Fix Toilet In Ladie's Room: arrived at location for a replacement of fill vale, noticed the flapper was not holding either so replace flapper and fill vale and supply tube as well, this world was. done on the second floor women restroom. no leaks occured.

FAN HUMIDIFIER NOT WORKING. Upon arrival the client advised me that they heard a loud noise coming from humidifier and noticed water just dripping down pipe. I checked humidifier copper feed tube and valve. The valve was kinda stuck. But there was water. I checked the first end of the solenoid valve and there was water and also the other end of the solenoid valve there was water so water was not the problem. I checked the humidifier connections at the 24v and found okay and in tact. The 120V for the fan is going into a junction box at the furnace. There was 120v present but the fan never kicked on. The issue is the fan motor form the humidifier. I did advise the client and he is now aware of the source. I spoke to him about the part and the cost without any warranty. But I also spoke to the client about upgrading the humidifier to an April air700 humidifier that includes 12 months warranty. Heat Inspection: System is a 2022 80% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower in clean along with evaporator coil. System does not have a Air Scrubber or Humidifier. Filter needs to be changed. Final cycled system at the time system is operational. FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE 80% CARRIER GAS FURNACE 2017. I checked the filter and found okay as of now, the client has replaced it upon today's arrival. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor and wheel housing for any debris and found none. I checked the 10mfd capacitor and found okay. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the Inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked Inducer amps also within specs. I cleaned and checked the burners and heat exchanger. I checked the flame sensor found ok, does have some wear on it, but I did clean it off today. I checked the Ignitor reading 55ohms and found okay. I checked all limits and safety and all wiring and connections found okay. I got a return air temperature of 80 and a supply air temperature of 118. I recommend checking the 1inch filter every 30 days and change accordingly. Also , moving forward we will keep an eye on the flame sensor due to its wear and tear. Over all the system is running and heating

arrived onsite, flushed water heater for approximately 30 minutes. noticed unit is 21 years old and brought it to customer's attention. customer wants to hold off on replacing it for now. duct taped water heater insulation jacket back together before leaving.

I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. Blades on blower housing are clean. I checked the 7.5mfd capacitor and found it okay reading within specs. I checked the blower amps and found okay. I checked the Inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found functioning properly. I checked inducer amps. I checked the Ignitor reading 52ohms. I checked the flame sensor and found it had wear on it. I cleaned it off for today but the micro amps are low at .3 micro amps. I checked all limits and safetys and all wiring and connections found okay. I checked the humidifier and water panal but the client doesn't use it at all. AIR FLOW ISSUES Client advised me that the air flow was wrong. When he switched the dampers the main floor will be hot but the upstairs will be freezing. Or vise versa. Dampers are loose but I adjusted it so they the equal amount of heat will be released through the supply on the main floor and on the top floor for all three rooms. After adjusting dampers. I took temperature on all vents and got a supply air temperature of 120 on all vents on main floor and top floor. Also walked through it with client so he could see for himself. Checked operation found ok for now. We will keep an eye on this unit moving forward due to last tech that was here was getting a high reading of CO. Fall Maintenance: i inspected 2016 carrier 80 gas furnace. I cleaned flame sensor. homeowner will purchase and replace 20x25x1 as well as 35 humidifier pad. I checked ignitor 46. inducer amps 1.2 blower amps 2.7. return 71 supply 133.
