movement stopped. Gave customer investment option for required process of repair. Removed existing ballcock and installed new Pro45 AntiSiphon Fill Valve per manufacturer specifications. Tested and set water level in tank. arrived on site for a customer who wants there mixing valve replaced in shower customer showed me area of concern and said when they running the shower on hot cold water starts to mix in and and gets cold ran water in hot and notice no hot water at all went to the back and removed access panel and touched hot pipe and pipe was cold told customer she has a bad cartidge and needs to be replaced and customer agreed. customer has a moen posi temp cartidge started by shutting water off to the shower and removed shower Handel and trim once removed took out holding pin and pulled out old cartidge with a piece of sandpaper cleaned up inside of valve then greased up valve and new posi temp cartidge and set in placed and placed holding pin back turned on valves and tested for proper usage. hot water now gets hot and no cold water mixes in placed back shower trim and Handel cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note:40 day warranty on cartidge

Local Plumber Call, Fix Faucet: Examined area of concern by customer. Customer states leak is from pop-up assembly control arm. After inspecting, pop-up assembly itself is loose to the sink and leak is producing from gasket area to basin. Gave customer investment option for required process of repairs today. Customer agreed. Tightened pop-up assembly connection to basin, resecured stopper with control arm and tightened control nut. Checked trap nuts and all are secured. Examined area of concern by customer. Installing new Premier Kohler Black Toilet today. Recovered water from existing toilet with wetvac. Pulled existing toilet and staged outside for removal/disposal. Cleaned toilet area and waited outside for delivery. Once toilet delivered, Parts Dept. staged new toilet parts in area of installation and removed existing toilet from site. Set new wax seal to flange and set bowl. Secured bowl to flange. Floor is slightly unlevel. Shimmed toilet to level and resecured to flange. Secured seat to bowl. Secured tank to bowl. Went to truck to acquire special tools for tank bolts. Tightened tank to bowl with no malfunctions. Installed new flexible toilet supply hose. With toilet completely assembled, tested for proper functionality. Toilet is operational with no leaks present on any connection points. Ran silicone bead around base of toilet for clean finish and to conceal unlevelness of flooring. Tub Drain Is Backed Up: upon arrival of home I noticed that the main line to the home was clogged. I found a outdoor clean out and snaked 30 feet thru drain . didn't pull back anything . customer signed up for combo service plan. there are no warranties on snaking.

Commercial Plumbing Call, Stoppage in Drain in Trash Room: Removed cleanout plug. Snaked through clean out with K1500 and reached some obstruction at approximately 90 feet. Magnol brought new additional cables and snaked to a total of 130 feet. Pulled back cables and floor drains remained backed up. Main drain clear and new water added backed up in floor drains. Installed new plug. Physically removed wipes from stairway drain and Snaked with K50. trash room and stairway floor drains cleared. Snaked in trashroom drain and ran water. Backup eliminated. Cleaned up work area.
NO AC CALL CONTINUE: checked heat pump system found low on 410a refrigerant, added pro charge 7 pounds of refrigerant, checked operation return air temperature 70 , supply air temperature 51, outdoor air temperature 63 discharge air temperature 82 , low side psi 124, HI side psi 238 , added 5 pounds of refrigerant R-410a Dye, Leak Sealant, and recharge Includes adding of the r-410a dye, refrigerant small leak seal and up to two pounds of refrigerant
