Arrived onsite, performed plumbing inspection. Recommended replacing basement toilet, all 3 existing showerheads in each bathroom with hand held shower/sprayer (2nd floor shower gold finish), Re-caulking 2nd floor bedroom walk in shower, and replacing hallway bathroom tub stopper (gold finish). Customer opted to go for all tasks so I threw in a complimentary hand held shower. Need to order materials and once they arrive office will call customer to schedule.
Arrived onsite, customer informed me that water heater is making a "knocking" noise when running hot water from taps. Advised customer it is likely due to sediment buildup (calcium & magnesium deposits) in the bottom of the WH tank. Flushed WH with garden hose into nearby drain for approximately 30 minutes. Ran hot water from multiple taps upon completion and did not hear noise. Also informed customer that with service contract, we come once a year to do a plumbing check, which includes a free water heater flush.
Excellent service
Customer Scheduled Plumbing Maintenance
AC MAINTENANCE CHECK ON ONE UNIT. Checked and replaced filter with one provided. I checked indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. Blower amps within specs. I checked evaporator coil condensate drain pan and flushed it down with approximately 2 gallons of water and added condensate tablets to ensure proper drainage. I checked all wiring and connections and all other limits and safety switches functioning properly. I checked temperatures and got a 20 degree delta T. I adjusted and opened damper for upstairs. I proceeded to check the outdoor condenser coil and found a a bit dirty causing some restriction and can lead to costly damage to compressor overtime. I checked parts and found reliable except the contractor. The contractor is burnt and visibly worn. Once contact coil gets completely burnt the ac will either run indefinitely or it won’t come on at all. I checked amps for outdoor fan and compressor and found okay. Overall ac is running ho
Needed repairs for system Surge protection for indoor and outdoor. Today I arrived on site HEAT PUMP Inspection: Found the indoor unit communicating, but the outdoor unit had a fault and was in lockout. Observed burn marks on the contactor and a bad 45/7.5 capacitor. Noted the HEAT PUMP was dirty and picking up dryer vent dust. Recommended surge protectors for both units. CARRIER HEAT PUMP Repairs: Installed a new 45/7.5 capacitor. Replaced the burnt contactor. Cleaned the outdoor unit. Added surge protection to both units. System is now on and cooling. System is good on pressure and both compressor and condenser fan motor are amping fine. Recommended replacing system because of age of system. Customer agreed to have someone come out for a quote.
HVAC Parts Installation: Return Visit to install new control board in AC Unit
For this job I did an AC maintenance on a 2017 carrier infinity unit. Indoor unit 80% furnace I got a split temp of 18. Filter needs to be changed client is well aware and will have to order more filters to replace. I noticed a lot of dust , dust mites and per dander cultivating within the air duct potentially spreading throughout air vents and indoor syetem, These substances can trigger allergic reactions, respiratory discomfort and irritation. I recommended a duct cleaning to attack then dust growing in the vents. Also, it could improve air flow and indoor air quality. Blower wheel amps are reading 4.4. Although blower wheel is running, blower wheel blades are in need of a blower wheel chemical cleaning lvl 2. the dirt on the wheel has become hardened and will decrease blower wheels performance. Evaporater coils are clean with no signs of corrosion or leakage. Condensate line is draining with no problem. Control board is functioning well and communicating with the system.
Arrived on site for a customer who reported that a pipe is sticking up too high, preventing the appliance installers from properly placing the new washer and dryer. The customer showed me the area of concern and explained that the installers removed the old drain pan, but when attempting to install the new one, they said the pan wouldn’t fit due to the drain pipe being too high. Upon inspection, I noticed that the old drain pan had a hole cut into it to accommodate the pipe, allowing it to fit properly. I explained to the customer that the same solution can be applied to the new pan—simply cutting a hole in it to fit over the pipe. This way, the pan can be placed, and the washer installed without any changes to the plumbing. I also noted that this issue does not require plumbing work, and it appears the appliance installers were unwilling to make the adjustment. The customer agreed and said she will cut the hole herself. Additionally, the customer mentioned she is part of our VITO V
Arrived onsite, found basement toilet clogged. Ran faucet and shower in same bathroom to check for blockage in main line but water level in toilet bowl stayed still. Quoted customer to snake toilet. First, used plunger to try and unclog toilet and was successful. Flushed toilet multiple times to check for proper drainage.

UNIT IS TOO LOUD. I arrived on site and found thermostat was set at 72 degrees and the room temperature was 72 degrees. The client complained that upstairs in her bedroom and bathroom she can hear the fan and it’s too loud for her. I went down to the furnace in the basement. Last time I was here I slightly moved the dampers to the middle From heat to ac because it was still chilly and so the noise minimized. Today I completely switched over dampers and the noise was completely different and minimized. I left dampers like that and had the client come upstairs for her to witness that the noise is no longer as loud as an air plain taking off. She agreed and I proceeded. I reconfigured the thermostat for the client just to be 100% sure. I cycled unit in heat for a short period of time and it ran normally , for the rest of the time I cycled ac and I let it run for about 30 minutes before leaving. If there’s any further issues or concerns please feel free to give us a call. Thank you for c

NO HEAT CALL 2015 CARRIER RTU AT GOLF COURSE. Upon arrival I noticed Tstat indicating furnace malfunction. You need a code to access Tstat. I called for fan and the fan kicked on. I called for heat and went to the rooftop to the location of the unit. I heard the furnace kick on. I let it run for about 15 minutes to check temp rise and make sure it doesn't go out on high limit. After letting it run I checked temperatures and I got a return air temperature of 80° and a supply air temperature of only 100°. Where is all the heat going?. I started investing and I checked all 4 filters and they were all in good condition. I opened blower and belt compartment, and I immediately felt heat hit my face. I checked burner compartment and smelled a funny smell. I noticed flames starting to roll and the front of heat exchanger was completely brittle and burnt out with a huge hole in it. The brittleness of the burners is serious because they may crack and lead to other issues like causing damage
Danny arrived in a timely manner and did a great job. Will definitely use again.
