System is a 2015 80% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower in good condition along with evaporator coil. System does have a UV light. Changed air filter. Checked UV light and found it still lit. Final cycled system at this time system is operational.
arrived onsite, flushed water heater for approximately 30 minutes. noticed unit is 21 years old and brought it to customer's attention. customer wants to hold off on replacing it for now. duct taped water heater insulation jacket back together before leaving.
FALL MAINTENANCE ON TWO UNITS. #1 Carrier 80% Gas furnace. I checked the 16251 filter, the client advised me he changes it every 90 days. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. Blades on blower housing are clean. I checked the 7.5mfd capacitor and found it okay reading within specs. I checked the blower amps and found okay. I checked the Inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found functioning properly. I checked inducer amps. I checked the Ignitor reading 52ohms. I checked the flame sensor and found it had wear on it. I cleaned it off for today but the micro amps are low at .3 micro amps. I checked all limits and safetys and all wiring and connections found okay. I checked the humidifier and water panal but the client doesn't use it at all. I got a return air temperature of 65 and a supply air temperature of 105. I checked the gas valve 24v working properly. This unit in running and heating as of now with good temperatur
AIR FLOW ISSUES Client advised me that the air flow was wrong. When he switched the dampers the main floor will be hot but the upstairs will be freezing. Or vise versa. Dampers are loose but I adjusted it so they the equal amount of heat will be released through the supply on the main floor and on the top floor for all three rooms. After adjusting dampers. I took temperature on all vents and got a supply air temperature of 120 on all vents on main floor and top floor. Also walked through it with client so he could see for himself. Checked operation found ok for now. We will keep an eye on this unit moving forward due to last tech that was here was getting a high reading of CO. System is a 2018 Heat pump . Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower clean along with evaporator coil. System does not have a UV light but does have a humidifier. Humidifier needs new pad ($206). Air filter is good. Checked condenser unit and found system is amping within specs. Tested starting components (contactor & capacitor) and checked for any loose connections. Cycled defrost successfully. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Recommended adding ECM Surge Protector to blower ($160).

I checked indoor blower motor and 10mfd capacitor and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe found okay. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safetys found okay.i got a return air temperature of 70 and a supply air temperature of 135. I performed a combustion analyze test and got a reading of 50ppm. I checked flame sensor and ignitior found ok. I checked Condensate trap and condensate pump and flushed with a gallon of water and added Condensate tablets. I checked EVAP coil and found clogged with dirt and debris. Overall system is running and heating. In the near future I recommend clients start thinking about upgrading unit. Recommendations for unit #1: Clean coil $362.00 #1 Unit in the garage. I went to home Depot to buy a #35 humidifier water panal per nolan. I replaced water panel. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. i checked motor amps and found okay. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found ok. I checked inducer amps and found within specs. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked flame sensor and ignitior and found both none reliabile anymore. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safetys found okay. I noticed that the variable speed motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges due to not containing a surge protector. I checked motor amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. Inducer amps are within specs. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the Ignitor and appears to have been replaced about a year or two ago and in great condition. I checked the flame sensor and found wear and tear on it making it no longer reliable. FALL MAINTENANCE ON TWO UNITS I checked filters for both units and replaced with one costumer provided. I checked full operation of unit. On low heat and high heat. Temperatures are great. Parts are reliable. All wiring and connections ok all limits and safetys ok. Amps are within specs. Both units have a ECM motor with no surge protection. As of right now the motors are exposed to any high voltage power surges. Overall units are running okay for now. Recommendations: Add Ecm surge protector $309.00x2
Fall Maintenance: i inspected 2016 carrier 80 gas furnace. I cleaned flame sensor. homeowner will purchase and replace 20x25x1 as well as 35 humidifier pad. I checked ignitor 46. inducer amps 1.2 blower amps 2.7. return 71 supply 133. I also completed combustion analysis stack temp is 348,oxygen 7.3, 66 ppm. system is heating properly at this time thank you for choosing vito services.
Performed maintenance on 2010 80% furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found fan is slightly dirty. Water panel in humidifier needs to be changed. Filter is clean. Performed combustion analyzer test and found system has high readings for C02 at 80-84 ppm. The system is starting to be unsafe. Recommended replacing system because of age and condition of system. Full Furnace and AC is $13,000+ depending on the system
Call to do maintenance on 2023 heat pump. During maintenance checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Checked for loose wires and any dirt. Filter does need to be changed. System is clean and all wires are connected properly. Recommended customer add humidifier to help with make home more comfortable. $1300
Call to do maintenance on 2024 Heat pump/ Furnace. During inspection found system is in great condition and still new. Cycled system completely at this time systems components are all working properly and are clean. At this time system is fully operational.

Performed maintenance on 2017 Heat pump. during inspection found inside of system is dirty and needs to be cleaned. There is a fungus cultivating inside of system and blower wheel is dirty. check condenser unit and found all components are in working order but condenser coil needs to be cleaned. informed customer of find and recommended signing up for membership to cover future maintenance and discount on prices. Customer informed me that they were on the garneski monthly membership plan and that we would honor the maintenance contract. informed customer if this is the case we would waive the cost today. Customer does want to sign up for monthly maintenance plan. At this time system is operational. Please give customer a call. NO HEAT 80% Gas furnace NO AC Both units are passed its life expectancy Called for heat at Mercury thermostat and nothing kicked on. I reset the board and inducer motor came on. Ignitor came on and flames did as well. Flames ran for about five seconds and turned off. The unit kept on short cycling. While the unit did run the flames showed concerns. The flue vent pipe has signs of backdraft. And the heat exchanger seems to have been compromised. The AC has not been working since last visit from garneski. I will talk to whoever is in charge at I will recommend them to replace the full system. The furnace is unsafe to be used at this point. I will pass this lead on to Moe and provide pictures and measurements of unit to get quote on a full system. performed fall checkup on two units first unit was a gas furnace downstairs in the basement found everything within specs all wiring and connections all limits and safety is okay temperature rise is within recommendation all amperages are within specs. I didn't notice in the furnace the cultivation of fungus. there's a 75 gallon hot water heater downstairs in the basement over 15 years has no expansion tank and there is noticeable backdraft this hot water heater needs to be replaced. I check heat pump in the Attic found over its life expectancy at 15 years there's a whole bunch of fungal growth cultivating within the unit there's a lot of rust on the coil this unit is no longer reliable and recommended to be replaced as well. one air scrubber to each system would also be recommended to keep the unit clean and purify the air. I have passed this on to mow he is working on getting a proposal to the client for a water heater and a new air handler and outdoor unit for the Attic. REPLACE

HEAT MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT: I Performed maintenance on 2012 AH/HP. found interior of system in good condition. all components amping normally. and working properly. blower wheel is slightly dirty. Electric element okay. i checked outside unit found starting components are starting to fail. capacitor is reading below 5% meaning is going togo. found contactor has normal wear and tear from usage and is also starting to fail. will throwing condensor cleaning to help with dirt built up on coil. I got a return air temperature of 70 and I got a supply air temperature of 120 Option#1 Capacitor, contactor and condenser clean $992 Option#2 Capacitor and contactor $610 Option#3 Capacitor $320 Client decided to not go ahead with recommendations, office will need to follow up with client. Arrived on site for heating maintenance. Found condensate line dirty; brushed drain and added vinegar for cleaning. Inspected heat exchanger, flue, and furnace flue; all in good standing. Checked blower capacitor; measured at 9.2 on a 10 mfd, indicating its starting to get low but still functioning well. Inducer capacitor is within specifications. Inducer amps .33 Ignitor measured at 53, which is also within specifications. Flame sensor is clean. Blower wheel and housing are in good condition. No rusting or condensating leak. 0ppm Co in space. Humidifier clean at this time. Confirmed that the furnace is heating properly at this time.
